Nice hotel in the residential part of the city and not far from the beach. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t like that there was no iron in the room and that you have to order the laundry services, which were not available after 6pm or early morning. The bad was changed only once during a 5-night stay. And the rooms are not soundproof.

Overall, an excellent stay. We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating. Room was very nice, large double bed and bathroom was lively. My one complaint was that they had no iron/ironing board in the room and none available in the hotel at all. The only option available was to pay for their ironing service per item.

close to the beach and able to walk along the promenade. Bus route means you can get into the old town easily. Local streets have bars and restaurants across the road from the hotel. Maybe a little noisy depending on the room .

Everyone was extremely helpful and made out stay very relaxed with our 2 doggies. They had setup some doggy beds, bowls and treats which was a very nice touch.

The hotel room was designed as simple in modern meaning. Room was very clean. Very nice breakfast. The region is not a shopping area and not crowded, but nice place. Bars and supermarkets near the hotel are available.

Property under going renovations so greeted by the horrible noise of metal grinding at reception. Construction noises continued throughout the stay, including coming from an adjacent room. In addition there was both a power cut, and the hot water being out for about 3 hours, during our 2 night stay. The staff made no apology or concession despite these hotel wide inconveniences - no discount, no free drink at the bar, nothing. The reception staff were very variable.. the evening staff were more friendly and helpful but the day staff, lead by one man in particular, were rude, unfriendly and argumentative. The hotel should either shutdown while the renovations are occurring and they can’t guarantee their services, or they should be offering heavily discounted rates and making it abundantly clear they’re in the midst of renovations. Plus upgrading their reception staff wouldn’t go a miss.

Staff were rude, the room was clean but too small, in the bathroom you can not even fit in the shower, we had to drive around the block for more than 30 minutes because they don not have a sign were to park for Check in

Air con did not work. Room was hot. Couldn't sleep with windows open due to bugs and street noise. No accommodation was made to remedy or compensate other than free parking which obviously did not address the issue. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied

This property is under construction, and management, are so incompetent that they can't put a note in their website or any plattaform, that they are under construction and that the parking is not available because is full with materials...

At my time of check in the person responsability was to make out the best smooth quick experience and was all the opposite taking a long time not helping keeping me waiting wanting to discuss about anything !! Actually rude too !
