Showed up and my 2 king room reservation was changed to 1 double queen room by the staff of the motel . He said I booked with Expedia and clearly I had booked with hotels.com . I showed him the confirmation numbers with both rooms and he said sorry don’t know what to tell you after admitting they changed my reservation. Then proceeded to lie that there were no other rooms available which I had my employee call from parking lot and had playoff availability. This place needs to train employees and deck help was extremely smart ass . I own and operate a 58 room hotel myself and know how the game is played on the room availability on a Friday night with a convention in town. I would fire any of the for the way this was handled and the desk clerk needs to learn customer service and how the be an honest person. Hotel business is terrible to be a paid having to deal with lazy substandard employees that have the easiest job in existence. Sitting there and typing a few things in the computer when someone walks In the door and answers the phone . #hotelssuck #hotelowner

Checking in Clerk behind the Counter was just about as rude as she could be 2pm on Saturday ( Black Lady late 30’s ) she wouldn’t have a job if she worked for me being that rude to customers and requested bottom floor room when booked and was given a top floor room the five people in front of me were given a bottom floor room I asked the male clerk he said he was out of bottom floor room and stated they didn’t request a bottom floor and most of all this motel is in the Hood and not worth $190 that I was charges at best this is $79 a night room the owners should be ashamed and the refused to refund my money stop go to another motel in town and not in the Hood ( Do Not Book A Room At This Location)

I was very disappointed in my stay. Check-in took way too long. I had reserved two rooms each wuth two queen beds. The one room had not been cleaned from the previous guests so we needed to go back to the frint desk to request another room. We were reassigned. The room had been cleaned but there were spits on the bedding and the carpets. Thecsecond room only had one bed which was not the room i reserved. It was inconvenient to say the least.

The walls are so thin that I hear the person in the room next to me on the phone talking until 2am. The carwash next to the hotel had music going until late into the night. I thought there was a concert going on someplace in the neighborhood. Not someplace you can go to have a quiet relaxing evening.

We were really pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn. We booked our room through Hotels.com which made check-in fast and efficient. I had prepaid, so I didn't have to show ID or fill out paperwork. The girl at the desk was super nice, and the room was clean and quiet. We liked very much there was a Denny's just walking distance away from the motel on the opposite side of the parking lot. The motel provides a nice breakfast for free, which looked good, but we opted instead to eat at Denny's. We chose Comfort Inn because of its price and good reviews, and because it's close to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse where we attended a concert. An Uber ride costs us $28 to the concert, and it costs us $15 to return back to Comfort Inn. We highly recommend this Comfort Inn and Uber for those who are attending an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

1. Check-in time was listed at 3 PM. My room was being cleaned until after 4 PM. 2. Room #121 stunk horribly of cigarette smoke. 3. My thermostat was fixed temperature and there was NO FAN. I had no air circulation whatsoever. 4. The white comforters had visible stains. 5. The bathtub plug did not work. 6. The microwave plate is missing, so the metal piece inside completely burned my food!

Pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the bed and pillows. Bathroom was updated nicely.The price was good considering the proximity to downtown Indianapolis. The hallway carpet and elevator could use some updating, but over all pleased.

There was some dirt in our toilet and tub that I cleaned out when we got there from traveling so long just wanted to sleep. The back door is exit only you can not get back in the door and they don't want it propped open at all so you have to go all the way around the building to walk all the way to your room to put your belongs in there and walk all the way back to your car very inconvenient. Then I requested a late check out and they said it was all noted in the computer then morning time I have someone at my door telling me it's check out time when in fact I had a late check out and no one noted it in the computer. Poor communication and very unorganized.

The room was pretty dingy and there were stains all over the walls. The phone was covered in a sticky substance. The walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbor's TV like it was in our own room at 3 AM, but the front desk staff were very helpful in getting them to turn it down.

It is definitely in a less than ideal part of town. I never felt unsafe but my GF decided for us to drive back home instead of stay because she was displeased. The comforters were dirty/staind. There was a meatball on the floor which was not hidden, so defintely had us worried about the level of cleaning that is being done. Staff at the front desk were very friendly.

I thought the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very good. I liked having a refrigerator in the room. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Waffle, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Desk personnel were very friendly. Very pleased with my stay.

Little things that could be addressed. Tears in the carpet, phone and remote looked bad, bath tub wouldn’t hold water. Front staff was arguing with someone, cussing in front of my children. Breakfast was okay. Whole place smelled like smoke due to staff smoking in front of the building. Just not that great of an experience. Beds were comfortable. Room seemed clean.
