Unhappy. However the staff was great and hardworking.

Unfortunately all I liked about the property is its location to Sea World San Antonio.

Lack of safety. Cars and trucks were being broken into during my stay.

Great stay for families, great value too

I booked for grandson’s birthday, family enjoyed their stay and free breakfast 2 adults 4kids all happy and full I wasn’t there but all were happy with the getaway

Loved this hotel. Will definitely be my #1 pick!

Clean rooms. The digital key from the app was amazing! For being so close to Seaworld the price is unbeatable!!!

The indoor pool was very loud with a few people In it. One lady at the desk was rude. She seemed stressed but it made multiple people needing help walk away. The grab and go breakfast was horrible.

They didn't want to clean the rooms customer service was disrespectful nor wanted to grant to the service that was offered after signs was posted for room service

The room was a nice size for the family and the roll out bed was comfortable and the kitchen was unexpected and came in handy

The only thing that wasn’t up to par was the shower head was crusty from hard water and the water pressure was too low

They lay out was good. It was very clean and welcoming. We were greeted upon walking in the door and offered the things that we may have needed instead of having to ask later. Breakfast was amazing. Jacob was very attentive and worked very hard. Even when one staff member wasn't able to assist me with something, just him asking how was everything, led to him getting me the one thing I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure that guest were ok all while keeping things clean and neat. It was cool watching him work the room. He was amazing.

I think the only complaint would be the temperature of the tbe pool, but hey. It's an indoor pool.

Jessica, the receptionist, was very very,very helpful. She earn a 100% in customer service. Breakfast was Good. Room was very clean. Lobby is bigger than expected. Very good coffee. THANK YOU

I didn't like it was sold out for the next day, but I understand that having very good service everyone is willing to stay here and Iam happy for that.

I am very happy to stay in True Hilton hotel for three nights. They have good service, nice staffs

The hotel is located in very nice location near SeaWorld and shopping places.

I wish the janitor came like 10 o’clock so we had room clean.
