Where to start….this hotel used to be my favorite, but it has consistently become worse and worse. Housekeeping used to be stellar but recently the bedding always has disgusting stains & tears, and the bathroom is not clean as it used to be. It is a shame but not as shameful as the rude,inept front desk staff. There are a few good ones, but the majority are so unprofessional. There are constantly new people working at reception, so they never get to know the regular guests. Guests are charged a $30 “resort fee’ and are forced to try to get this money back by eating at the only option, Yardhouse, which is the grossest and most unhealthy food possible. There was no phone service my entire stay and water cut for an entire night. I keep giving this hotel a chance but they keep disappointing. I will look for a new place to stay. All they offer is points on my Bonvoy instead of improving.

Our stay was quit good, the worse problem is the pillows are not suitable for someone with neck problems, they crush down to nothing. You should provide a pillow that offers some support for side sleepers.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The restaurant was great as was room service. However the service at the concierge and front desk was substandard and resulted in some frustration and wasted time during my stay. We checked in at 9:30 on a weeknight. Nevertheless there was a 20 minute wait for check in due to the front desk being understaffed. Then, one of the keys didn’t work. I had to go back down and wait another 15-20 minutes to get the key fixed and then… it still didn’t work! Later, I had to ask the concierge a couple of questions and in each case they did not have a helpful answer.

Clean. Excellent location. I walked all over the city from the hotel. Elevator was unfamiliar how it operated but that was a quick adjustment. It’s attached to a shopping center. Easy walk to Fenway. Right by the park and Cheers. A block away from the Back Bay nightlife. The $30 a day resort fee or whatever is garbage. If I want to spend $30 a day at your lounge, let me choose to do so. Don’t hold my $30 a day hostage. Just a crooked policy.

This was an especially clean hotel and the service was amazing! We loved the elevator system which gets you straight to your floor! The room had everything we needed, but I would maybe bring my own pillow next time as they had little support. My husband forgot his blazer in the closet, and they offered to over night it, which was a relief! Overall we will stay here again and recommend this location!

The walls are very thin. You could hear what was happening in the next rooms quite a bit. Rooms were updated and very clean. Staff was nice and enjoyable. Great location and beautiful views.

Not being able to open some windows, staying there for 7 days was harder for me. The hotel charges destination fee of $30 each day which I thought was not reasonable even though you can get that as food credit. I felt like I was forced to spend and eat at the yard house each day.

The location is good and convienence. I don't like the quality of the mattress. The side of mattress close to the night stand was sunken. I felt uncomfortable when you slept on that side. I strongly recommend the hotel should focus on the quality control. In addition, my room is 6 rooms away from the elevator. I still could heard the sound of elevator while someone is using it. It's annoying.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There’s quite a wait for the lifts during busy times. The location is great but the subsidised Yardhouse restaurant food is disgusting, although the staff are friendly. We tried it twice thinking perhaps we were just unlucky the first time but I’d anything it was worse. What a shame.

We've stayed at this property 3 times when attending games at Fenway Park. We've always had very quiet rooms with great views. The staff has been very helpful. The location is right across the street from a mall and a grocery store. It's a 25 minute walk to Fenway or a quick Uber ride. It's also an easy Uber ride to the Waterfront, Quincy Market, North End etc. The bus tours and boat ducks pick up right in front of hotel. We love this hotel.

Great place to stay! Clean area, friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable! Easy to walk this part of the city to Fenway and numerous points of interest. Lots of green space to relax! Close to train and subway systems. Will definitely be my choice of Hotels. Stayed at Marriott in Bangor earlier in the month and again an excellent choice so until the next time ………….
