We had a nice little stay here! We decided to stay in Cocoa Beach for a couple days before we moved on to the Orlando area for a family Disney vacation and were pleased with our visit. Great service and atmosphere!

Awesome place to stay with the family. Check in workers were very friendly and the lobby area is inviting. Parking was easy, pool bar/restaurant was great and had good prices. There is a lazy river, beach area for the kids and a turf area with some games on it. There was nothing bad about the place. The property is situated with 2 motel style buildings surrounding the pool and 1 tower building closer to the beach (1 block away). Tower building had our suite with a separate living area. Beds were comfortable, rooms had Direct TV. Everything was in walking distance (store, Starbucks, mini golf, restaurants) so we never had to drive anywhere. Perfect stay. Can't wait to go back.

We really enjoyed Beachside! We loved the lazy river pool - it had a great wading ledge for my toddler and the water was heated! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots of options - more than just continental! Our room was very clean and we had a very pleasant check in experience.

While older and motel style, the rooms have been updated. The desk staff was awesome!!! We had a broken hair dryer which they replaced immediately with a brand new one. We asked for towels which came quickly and when grandsons brought in a bunch of beach sand, they came quickly to clean up. We were a multi-generational family of 7 and definitely enjoyed the lazy river, the food/drinks at the Duck Dive. Can't say enough about Lou and the others at the desk. Hotel is located near several restaurants, Starbucks, and Walgreens. They provided an economical shuttle to the port for our cruise. Absolutely would stay again.

Fully Renovated Older style motel . They’ve done a good job renovating this motel . We had a comfortable one night stay before our cruise . Close to restaurants and the beach. The breakfast is great . Nice pool and lazy River.

Fun family stay. Great bar and food and great breakfast included The staff made it 5 star. Yuvonne, and Amy at the desk were great. Rooms dated but good enough. Lazy river pool and as fun and live DJ was awesome. Walking distance to great Italian restaurant.

Every single interaction we had with any of the hotel staff was a positive one. They gave us the wrong room, but fixed it as soon as we told them about it. The breakfast was amazing and the pool area very clean.

Our stay was great. So close to the beach and the pool was fabulous. There was an issue with the shower but they fixed it very quickly once we told them about it. The room was old, but still comfortable. The pillows were not my favorite, but good enough. I loved the food options and enjoyed being able to stay by the pool and getting my food. We were even able to watch a rocket launch from the beach.

Came into cocoa beach a couple days early for our carnival cruise. The hotel was everything we expected and more. Great pool with bar and yard games. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Short walk to the ocean. VERY HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you’re sailing out of port canaveral.

We came back from a cruise and stayed here. 12 of us. Great front desk people. Very helpful. Clean, quiet. Kids LOVED the lazy river. My only complaint was "I" thought it was right on the beach and it wasn't. Too far to walk with a bunch of beach stuff. But we made the best of it in the pool/Lazy river and it worked out great.

The room is nice, with a small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, which was used by us. The bathroom seems to be older and in need of updating. Breakfast was included, but only fair. I like the hotels location next to shopping, restaurants the port.

Quick overnight stay to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. Arrived @ 8pm looking forward to dinner onsite, $80 got us a burger, wings, fries and 2 beers. Most of were thrown away as we would have rather had Mcdonalds quality. Front desk staff was yelling at security in an unprofessional manner in front of all guests. This place is awesome but the people working there do not seem to like their jobs. Breakfast was fantastic. The only buffet breakfast of this magnitude. Overall, our staff was great but hope the staff receives the professional training needed to give guests the whole package!

Loved the retro vibe! Staff were all super helpful and friendly. We loved the lazy river and on-site restaurant for refreshments. Room was comfortable and the fridge/mini kitchen were convenient. We made use of the beach equipment one morning, which was an awesome bonus! The breakfast buffet was satisfying. Overall a great spot to enjoy Cocoa Beach for a few nights on a family trip! P.S. it’s within walking distance of grocery stores, pharmacies, and several excellent local restaurants!

There were bedbugs in the mattress I was woken up in the night by them . It was awful. I got a refund and left in the night.

We had a wonderful stay. They had just got power back late the evening before we stayed. They had the place totally cleaned up from the hurricane. Luckily for us they had to cancel a bunch of rooms over the power being out so there wasn't too many other people here. Pool is very nice. Nice sand area for the kids. Breakfast is great! Rooms are pretty well kept up as well. Not a fancy hotel but a great family hotel for getting some beach time in as well.

Overall the hotel was good. The pool area was really nice especially for the kids. The little bar/ restaurant area was nice and convenient. Staff was nice. The only reason I’m giving this review 3-4 stars is because there were a couple of roaches in the room. My husband said that’s normal for Florida so I left it at that.
