Valet Parking for one night was 100.00 and resort fees 58.00. There was no coffee in the lobby and horrible coffee in the attached bar.

Clean, a little dated but good location.

The Hotel was very accommodating. Check in wasn’t till 4pm, our flight arrived at 9am and once we arrived, they allowed us in our room. They recommended some amazing dinner options that we absolutely loved. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Market. It was a safe location. The accommodations were very clean and spacious, the staff were super friendly. I enjoy more firm pillows and not so much, feather down pillows. If I were to complain, that would be my only one. Everything else…perfect. We plan on staying here again when we return next June. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The property and rooms were very grown up and comfortable, very nice decor. Would definitely stay again; nice restaurant/bar/lounge, very close to the waterfront, walkable to many places, convenient!!

Nice stay pre-cruise. Hotel is close to Pike place and most of local attractions. Restaurant was closing upon our arrival on Thursday evening and closed all day on Sunday. The hotel offers a credit if you use the restaurant but the hours are limited. As I was trying to understand this complicated policy, the hotel employee demonstrated some not so nice attitude. Otherwise for the hotel location I would recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel! All of the staff we encountered were really friendly. The decor in the rooms was modern and tasteful, and the bathroom was super clean. The bar/cafe had a cool vibe and the drinks were great. It is also very conveniently located near the water and only a 5-10 min walk to Pike Place Market. Would definitely stay here again!
4.0
Convenient location for some of Seattle's most popular tourist areas. Easy to visit on foot and then pop back to the hotel for a rest. Some of the options in the question "what did you not like" are a little judgmental: the area did not appear to be inherently "dirty" or "noisy" or "unsafe". Perhaps a better term would be "unattractive", which, of course, is no reflection on the hotel.

Hotel was great. Bellhop was exceptional!

Very nice staff, enthusiastic and helpful. As far as the building goes it's an older building but very well maintained. Clean rooms with decent views of downtown. The location is very close to the boardwalk which is also fantastic. If you're traveling to Seattle its worth staying here.

Good location. Room "upgrade" was not what I had been lead to expect.

I had a one night stay at the Alexis this week and it was wonderful! The location is convenient to both the waterfront and shopping/dining. The staff were all wonderful: friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate (highly reccomend the corner room!) and spacious. Very lovely furnishings and an amazingly comfortable bed. We utilized self-parking via a building located a block west from here and it worked quite well - secure, convenient, and priced well. Overall, this is a lovely property and feels less chaotic as it is slightly outside of the "core". If you are looking to stay somewhere in the thick of it, look closer to the Market and Belltown. If you want to get a bit of a walk in and stay somewhere that is more relaxing, this is your place!

The staff at this hotel were extraordinary and helpful. The front desk employee noticed it had recently been my birthday and that it was my first time in the city, so he kindly upgraded me to a premium room that was incredible with a lakefront view. The spa in the room was massive and so relaxing after a long day of walking. Another front desk worker informed me that cabs to the airport have a flat rate of $45, so she called one for me that arrived in less than 5 minutes when Uber was otherwise quoting me $75. All in all, this hotel and the staff far exceeded my expectations and I’d love to return. The staff made this such a memorable trip.

Great Pre-Cruise stay. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently walkable to Pike Place Market and Area streets/shops, Harbor Steps, Great Wheel, and the Waterfront. The Harbor Steps were beautiful and made it easier to navigate the elevation change on the way to the waterfront.

The Alexis is in the perfect location, close to Pioneer Square and Pike Place Market. The waterfront is a block away. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a great place to stay.

Check in was wonderful - we arrived early and were able to get to our room and we were soooo thankful! We were so tired from being on a cruise and up early and walking a mile from the ship so that was a huge plus!
The bed was very comfortable which was another huge plus and the room was nice and big. I loved that you left two waters in the room.
Our only issue was the restaurant - we were mischarged for an item and were given the wrong sandwich the first time around and had to have it remade. I ordered a caprese flatbread which implied tomatoes and cheese. There were only six small tomato halves (cherry tomatoes) at that on the pizza so I had to ask for more.

Outstanding! Highly recommend. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, and perfect location (walkable to sporting events, waterfront, pike place market, shopping, etc.). The guest services team (Brian and ZuZu) were so kind, professional, and accommodating. We did not want to leave - thank you!
