Short break in London. Hotel was in an excellent location with view of Tower bridge and river.
Room was clean and comfortable. Although we did not eat there we had tea in the VU bar. Service was excellent

We stayed 4 nights and from the welcome to the farewell the service was outstanding.
The room was comfortable and clean, with an excellent view of Tower Bridge. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. It really made our Christmas holiday a joy.

It took 45 minutes to check in. I arrived at 5:15 and didn’t get my room card till just after 6pm. They told me my room wasn’t ready and to take seat while wait and then forgot about me.

Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. The views are amazing. No refrigerator in the rooms so not great for lengthy stay. There is a gym advertised but there is no fitness center. Overall great experience but not convenient for lengthy stay.

We had a really good time at the hotel. The wiew was amazing and made our holiday perfect. The service was great. The lobby was modern and very nice. We loved the christmas market outside.
Some things that can be improved is the beds, they were hard. It could be a mini fridge there and a toilet brush… The sink was a little dirty.

Once again, the Tower Hotel was excellent in everything both in the excellence of the staff and the quality of the room

Room end of long hall, not secure for 2 older women, moved to room lacking enough electoral, and warm, never hot water. Each day maids left bags garage in hall and stacks of dirty towels, $24 for mojito and friend fell on construction debris in walkway in to hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights in order to visit the West End and generally enjoy being out and about in London. Having eaten at the Vicinity Restaurant in the past and visited the area many times we always wanted to take a break here to enjoy the views, which are fabulous.
Our room had a bridge view, as per the photo, and was warm and comfortable, with a large and comfy bed.
The furniture and fittings are all a bit dated, but generally all functional and adequate. Our only real gripe was a lack of hot bath/shower water on the Saturday evening. There was only one easy chair, so another would have been nice, bearing in mind we both occasionally wanted to relax and enjoy the view with a glass of wine.
The breakfast was great, and the staff we encountered were all polite, friendly and well-trained. We had a meal from room service on the Saturday night which was hot, plentiful and enjoyable. There are plenty of other places to eat nearby, particularly in St. Katharine Docks next door. Tower Hill tube station is within a few minutes walk, as is the Uber boat jetty, making getting about town easy and convenient.

The room needed updating especially the bathroom.
On a positive note all the staff were very helpful, breakfast was very good.
Great location!

Lovely hotel beside the Tower of London. It is only a few minutes walk from the nearest tube station. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always had a good experience.

Really nice hotel in great location but the lifts were incredibly slow and not enough working for the amount of guests staying there. Decor a little dated but a clean and comfortable stay.

Second stay at The Tower Hotel. Upgraded this year to Bridge view. Well worth it.

Issues with TV reported on site and followed up by email all ignored

Suite not ready on arrival, then told can’t have room we wanted at all as going under maintenance. Shown an alternative suite that smelt of smoke, was very tired looking, dirty, torn furniture and stained carpet, mold on shower, moss and beer caps on balcony. The customer service was bad and rude,

Great location absolutely wonderful!

Excellent service. But the system with a voucher for not cleaning the room was a waste….

Fantastic. Executive room was cosy but beautifully appointed, and the extra charge for the bridge view was worth it - especially with Xmas lights and the Shard as a bonus...

Fantastic location with views of Tower Bridge at the front. Walk over the bridge for a great Christmas market. Unfortunately, ventilation system in room 172 was extremely loud in the night, even with air con switched off. Kept me awake and I’m used to sleeping in a city centre. Over bath shower was a little weak but there is a very strong handheld shower as well. Bar restaurant was okay but a limited range of ales.

The hotel is beautiful. Housecleaning was great. We stopped back at the room to reorganize. House keeping knocked, we answered said we did not need the bed made so she gave us new towels and freshen up the bath room. When we cam back that night, she had returned a made the bed for us. We were touched by her dedication to her hotel.
Are only complain would be the lightning in the room could be brighter.

Great-ish view (half of the hotel but then could see the bridge too).
Very tired decor. Location is perfect though.

We booked a standard room with bridge view. Definitely worth the extra for the view it was outstanding. Very iconic.
The hotel was great value for money and in a great location. Only 5 minutes walk from Tower Hill with links to Kings Cross.
Our room was 643 and we’ve attached a picture of our amazing view from our room.
There were signs of wear and tear in the room and throughout the hotel but for the money you pay you can’t really grumble.
We would 100% return and have recommended to family and friends.

Only thing that let it down was the queues for the lifts

Hotel views were amazing however room was very tired. Does need a refurb. Location great for sightseeing.
The reception team were really pleasant but the restaurant team were appalling! Rude and disrespectful. Expensive red wine turned up chilled asked for English mustard and plonked a bottle of American mustard on table. Lots of tables free but made me wait as I was a single woman. Really disappointed with service. No tea or coffee in the room but bed was comfortable.

When we arrived the rooms weren't ready, but we were promised two rooms on the same floor. Later when we came back to check in another person were at the front desk. He immediately tried to sell us more expensive rooms and were really unpolite when we said that we just wanted the rooms that we already had been given. Breakfast was very crowded, but the food was perfect!
