Please clean the carpet otherwise it was a good stay.

The breakfast was decent. Area could have been cleaned a little better after kids. All the staff members were great and helpful!

The room had a very bad smell. We brought air freshener but it didn’t help at all. I think I could be dirty carpet.

Ok for one night.

Close to Hershey park.

Woman working the front desk was not friendly and had an attitude. Hallways stunk of food. People were slamming doors all night and running above our room. Beds very uncomfortable.

Comfortable stay, good value

Beds, pillows, and linens are clean and comfy. Great shower pressure and temperature control. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast closes a bit too early but staff was friendly enough to let me in and pick a few items, like cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, except the hot items which were removed already.

Definitely would return!!

Room that we booked was huge! Bathroom had a lot of room. Breakfast was great and staff were on point! Courteous and nice!

Could have been a little cleaner. Had some hair on the shower walls.

When we got to our room there was No toilet paper. Not a complete set of towels. Bed sheets looked slept in but hopefully were clean.

Staff was freindly a courteous. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The facility needs a refreshment. Showing a lot of wear and tear in the public areas. Compared to other Holiday Inn Express that I use it was a little less appealing.

Dirty Hallways The floor in my room. There was no door jam Just a huge hole in the door frame. And this reservation was made one year in advance. Never going back !!

Decent stay if everything is working and available, realistically not worth the stay.

The breakfast (at least the items that were actually available) was very good for a free hotel breakfast.

A lot of expected services (house keeping, ice machine, pancake maker) were not provided / out of order. House keeping in particular was skipped over despite multiple requests and confirmation that it would be done.

Hooray for HIExpress in New Cumbie

Even with the 4th of July weekend, the staff managed to keep things clean and busted their butts in the kitchen and everywhere else. Our room was great; everything was clean. The hotel attracts a lot of sweet people and families and it was really nice being there with good, courteous folks all around.

Went for a short trip to Hershey Park. Overall hotel was good. There were some downfalls, but we enjoyed our stay.

Location was great! About 25 minutes from Hershey Park. Conveniently located off the highway, and with in five minutes of some restaurants, & gas stations.

Beds were uncomfortable. Pool was extremely warm, almost uncomfortable. Pool area was very unclean. No towels provided. Breakfast seemed like the same thing daily.

breakfast on Sunday was scheduled until 10. when my family went to eat at 9am the hot foods where not replenished. we where expecting the hot breakfast and settled for cereal.

it was fairly close to where I needed to be.

Not the cleanest. Curtains were off a couple of hooks, wallpaper was beginning to curl off in the corner. grout in shower needed cleaning or re-grouting ( it was black in spots. Front desk personnel were not welcoming and seemed disinterested. Bed seemed clean and comfortable. Bedding was nice. My sister in law was on another floor and her tv didn’t work at all. I would not choose to stay there again nor would I take a chance on another property.

I will not stay in a Holiday Inn hotel again!

The bed & pillows were nice.

The rooms, halls and elevators were dirty. There were dirty underwear on the floor in one of the rooms, Something splashed on the walls. Front desk would not give me the manager's name.

Excellent breakfast and well trained kitchen staff

Rooms were not cleaned throughout my stay. I had to hand-carry used towels in order to get replacement. Front desk staff needs more customer service training

It was clean bed was very comfortable.

I didn't get any sleep. Somebody was in and out the room all night long. All you heard was the door shutting running up and down the hall. The people over top of me you can hear walking back and forth. I will never stay here again I give them a 1
