There's an emphasis on communal living which can be seen in the bench seating around the kitchen table and a relaxed living area. The galley kitchen opens out onto the courtyard garden.

First Floor
Leading to the first floor is a set of stairs with a handrail and enclosed (wall or wall & glass on both sides). They are straight with no turns other than just at the bottom two steps.
It’s important to note that there is no bathroom on the ground floor so the nearest toilet is on the first floor, across the small landing from the bedrooms.
