Run down, filthy, loud, creaking floors, stained carpets, elevator broken, front desk was standoffish, breakfast bars were stale and one was outdated, rust stained drains. Nothing looked like the pictures and it’s definitely not a recommend to anyone I know

You desperately need to put SOME kind of safety device(s) in bathroom. There was NOTHING to help prevent slips, falls in tub. It's currently a lawsuit waiting to happen. Get your stuff together!!!

Biggest thing is we didnt get the correct room for the say, then when getting into the room the pumbing was damaged/ripped from the walls. They then gave us the only other room available, same king bed. But the AC was leaking the whole time so floor was wet and half the room unsuable.

Friendly staff, but man is this an old and dirty building that needs an update and deep clean. Rust in the bathroom, dirty toilet seats, and dated decor. I wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the bed covers because it just didn’t feel clean.

Minor thing, the place has a pool, but my bathroom had no place to hang my swimshorts or anything wet either without all the water ending up on the floor due to no drainage in the bathroom, kinda weird I thought, if you flooded the tub, there were nowhere for the water to go cept the bedroom carpet.....

So not worth the price at $120 a night. Place is nasty & lots of riff raff. Unfortunately checked in using Hotels.com at 1:30am after driving 8hrs to only have this be a nonrefundable stay. Out price plus tax & fee. Do better!

Excellent staff! We arrived very early in the morning because of flight delays and the receptionist was very accommodating even though we were already listed as no show! However, the room has a noxious smell and looks worn out! The sink area doesn’t have a bar to hang your finger towels. drapes don’t even close properly. The hotel needs some renovations!!

This place was great. The problem was. I left an expensive piece of quit equipment in my room accidentally the next day when I realized that I didn’t have it I called and of course, housekeeping didn’t turn it in. I’m super disappointed and I probably will not be back because of that reason.

I loved how accessible this property was. They provided a shower chair in the room as well for my convenience as a wheelchair user. Amazing experience all around.

Very helpful night clerk. The kitchen closed an hour early then reopened due to a new staff member being confused about the different times on the weekends. Also the Coffee station was poorly supplied. The tv remote was non functional also in my room.

Room was spacious and comfortable but you can hear the road and other guests all night. Breakfast was OK, but plenty of choices, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel seemed tense. Elevator was out during my stay so that was a bit inconvenient. Room had a fridge with a separate freezer so that was awesome.

Outstanding hotel, from the friendly & efficient desk staff and the conscientious cleaning staff to the spacious, clean & comfortable rooms and the wonderful breakfast buffet, everything was top-notch. And the convenient location near I-65 & the 465 bypass was a plus. Will definitely stay again when in the Indianapolis area.

Chair in room was falling apart no handles on closet doors. Called front desk multiple times at 3 am to complain about yelling going on in halls I felt like prices were way more for the condition and environment of the establishment

We were there for the Wrestling competition at the Nicoson Hall and it is very close to the University so easy access! Front desk was nice and competent! Safe area! Housekeeping was prompt! Breakfast was good and varied! Room was clean and beds comfy! Overall, good experience!
