We were in town for a concert and everything was perfect. The hotel staff were calm, engaging, and polite. They were so organized for the flood gates of concert goers. We were very impressed. Best part was that they had late night food service for us after the concert. So thoughtful!! Loved our stay. Will highly recommend!!

It seems that all Sheraton hotels have slumpy king size beds. They all sag in the middle - and it doesn’t matter which Sheraton you go to. This hotel was no exception.

Amazing view from the room downside the windows and door aren’t very sound proof… pool was nice feature super clean, staff was good although it seemed like at times short staffed but the workers made it happen. Would stay again

Really nice corner room and a comfortable bed. Super water pressure in the large shower. We pre-booked breakfast with our reservation and it was a better deal than at the hotel, the breakfast was a good with lots of options, but we had to wait 15 minutes before we could get in. Convenient location. Very close to Robson Street and Pacific Centre. Just around the corner from Davie Street and a few short blocks to the Granville Island ferries. Self-parking was easy; pricey but standard for a big city. We just registered our license plate at the desk and we could come and go as we pleased. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel room wasn’t that great especially for a 4 star hotel. Stayed when the rugby team was there and they had all their cleats outside the hotel door stinking up the hallway. Waited too long to get our check during breakfast, but felt bad because they were obviously short staffed. And to top it all off, we waited 20 minutes for an elevator - and the two times it came to our floor they were completely full. We ended up having to take a service elevator with the staffs permission so we could check out and not miss our flight.

Nice ,clean rooms. Tight with 2 double beds. No amenities like free breakfast. Only 1 expensive choice for breakfast within the grounds of the hotel. Concierge MIA in the South tower. Very helpful concierge in the north tower. Convenient location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Stanley park is walkable from the hotel, but it is quite a distance especially if you want to walk the park !

Great room, fabulous fireworks, excellent air con. Everything as you would expect, not necessarily aimed at tourists. Slight negative over parking, I found the information on the website to be unclear. Parking can actually be paid for at reception when checking in without the need to use the machines in the car park. It would also be helpful to know which tower your room was in before checking in.

had a problem with the tv not working remote would not work called the operator 3 times to get is resolved finally went to front desk and they knew nothing about the issue finally after more than a hour 2 techies came to room and fixed the tv and gave us a new remote communication about the issue within the hotel was poor

We had a really nice stay at the Sheraton. The property is well-maintained and everyone who works there is friendly. It’s walkable to lots of good restaurants (Yolks was our favorite place for breakfast). The only downside was the number of homeless people but that is a problem everywhere we went in Vancouver, sadly. We would definitely stay there again if we were looking for somewhere in downtown Vancouver.

Our family stayed 8 nights at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. It has a great location in the downtown core, a easy 15 minute walk to Canada Place, and also 15 minutes to Granville Island via the false creek ferries. Multiple skytrain stations available within walking distance too.
