Trash all over property. Disgusting room. Waffle maker at breakfast looks like it hasn’t been clean ever. Staff looks like they are on drugs.

Absolutely the most chill and outgoing staff. They were so kind and let our kids swim anytime they wanted. The maintance and front desk staff were so nice and friendly to not only me and my husband but my children as well. We will definitely come back for another stay

This hotel is not for the faint of heart. The staff was helpful and attentive. But you should know that this hotel is not somewhere that I would recommend for travelers with young children as it is kind of a rough spot. There are transitional welfare families living there, although everyone that I met like that was polite enough except for the one couple that had a huge domestic screaming match in the parking lot 2 nights in a row. Screaming at the top of their lungs for over 20 minutes. My room smelled like a big ashtray although the appearance was fine and the bathroom had this great water pressure in the shower. The pool seemed to be professionally maintained and the residents and hotel customers were using it quite well. The grounds are pretty well kept and clean. If you look on the map you'll notice that there is a waste treatment plant not far from this property, at nights in a hot summer evening you can definitely smell it -although it was unrecognizable inside my room which I said smelled really bad like cigarettes. I was traveling there for the Carlisle Mopar nationals ( this motel is a full 15 miles away from the show BTW) an if you're a single man it's probably not a bad spot maybe if you're out with the fellas or you're a biker Harley dude but frankly I was worried about theft of my classic car. Other reviews have talked about roaches I didn't see any. Again it is not for the faint of heart this place although it did remind me not to judge a book by its cover re:

I booked a non-smoking king room, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and had burn marks In the sheets and shower curtain. The carpet was gross and there were stains on the upholstered furniture. The tub had dirt marks on it and there was soap remnants in the soap dish.
It was about 1 AM when I checked in after a local concert. There was a creepy guy who approached me in the parking lot near the front door after I had checked in, who then followed me to my car and followed my car to the back of the building. When I ran into the building To see if someone could walk me to my room, there was nobody at the front desk. After waiting for several minutes for someone to appear, I looked out the back door and could not see the guy so I ran to my room.
I was too tired to do much else so I made sure that the door was double locked and attempted to go to sleep. After about 20 minutes of laying completely still in the dark, the interior lights came on, apparently from a motion sensor by the door, turned them off and attempted to go back to sleep, but they came on again about 20 minutes later. At this point, I called the front desk and their advice was to turn the lights off. When I said that I’ve already done that twice they said they would send someone to take a look and no one ever came. After waiting 20 minutes, I packed up my things, called around to other hotels who might have space at 2 AM, and went to the front desk for checkout/refund.

Cigarette hole in blanket, towels smell of cigarette smoke, hair on bathroom floor, shower head falling off. Breakfast was near non existence! No coffee. Smelled marijuana by elevator, dirty outside, and lastly overall upgrading needed. Very dreary too.

The room they put me in 107 had a giant hole in the ceiling and water was coming from it..also ceiling tile was all over the bed and floor with water pouring down.. the lamb didn’t work had to use my cell phone light to reach a light that turned on Trish T the lady at the counter was sitting in the lobby on the phone and acted like I was bothering her during my check in and quickly check the worst room in hotel history that I ever seen the worst dump I want to share pictures but there no spot for them this hotel needs to be shut down or renovated with a bomb demolished

its clean and the staffs are nice

Staff is very unprofessional. I’ve never been checked in a hotel by a maintenance person. Stains on the bedding. Felt like it had bed bugs. The tub and toilet weren’t clean. I felt unsafe because of the location of the hotel. I booked 3 rooms together and they separated myself and my party at first. My one friend had to wait for her room to be cleaned but the 2 rooms on each side of mine were cleaned. I felt like I was gonna get robbed in this hotel. I will never stay here in my lifetime and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Bathroom was dirty. Microwave was ancient. Elevator was sketchy. Checkout clerk was disinterested. Entire place felt neglected and un-cared for. Will not stay there again.

This was the dirtiest establishment i have ever stayed at. Cleaners were not in uniform and looked like meth addicts. The front desk switched rooms on us at check in for a lesser model. The new room had dirty towles, a poop stain in the toilet, no battery in the smoke detector holes in the door, and the bathroom floor was not clean. Breakfast room and lobby floors were not cleaned. Lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. We felt unsafe and unclean the entire time.

I didn’t even unlock the room. I was afraid for my safety and my husband told me to get out of there asap… There was someone strange going around knocking on all the doors, there was someone with a knife, there were four people engaging in strange activity hanging out near the entrance of my room. There was a woman with a fearful teenager who refused to get out of the car because he was so scared talking to management and they did NOTHING to help her. I didn’t even open the door to my room. I was going to try to just run in and lock the door, but there was a barrier of strange activity and not even that was an option. I turned around and left without ever entering the room. I lost my money here and got nothing out of it.

The employees were smoking crack on the same floor I was on. Undercover police were circling the parking lot and the other employees were sitting by the pool and drinking. I felt unsafe the entire time I was there, don’t even consider this place .

Would not stay here again. The curtains in the room had so many cobwebs and spiders I couldn’t tell you the last time they were cleaned. I had to kill multiple spiders before I felt safe to sleep in there. The room smelled like cigarettes and I don’t know what else. We left smelling like it. The bathroom light kept coming on at random times all through the night. Oddly the bed seemed to be the cleanest part of the room. We didn’t see any bed bugs but did find a spider in the one bed. Luckily our stay was only a for a few hours.

This property was extremely dirty. The first room i was checked into I requested to be non smoking. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, had holes burned in the comforter, it was obvious the floor had not been swept, stains on the sheets and dried urine on the toilet. I went to the desk to request a new room and the manager was extremely rude. I received a key to the new room, after entering and looking at the sheets on the bed they were stained even worse than the previous room. I walked down to the office and requested my money back so I could take my business elsewhere and the manger asked me to show him what was wrong with the room. This all happened very late at night and was not a pleasant experience by any means. I will never book at this location or recommend it. Definitely not a safe location either.

Manager was always accommodating no bugs!

TV didn't work in room 307 so they changed me to a room next-door (305) after I had already missed the game I wanted to watch. The toilet in that room leaked (clean) water all over the floor from the tank. There also was no luggage rack in that room. They moved me back to the room that the TV didn't work (307) at my request because I had already missed the game at that point. The tub in that room did not drain properly when you used the shower, and had a ring around it. The toilet in both rooms were dirty in the bowl. The light in the bathroom in 307 was flickering like a strobe light. The channels on the TV had no relation to the channel guide that was in the room. The common halls were filthy, and the elevator did not work.
I feel like I should get at least a partial refund. The place is horrible.

Only issue was that the elevator was out of service. Hopefully, service has been called to get it running. Without the elevator it was a little inconvenient in handling luggage for the upper floors. (I stayed on the 2nd floor during my visit.)

Elevator was broken the room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The free breakfast was some gas station honey buns.
4.0
The cleanliness of the room was extremely lacking. It smelled musty and the bathroom was incredibly stained, with a toilet with barely any water pressure. Flies were swarming in the room, including by the sink, and there was a stink bug on the inside of the window, thankfully behind the curtain.
There were some closeby restaurants but unless you wanted to drive there, sidewalks were lacking.
When I arrive to check in, there was no one behind the desk and I had to wait in my car for 10 minutes until someone arrived. There was not even a bell on the desk to see if anyone was around.
I have stayed in some pretty inexpensive motels, but they at least tried to smell clean. This motel seems to have given up.
