Very clean and comfortable
Could do with a front door light as very dark when trying to open the door with key

The appartment is beautiful. The location is fully equipped and it is very pleasant to be there.. the appartment is large, big rooms. The parking permit is excellent.
The entry door is very hard to open. The Nail Studio downstairs creates a synthetic smell (only when you are entering the front door).

Clean, pleasant, well maintained, spacious, comfortable and within easy reach of the centre of the city. Very pleasant owners, easy to contact and helpful.
Dusty fake flowers and stiff front door.
The outside of the building isn’t great to look at so does not reflect the lovely flat inside.

Spacious and clean. Well equipped
Busy road and steep stairs. It appears to be a rough area

it was fairly central.
Curtains in one bedroom need replacing as broken also let in too much light. Only half a toilet roll in each bathroom and no spares available!

Bright, clean, warm . Every amenity thought of, even tea, coffee and sugar. Within easy walking distance to City centre, even for 2 nearly 70 Yr olds
The doorway a little dark, when returning of a night. Used mobile phone torch to see the lock. Otherwise perfect.

Few minutes walk to the station and bus stops, car park available for free, 15-20 minutes walk to town- lovely sights on the way. Very comfortable place to stay. Friendly helpful, and approachable staff. Fully working kitchen with washing machine. Clean place. Will never book a hotel again. Edinburgh pear apartments - the best.

The appointment was spotless and a very good size for 2 couples. We encountered no problems at all and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Edinburgh. It's a great location with some nice gin bars nearby if that's what you like, and a 5 ish minute walk from haymarket station.
Nothing major at all. Just remember to bring toilet roll if your staying longer than one night!

I’ve read some of the comments about this property that were a bit picky, it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed at over the years, excellent
nothing, it’s great.

The property itself was modern, clean, bright and very comfortable. It is very well served by bus and tram links for the short journey into the city centre. There is a wide variety of retail and hospitality outlets on the doorstep.
No issues.

spacious and plenty of cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge etc. pretty much everything you need. More reasonable and better maintained than many hotels I’ve stayed in. Beds comfy, heating is great (it was getting colder outside as we headed into November). Great lighting throughout the apartment. The Haymarket tram station is a few minutes walk away, as is Haymarket train station. Super easy to get into town. Some lovely independent coffee shops locally and some nice looking eateries.
The one entrance door, directly off the Main Street and nestled within local businesses, was single key entry. Whilst the door was heavy & a small alarm peel upon being used, there was no chain or secondary door and for our young family we didn’t feel 100% safe. That could just be our COVID anxieties - we’ve been nowhere in two years - and many wouldn’t think twice. A couple of nights however, there were passers-by having loud conversations in the doorway and it sounded like they were inside on the stairs.
The area itself has quite a lot of homeless people begging, as most major cities, sadly - and being a little rundown, not everyone may feel safe walking around late at night.

Did it's job as in we has a place to stay while we visited Edinburgh which was is gorgeous. Would have cancelled if we were guaranteed a refund, which we were not.
Doesn't look like much from the exterior, graffiti on the walls etc, we assumed we would have been staying at an Apartment based in Dalry Gait which actually looks lovely.
Both bathrooms were shoddy, bits of metal falling off, shower broken, clogged drains, covered in mould and rust. Bedroom mattresses very uncomfortable, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, worn out furniture in the living room, very noisy all day and throughout the night.
Very disappointed to have paid £990 for a 4 night stay in such shoddy conditions, would not stay again unfortunately.
