We had a corner room with a view of The Charles River. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that it was cold outdoors and we needed the close the drapes and shades at night to keep the cold air out. Hence, not getting to see the city lights at night. The windows were frosted over in the morning. The room temperature also had a hard time staying up due to the windows. Other than that, it was a great room.

Service was excellent all around, very accommodating to our 6 month old as well. Every single person from the valet, the housekeeping, desk agents, restaurant server were really superb. Service is the highlight of this hotel for sure. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were terrible!!!. The softest pillows I have ever slept on. The food at Bar10 was excellent. My husband and I really enjoyed it. The negatives- zero amenities in the bathroom (not even a shower cap!!!), our toilet needed to be flushed twice to actually flush. You have to pay for wifi which I found incredibly cheap of them. Lastly , the destination fee of 30 per day. We were told at check-in that the fees could be used “throughout the course of our stay”. No problem ! We spent well over 60$ between the coffee shop and the hotel restaurant. I was surprised at check out that they tried to tell me it had to be spent each individual day, use it or lose it. It made zero sense that I had to spend 30$ the day we were checking out, the day I was not even a hotel guest. Feels very scammy. I went to talk to the front desk about it and after a little back and forth she agreed to discount the bill 30$ as a one time courtesy. I appreciated the gesture, but probably would not return because of this, the lack of amenities and no free wifi. There are so many properties nearby that are similar with all of these offerings and more. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

super dry front desk workers...no one broke out a smile or cared to respond besides the bare minimum of "yes,no" and short answers....just evident they dont like the job nor do they want to be there.

Dated. For what we paid a Hampton inn would have been nicer as far as rooms. Outdated rooms , bathroom had hairs in shower. Outlet in bathroom so old. Felt stuffy and just a bad vibe. Hallways dirty and need fresh paint. Doors scuffed

We stayed in a room with a view of the river, and it was beautiful both day and night. This hotel offers many amenities but there is no in room coffee maker or mini fridge(maybe because it is a more upscale hotel?) It would have been nice to be able to make coffee in the morning before getting dressed and going out for the day. Room service is available and there is a Starbucks located in the lobby. Also, the mattress was not comfortable for neither my husband nor I. Everything else was wonderful and we had a memorable stay.

This hotel was so clean and the room was incredibly spacious (two attributes super important for a business traveler). I loved the ability to walk to all the hot destinations and the incredible amenities within the modern hotel. To boot, a few of the staff really went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. Visit David at Bar 10, one of the best bartenders I've had in months and Duane down at the front by parking who knows the area and is an expert!
