My partner and I had an unforgettable stay at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, upgrading our room and welcoming us with thoughtful gifts.
Every interaction was filled with genuine politeness and warmth, making us feel truly valued.
The attention to detail and exceptional service made our experience unforgettable.
We’re grateful for such a memorable stay and can’t wait to return!. Thank you Imperial Hotel.

I understand that this hotel will close down for a much-needed teardown and makeover. I hope that the new Imperial Hotel will have more Japanese design details. The old one could just as well have been on Manhattan, and that’s a shame because Japanese design has so much to offer the world

Terrific hotel. Service is exemplary.
I prefer the main building to the high rise, larger rooms and more convenient to the entrance. Though the views of the garden are iconic Tokyo

This is our fourth time staying at the Imperial Hotel in past 16 months. We love ending our Japan trips here before heading home because the service is old fashioned, quiet, and excellent as soon as you arrive at the door to when you get on the Friendly Airport Limousine Bus. The rooms are not “stylish”, “hip” or “modern”, but very comfortable with good amenities and are on the big side for Japanese hotel room standards. Our Tower room on the 31st floor had a fantastic view of Tokyo overlooking the train station and we just wanted to be in our room to enjoy the rainy view of Tokyo. As we were being escorted to our room by the bell staff and the bell staff trainee, my 21-year old son said that it feels like coming home and we hope to stay at the Imperial again as long as we come back to Japan.

Perfect way to start my trip to Japan. The Imperial Hotel provided superior service from the moment I stepped out of my taxi. The staff made my stay one of my most memorable international travel experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the Ginza neighborhood which makes it easy to walk to explore dining and shopping options in the vicinity or to access the train to other neighborhoods.

Unbeatable location and the staff are super nice!

One of the best hotel experience I've had. Accommodating and friendly. Nothing not-so-good to say except for the buffet breakfast. I feel it was too expensive for the limited choices available that time. The staff did not even bother to ask if we'd like coffee for starters. That being said, however, the quality of the food (fresh vegetables, etc) were very good. But still, a bit too pricey.

Cafe, breakfast buffet, and in room mini bar were very expensive, but it is expected as the hotel is high end. The service was magnificent. I especially liked the pharmacy.

Just a terrific place. Classic and refined. Even though Tokyo was really busy the hotel did not seem too touristy. Service was top notch. We never waited at the counter. They gsve us extra pillows and water. At least five employees greeted us every morning when we departed. Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean but we didn’t get a double bed and the view was pretty average. Also the bathroom was very small.

Amazing room service. They did my room 3 times in a single day. Every staff member greets you as you pass them with a very large bow. The room was very spacious. The bathroom is probably the best part. Very large, with a hot autofilling tub.
