The owners were lovely, very welcoming and cooked great food. We really appreciated them cooking us vegetarian breakfasts!
N/A, we had a great time

Our hosts could not have been friendlier. We were offered tea cakes and tea when we arrived and they were always on hand to chat and offer advice. The room was exceptionally clean and well prepared, while the breakfasts were without fault. You could order whatever you wanted and was of a high quality.
Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and, despite being warned several times, I managed to crack my head on the low ceilings (my fault this!). Parking is limited.

It was lovely and cosy. The hosts were fabulous and so helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice
It wasn’t a big problem but the room didn’t have a lot of light.

Tom's was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly, and produced a great breakfast.
The stairs to the rooms on the first floor are narrow, twisty and with low ceiling in places. Not easy to navigate for people in their 80's

Beautiful place, great conversion completed by people with great taste in decoration. Amazing full veggie breakfast and located near the hidden gems of Wales. Sure there are some creeky floorboards, but silent at night and it is an incredible building. All of this and some great hosts to make you feel welcome.

Spacious room, nicely decorated and comfy bed.
Some noise from room above.

Clean, tidy and great location for the town centre-only a 200 yard ‘wobble’ to the Talbot pub 😁
Fabulous breakfasts and comfy room - the hosts were fantastic, they have had Tom’s for a year but are definitely on top of everything.
Great 4 night stay !

A lovely room in a lovely little village.
4.0
comfy bed and big TV
No shower gel in shower and the hand wash bottle on sink was empty. Small waste bin in bathroom but no waste bin in room. Had to put up with nosey women who worked there when I had my breakfast-told her a pack of lies as I usually do with nosey people. Also I was offered and then given a small jug of milk on arrival-I'd rather have had those small things of milk that hotels and B&Bs usually give you as they won't have gone off in the morning if one wakes before breakfast and want a coffee in one's room. I didn't want to ask for some more milk as I don't like having to interact with people early, especially nosey ones. Also dreadful building for noise.

Excellent location on the road to Lampeter, street parking and a couple shops/ restaurants etc. the property is very quaint - old Victorian building and the room was lovely. Good food and an all rounded great stay
The road outside is pretty busy as it’s a central road. Parking is tricky during the day, but ok in the evening. A couple of pubs but not a great choice. But that’s not a mark on the property. I’d recommended finding somewhere outside the village for variety.

Very nice hosts, helped us with everything - and very nice atmosphere.
I banged my head several times - low door openings! Old but very nice house, though.

Really friendly and welcoming. Such a lovely place breakfast was so tasty and plenty of it couldn't fault it. Room was so warm and cosy bed Really comfortable. good size television in the room. Good amount of tea coffee and sugar.
My only criticism is there was no shower gel or shampoo just as well I remembered to pack some. And a few biscuits would of been nice in the room. But apart from that we really enjoyed the stay.

Lovely nice sized comfortable room. Spotlessly clean. Good cooked breakfast. Friendly accommodating host. Offered earlier breakfast to suit us as we had to head off early. On road parking, also public carpark nearby.

On arrival Tom was there straight away, very friendly and so helpful. Our rooms were excellent, very clean and bed was so comfortable, spotless bathroom. Tea making facilities and Tom brought us a jug of fresh milk.
He gave us information where to go.
Loved our little stay.
Only there 1 night, wished we had been able to stay longer!

1. super clean bedroom and en-suite with good thick towels and large hot shower.
2. good breakfast cooked to order.
3. cosy and nicely renovated/decorated bedroom with old cottage character.
4. friendly proprietor.
5. good large tv in bedroom but with limited choice of channels.
6. close to 3 pubs, 2 takeaways and shops (including spar food shop) in centre of the small town.
1. bedroom not large but just big enough.
2. spiral stairs up to bedrooms are very narrow and steep.
3. parking on street only which can be a bit tricky in the narrow streets of Tregaron.
4. I felt that the welcome tray in the bedroom could be improved by adding a wider range of drinks eg teas, coffee, decaff, hot choc and by including a jar containing some nice handmade scones, biscuits or flapjacks for example.
5. its good overall but is a little pricey for rural mid-Wales.
6. ensuite had nice quality handwash but no shampoo or shower gel/soap.
