It was perfect in every way for a beach trip!! I even had a partial view of the ocean which in Cocoa beach is amazing. Most properties are a block off the beach there because only condos are ocean front.
There was nothing I didn't like. I loved every aspect of the property, it's staff and location. The shopping was awesome too. Anyone going to Cocoa Beach should try this property. You are also given access to the amenities of 4 sister properties which includes access to a lazy river at the Sheraton at the Port.

Please please please fix the drain cover in the drive thru by Starbucks, I tripped and fell on it. I’ve called & emailed with no response.

5 story parking garage attached had a sign for cars that 5th level was closed but any hotel guest exiting elevator on 5th floor was able to walk right out on to open empty parking area. We wanted to see the rocket launch and were sent to the 5th floor parking by staff for best view. minuets before launch a very gruff and bossy manager come up with security , ran everyone to 4ths floor and stood on 5th level with security and watch launch while assuring the guest couldn’t come up with them. The then left and soon other were right back on 5th floor because the staff still had no signs. all seemed so pointless and unnecessary. To add insult I was vaping outside at night alone on sidewalk and the hotels security came up to me and demanded I show a room key!? I did but was also pointless. I didn’t need a room key to be on the sidewalk ether-way !!!

We were down for the 10k run, location was great.
The room layout was odd with a long hallway. Near the door in the room, it was a dead space with no table. This would have been helpful when we ordered the room service to set the food rather than the floor to sign for it. View from the window was into the restaurant, which honestly was pointless of a window. The hallways had horrible smell.
When we used the website to order room service, the website was down. Called the front desk, and staff informed us the restaurant may take the order over the phone if they want to. The food was very overpriced, and shrimp taco was cold along with bad guacamole. Checked out the swimming area to be very dirty and small. Hot tub had dirt all on the bottom as well as the bottom of the pool. Thankfully, when checking out the desk, the person gave us a free drink at Starbuck, which was in walking distance. Other than that the money spent didn't seem worth the 1 night stay. (328.00)

Close to shopping and sites
pool did not look like it did on site, chairs out dated and whole pool area needs updates and painting.. we ended up walking to beach ..which was quite the chore due to my husband walks with a cane and also had to rent chairs.. an added expense

Location was good. The pier and beach were close by.
The rooms are kind of dated but you're not in your room so it was good.

The bed was very uncomfortable. AC didn't work at all

The pool is so small it was unbelievable that it was considered a pool for a high sought hotel. It was also completely covered that you could not have sun. The verbiage explaining the hotel were kind of conflicting. I booked a hotel thinking that I would have a ocean view from somewhere. Maybe not my room but from somewhere and as it turned out, I was three blocks away. I was not happy. The door to my hallway was broken and anybody could’ve walked in that hallway. The door to my room looks like it had been busted open and the latch reattached. It was on by a thread. I will not stay there again. I thought a four points by Sheraton was something to be considered as a step above others, but this proved that wrong.

The location was really good.
The pictures were deceiving. The pool was not good at all. The parking garage was right above and covered a great deal of the pool very bad location for a pool. Our first room although clean the AC was not working properly it was making a god awful sound that sounded like the rocket was taking off. The staff took care of us though and switched us rooms right away.

I felt safe and it wasn’t crowded. I like the key card access to the room hallways for extra security.
The parking garage was very poorly lit at night and I wish there was a key card lock on the parking garage floor garage and key card access to the room floors:
