Great hotel, very clean and modern. Lovely rooms and fab service.
Only minor niggle was the lumpy pillows!

Room smelled very unpleasant. It got worse as evening wore on. Staff very pleasant, but something in room needs attention.

Awful place to stay, noisy guests with little soundproofing in the adjoining rooms. Far too hot even with air con on full, narrow room with no space to manoeuvre and uncomfortable pillows. Huge queues for breakfast (which wasn’t the best anyway) and seated the other side away from the restaurant so having to navigate the huge queue of people when returning to your table with food and drinks. Advised the staff of our experience and wasn’t even offered an apology or any resolve. Terrible customer service, will never return or consider a Crowne Plaza again!

Excellent location if tou are ok taking the bus in London. Conveninet and easy. Breakfast was ok but need to get in early as can be a bit of a wait

Basic hotel - looks great very corporate but modern. Staff at front desk were amazing but restaurant a bit all over the shop although they were very sweet. Great location.

Convenient location close to an excellent neighborhood. The hotel is well run, clean and very modern. The rooms were surprisingly large and the double room easily accommodated two adults and a teen.

The hotel lobby, breakfast area and staff were amazing but the room quality for an IHG crowne plaza was poor. I feel like I have experienced higher quality at premier inn than I have in this room. The bed barely had space to get around. Have to say im dissapointed by my stay here due to the room quality and probably wont stay here again.

Freezing cold room the entire time. Carpet full of stains. Cramped bathtub/shower made it very difficult to move around - no idea how an elderly person would be able to use it. Folding wardrobe door difficult to move. Overly complex breakfast ticket system.

This hotel is very nice indeed. From the welcome at the front door to the breakfast crews everyone was very attentive.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Our only issue was the shower tray wasn’t very deep so ran over onto the bathroom floor easily.
Excellent choices for breakfast as long as you are down by 9am after 9am things started running low or running out.

Paint was peeling in bathroom. Otherwise a good room. Breakfast was very crowded in the morning. I’m glad I didn’t pay up front for it so I was able to go elsewhere for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great (sausages and bacon a bit salty but tasty) Our room was small but that is expected in the UK/Europe but clean and quiet, The only issue with the room was half shower glass door; all the water would spray on the floor so we would use more towels than usual to clean the water on the bathroom floor,, Other than that everything was great including the location near transportation, museums and near the residential area of Islington (Angel) We enjoyed our stay!

It’s about a 15 minute walk from the Kings Cross Tube station… And has plenty of pub style restaurants in the area

Ac broken in our room. Reception informed but no action taken while we were out. In the evening told that engineer had fixed it. However still very warm so engineer sent again while we were in the room - he informed us ac was broken and could not be fixed. Very late so difficult to move rooms at that time so given a fan but was still stifling. Next morning informed reception and we’re moved to another room which was significantly cooler. So first three nights were miserably hot - really felt the price was not justified.
Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable in the first room - asked reception for alternative but was told the pillows are all the same. In the second room however the pillows were far more comfortable. Some staff member definitely more helpful than others.

Decent hotel. It is a 15 minute walk to two different metro stations. Some good coffee, bars, and cafes in the neighborhood. Didn't love the bathroom. The shower didn't have a door and if one person took a shower, the whole bathroom was wet.

I cannot understand the mixed reviews for this hotel.
We were given a room on the top floor at the end of the corridor, and it was probably the quietest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The room itself was extremely clean with ample toiletries, a fridge, safe and complimentary tea, coffee and water which were replenished daily. The bonus for me however, was a light up magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Excellent for applying make up, but not often found in British hotels.
The hotel was situated a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross. From there it is only 5 stops away from Wembley, where we were going for the AC/DC concert, but most other tube lines go through Kings Cross too.
The only negative comment I have for the hotel is the queue for the coffee machine at breakfast. There are 4 machines but we only saw 2 in use, and often there was only 1 actually working. This is a shame as although the breakfasts were extremely busy every morning, the staff managed the queues very well and we never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes for a table.
I would stay here again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend.

The hotel is near from to many bus stations and to a pair of train and underground stations. The staying was very good, but the staff was amazing. Masson in front desk was so kind and helpful, and you sense of service is the best. With no doubts I will be choose this hotel in my next visit to London.

Acceptable walking distance from Euston and Kings Cross station. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood with some small shops and restaurants and not far from bus stops that took us to the city centre. Comfortable and clean rooms with refrigerator! Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet!

The price was fair for the time of the year. Room was small for four people, we could not even open the fridge door.
Location was good, close to public transportation.

Decent place, but pricy for the amenities offered.

Great stay with 4 adults, 3 kids, 2 rooms with double beds. Staff was extremely friendly, a lot of options for breakfast which was great to get kids fed before heading out. Location is good, Uber and taxi everywhere. The Union Tavern across the road was excellent. Thank you, will definitely check it out again in the future.
