They were very nice (staff) Arrived at two in the morning, and they let us have a late check out all the way up to 2pm. Clean Ree

The heater was very noisy and was hard to sleep! We had a fowl smell come and go constantly, was very gross. Was disappointed that you had to ask for room service, most hotels do normally I thought? Maybe times have changed?

The check-in personnel was very friendly and informative about the facility without having to ask. A restaurant is connected which makes it very convenient. Not far from then Mayo Clinic.

Came for a visit at the Mayo Clinic. Did not need to stay for the full days booked. Gentleman at the front was very understanding and polite and even credited back the days we were not going to stay. I didn’t even have to ask. I was truly suprised.

When hotels.com brought up this location it gave me pause, I stayed there 48 years ago. I wondered how well the rooms had weathered the years?
Well I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't need a lot of amenities for my very brief 1 night stay for an early morning procedure at Mayo. I was looking for a reasonably priced room that was clean and well maintained. You met my needs. When I returned in the morning to my room I stopped by the breakfast room and was surprised by an offering of excellent quality, quantity and variety for a compact breakfast galley. The food was warm and not greasy. There was plenty of seating available.
I opted for a walk-in shower, it was hot and clean but I am use to super soft water and this was not.
I found the bed to sleep well. I wish with all those pillows, could you offer one that is softer than the other?
If you wanted a room with a view find a different city or location, I'm a country boy I needed a quiet room but within convenient driving distance to Mayo Clinic. The room was very quiet.
Thanks for the room !

Incredibly easy to get to Mayo. Everything but the ceilings felt refreshed. Nice stay before a long day.

We must have veen assigned to a room that has yetnto be updated because ours did not look like the pictures online. It was fine for the price, but not accurately represented. The drywall was stained in the bathroom, the tub was outdated, and the closet handles werent even level. It could use a fresh coat of paint too.

Great value price vs amenities. I love the breakfast, hot tub, pool, restaurant bar, comedy club, and the shuttles to mayo.

Shower room with safety bars and shower seat /chair is the best of all conveniences.

My stay was good. I have no complaints. Am actually booking 2 different trips thru your hotel again. One is for 1 night & the other is for a week while I’m undergoing Stage IV Cancer treatment at Mayo.

Clean. Friendly. Good service. Pool area was clean and welcoming. I appreciate breakfast, the attached sports bar, restaurant and comedy club. Laughter is good medicine.

The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not the greatest for my comfort. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

Staff was accommodating, helpful & courteous.
Room was okay but bizarre. Before this, I've never stayed in any hotel room without a closet or even a rod on which to hang clothes.

Staff, especially Kumar, was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The only issue was rather bizarre. I've never before had a hotel room without a closet or even a rod or bar on which to hang clothes.

For the price it wasn’t terrible— clean and need was comfortable but shower was terrible, no water pressure and barely warm water definitely not hot! Towels worked to dry but that is about all. It was quiet and the front desk staff was very nice, breakfast was mediocre at best but again for the price wasn’t bad.

Great value. Clean comfortable room. Good location. Would recommend for anyone looking for good accommodations for a reasonable price.

Overall it’s been a good stay and would recommend it, especially for the price.
Pros: breakfast is great, staff is friendly and helpful, there is a shuttle that takes you to and from Mayo, there is a fridge and microwave in the room and the attached restaurant gives you a discount for staying here.
Cons: the pillows leave a lot to be desired so I recommend bringing your own. I’ve never seen such bad pillows at a hotel - these are lumpy and are quite round and hard. The windows seem to need sealed better as a plethora of lady bugs have joined us during our stay. Thankfully they aren’t bothersome and stay toward the window.
Again, nothing terrible and would still very much recommend the hotel. Just some considerations to keep in mind.

We enjoyed the spa and having access to the the pet relief & patio areas! It was also cool to have the big cliff behind the building.

My wife and I asked Grandma to watch the kids. Saved a little money for a hotel. We’re planning on an overdue date night. Upon arrival to the hotel we were informed they wouldn’t give us a room because we are locals. After some phone calls we were told they would make an exception to the policy this once. The event kinda put a damper on our date.

The check in process was awkward. Even though I had given my email address and credit card information previously, she wanted it again. Thought that was odd, but no biggie. We get to the room, and the door won't open. It flashes red and green very fast, but you're supposed to open the door on a half second green flash. Super annoying. We finally get into our room and it's is fine, the bed is comfortable and clean enough, but we notice a pizza sauce stain on the ceiling, but we're only there for the night, we can handle it. We head out, do some exploring come back to the room, get into our suits and head down to the hot tub. Set it for 30 minutes, it's on for maybe 4 or 5 minutes. Press the buttons again, it doesn't turn back on. We go to the front desk and she practically laughs at me and says 'no, the hot tub is broken' doesn't offer an apology or gift cards. Just 'it's broken - sorry' I text in the morning to see if it's fixed, maybe get a quick one in before we leave and I get the response 'i will look into it and get back to you' and she never got back to me. Big surprise! Also, check out is at 12pm, why the hell is housekeeping knocking at our door at 1030am wanting to know if we're out yet. The DO NOT DISTURB sign was hanging from the door. I know it is a cheap hotel, but their customer service skills are lacking. I choose hotels based on if they have a working hot tub. Silly me to just assume theirs worked. Breakfast was nice though.

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this hotel. It was remodeled during Covid, and it’s very nice.

1st room smelled like pest control had just sprayed and had dead misquitos all over the beds and in the pillowcases. 2nd room the fridge gasket was black n moldy and room had signs it had preciously flooded as base of tv stand had water damage and random spots of mold through out room. Pool room was super hot when you walked in, jets of hottub barely worked, kid pool was cold, they had 4-5 huge dehumidifiers running, there was dirt, mold n dead bugs along entire edges where floors n walls met. Breakfast was ok. Elevators also made loud noises. Beds were as hard as rocks.

It was pretty darn nice! We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained the overall hotel was. It was quiet enough as the evening passed. I will say that early in the evening you could hear people noise under the door. Clean, comfortable and cozy. My parents loved the attached restaurant and the breakfast.

No sleep. Dirty older facility. Compressor went off every 10 min or so, so no sleep

Room was terribly “remodeled”. Painted over door hinges, holes from previous fixtures, and painted over rotting drywall in the bathroom.
