Beautiful home by the beach. Plenty of room for our multiple family members to enjoy our company in the home. Hot tub was nice. Living room with great view to the beach.

You can’t beat the location of this property, or the views! We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. A few of them were missing their flat sheet and it was way too hot for the comforter. The bottom downstairs room was VERY hot because the sliding door does not have a screen on it, so there was no way to crack it open to get some fresh air (no other windows in that bedroom). Another issue we had was the outside trash can was SO full, and smelled horrendous from inside the house (in the kitchen and the bedrooms on that side of the house), it was obvious it hadn’t been picked up in a few weeks. We put it to the curb to make sure it was picked up on trash day, even though I think they have a private trash company, Lincoln County thankfully took the trash.

We had the best time ever staying here. Conveniently located. Large house with plenty of space for a larger group. Plenty of communication with the property manager to make sure everything was ok. Online guide for any questions about the house. Would stay here again.
6.0 / 10.0
The property claims to sleep 12, but it can barely accommodate 9. Not enough comfortable seating for more than five in the living area. Not enough dishes, utensils and towels. It is also a very “used” location. The floors were dirty to the point of making your socks black. Issues with not all burners of the stove working and metal parts coming off.
The location is also very busy being directly across from the entry to the state park. From early morning until late at night, constant traffic, people and noise. Not worth the cost, next time, we will choose the place we had last time down the street.

Hot water was only enough for one person to shower without running out. It isn’t a huge deal, but with a group it was difficult to manage time showering. The cleanliness also wasn’t great. There were candy wrappers and toys left behind from previous guests that we had to take care of. There was also a weird smell in the basement game room and the top floor. Overall it ended up being a great vacation spot and we would like to visit again. The place is just as described and an awesome ocean view.

View was better than expected and we liked the frogs serenading at night. Top floor family area was a great place to gather. We were a little surprised that there were no top sheets, but understand that’s a trend we just haven’t embraced. Location was good and beds were comfy.

The view was amazing. Evacuating three times one of the times was at night in our pajamas. Very humiliating and scary. We will never stay at your home again. A measly two fifty is an insult for what we had to go through I will be happy to let my friends know how we were treated and the danger we had to face

There was mold on wall near floor behind bed, dirty wet towels by hot tub, water bottles and garbage on side of hot tub, hot tub water was discolored and mirky and had a smell to water, I dont think cleaners were put in hot tub. Other than that the house was nice stay.

Everything about the listing is accurate. Beautiful views. Stairs are a little steep and there are a lot of them so tougher on older folks. We liked the shuffleboard game. Hot tub was nice. Beautiful property and we would stay here again. Check out procedures were easy!!! House was pet friendly, and that was nice as well.

This was our second stay at SeasLife and we'll be back again next year. No rental is perfect, but iTrip was very responsive to our requests for help or info. Home was clean and well stocked with kitchen items (dishes, pans, etc). Quiet neighborhood, but it's also the off-season so I'm sure that helped! The only 'negative' I can think of is that there isn't a bathroom or any sort on the main (upper) living area of the home, so for older people that was a bit tough on the joints (but we knew that ahead of time and it wasn't a deterrent, just an annoyance). All hard surfaces make it pet friendly (didn't have to worry about paw prints, etc), but stairs and no fenced yard were again a bit of a challenge.

New Christmas tradition started with my kids and grandboys! Weekend away the week before Christmas… we all have so many places to be during the 24th and 25th. This gave us a chance to relax and just be!!! Perfect house to start our new tradition!! May just be where we go every year?!?

The location was nicely accessible to the beach although there were slippery stones to walk over for beach access.
The house was clean and comfortable. There was ocean view from master bedroom and from the upstairs kitchen and living area.
There are three floors so lots of climbing.
Once we got a new modem on day 4 we had internet.

This is a lovely property with fabulous views. We were VERY comfortable staying here with our three small dogs. The king bed was excellent, the hot tub was a great bonus, and the expansive kitchen and living area felt very cozy. The house is beautiful and in good condition. We had no issues at all with loading/unloading our belongings (as others have mentioned). There is some daytime road noise due to the location across from the beach access, but not enough to be bothersome. We absolutely loved: being able to walk the pups in the early morning - nearly alone - in the park across the street, the ease of hiking the nearby trails directly from the house, and the views of the wetlands and beyond which are adjacent to the home.

Great property just as described. Short walk to great beach, and on quiet street. The house was perfect for our grown family and dog. Well equiped with cooking supplies, and main room had plenty of space for eating, games, and lounging. Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time at this house. We love to cook, and so the kitchen area was especially wonderful. Very open and bright. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of rooms for six of us, even the eight that were originally planned. The arcade game Was a big hit in the shuffleboard too. We even had deer in the front yard in the evening. The only drawback is that the furniture on the wraparound deck needs replaced. It is not stable the bench out front, as well as the table and stools on the kitchen level are very rickety. The management team seemed genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable and we’re very communicative :-) we would stay here again.

With the beach park just across the street, the location was perfect for my family. Also, a fantastic view! Loved the home itself as well. The layout and space was great for the 11 of us.

The view from the top floor is so perfect! I could feel the relaxation every time I gazed out at it. You can see the tide coming and going. Keep following the shoreline north and you will see rock island and then Gods finger! A short walk to the beach and back! Hot tub works great and the wildlife come to feed at dusk. The gift wine was an unexpected touch! ---- The downside was the stairs but that is to be expected. The toilets are very low style so be ready for that. Overall a wonderful place to make memories! Plus karaoke on the TV was FUN!

This was a family celebration of a 50th wedding anniversary. The house was large enough for our entire family and accommodated guests for meals. View of the ocean was fabulous and beach was easy to access.

We spent a fun family weekend here and enjoyed every minute! As noted in other reviews, the loading in and out was a bit of a challenge due to the stone steps and big puddles. Please take your time and be careful! It would be a huge benefit if this could be improved! We otherwise enjoyed the house!!!

This house was even better than expected, even with the wonderful reviews and pictures. It is perfectly located with great views and a short stroll to the beach! The house is so well stocked with all the cooking supplies you could need, everyone was impressed. Shuffleboard was a huge hit with everyone as well. If you’re looking for a house at the beach that will surpass all your expectations, you’ve found it!

Perfect house for a small group of people that all need separate bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations were perfect, all separate from communal area. Furnishings were awesome and comfortable. Only real complaint is the walk from the driveway to the house and stairs to the front door is very dark. We arrived in the dark and it was a tad scary finding the stone stairs that are solid puddles, changing to gravel that is also full of puddles , then to wood stairs that are dark, wet and slippery. This is one fix that should be made especially for groups that have elderly or just people that have trouble getting around. Daytime is okay but still have lots of water to deal with.

This is a great house with an awesome location just across the street from a very active public beach. Check-in/check-out and cleanliness levels were fine. The views are amazing from the great room, which is comfy and large with room for many functions. Lovely dining room table with plenty of space. The kitchen has a great stove and refrigerator, lots of pots and pans (including big pots which are rare to find), and almost every utensil you might need. I would have liked more "adult-level" glassware and dishes - there is a lot of plastic stuff. There was only one dish towel when we arrived, I texted and was granted access to the storage closet where we were able to locate two more, so we survived, but I would have preferred at least 5 or 6 for a 5-night stay with 8 adults. While the bedding was nice, everyone reported the beds were not very comfy or supportive. Exception was the hide-a-bed on the lower level was reported as the "best they've ever slept on" despite that there were no pillows provided (we made do with pillows from the bedrooms). The hot tub is not private at all, but not a surprise because the photos indicated as such. It was clean and hot, although it was difficult to close the top since the deck did not extend to the side. Finally, the stairs are really no joke - it's a pretty exhausting load in and out situation, but again we were well aware of that based on the description and prior reviews. The stairwell unfortunately does create an effect where the sound carries loudly throughout the whole house - just moving a chair around on the third floor sounded like thunder on the lower level. Overall it was a very good experience, just providing details that I would like to know as someone who has rented many beach houses.

This house is beautiful. Fully equipped, plenty of supplies, and a great location. Was asked if check in went well, how we were doing. Great communication. The only downfall for me was the stairs. I really didn’t comprehend them all. You enter on the 2nd level where there’s 3 bedroom. 2 bathrooms. Best bed ever in the master. Then go up 2 sets of 7 stairs and you have the living room, kitchen and deck with the bbq and an awesome view. Go down 2 sets of 7 stairs and you get another living area, games,( shuffle board was a hit!), bathroom and washer & dryer. This old lady, ( me), With bad knees, went down there once. I would totally rent again if it weren’t for the stairs. Definitely recommend for the younger ones.

The Sea Life house in Lincoln City was very nice. It was well stocked with supplies. The Kitchen was amazing stocked with all that was needed. We were able to watch the large storm and the beach, through the many windows.
We had a wonderful weekend.

Loved the location of this house! It’s next to a wildlife refuge where we saw deer every day. It’s directly across from Road’s End park which has great beach access. You can see the ocean from the house too! It’s so close to God’sThumb, one of our favorite hikes. The three stories were great for all families, but that means there’s lots of stairs! The property is conveniently located by a Safeway and plenty of restaurants. We’d absolutely rent this house again!

Tucked away, giving you a sense of privacy and yet with easy access to an interesting beach. While amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, shopping) are so close, they’re out of sight, leaving you in a quaint hamlet of Roads End.
Seas Life feels cozy and yet offers plenty of space. The floor plan gives adults their place to visit, and kids, a game room to play. The kitchen is open, and roomy. The street in front of Seas Life is quiet and the traffic is light. The walk to the beach is shorter than the photos suggest. We had a great 4 days on the beach.
P.S. The staff (customer service) at iTrip Vacations was wonderful. We called them once in mid-visit for a minor issue; they were so good to work with, and resolved the issue within minutes.

We absolutely loved this place! It was across the street from our favorite beach. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was so well stocked!! We will definitely come here again!
