We stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and other food was great. Would have liked more atmosphere in the pool bars (there are two) with some music to make it more enjoyable. Seemed to be quiet and not many people. Great location, clean, nice, friendly staff. Would recommend and stay there again

Property is old, rooms are run down and way past being due to be refurbished. Carpets are filthy, stains everywhere. Bathrooms are very old. Was moved to a new room after requesting a change, new room was as bad as the old room. Staff are nice, but unable to do much. Bags took over 20 mins to get delivered to the room. Location is good, breakfast is good. Price is very high for what you get, plenty of better places to stay and quite surprising for this brand to have such an old and run down property.

I am very pleased with my stay at Dusit Thani. The only negativ thing I experienced was, that I could not use my balcony as much as I wanted, because my room ( 633) was situated just obove at large machine ( maybe a generator) and it made a lot of noise. The noise made me decide not to use the balcony.

This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better....

Room needs maintaining they are rather old does not have a 5 stars feel. Location however is great it’s walking distance everywhere to beach and to malls. Lots of restaurants around so it is a plus point.

Loved the size of the room, aircon and balcony. Snacks for sale in the were a good start . Beds were firm . Showers were strong, tv was big and I could plug in my Roku or ps5. However , the wifi did not want to work. Since I was mostly out I didn’t complain . But that’s the one thing I’d make sure to get fixed next time . A lot of pools , good food, and good staff

Terrible customer service. Staff always look frustrated and hardly seen them smiling. Room service is pathetic and hardly got anything on time and had to give multiple reminders always. Staff who arrive for room service never had a smiling and friendly approach looked angry most of the times. The operator at room service was rude most of the time. We spent so much of money with 8 rooms and this is what we got instead.

I just loved the luxurious environment. I only booked one night at the property and wished I had booked at least two. The closest thing to a minus would be the front desk's not explaining that the key card needed to be placed in the appropriate slot near the door to activate the power in the room. Once that matter was cleared up, everything at the property was SUPER.
