Great service! Clean room. Friendly staff. Robert was amazing! He made sure my daughters and I enjoyed our stay. He told us about all the great places to visit. Staff members reached out to us periodically to make sure we were okay!
Short walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Another excellent stay at this elegant historic hotel. It may be huge, but it retains a sense of privacy and quiet. A lakeview room is worth the difference. The elevators are rapid and well-coordinated. The pool is Chicago's best.

My mother in laws face got a burn/allergic reaction with the towels this hotel uses. Our guess was the amount of chemicals or chlorine they used to wash those towels. We had to run down to the seven eleven in the freezing cold and get a Benadryl for her face. She was in so much pain and at a point crying of the severity.

Great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well kept. Great city view.

Service was very slow and it was very noisy. Hard to sleep until very late because of street noise. Also, lighting in the bathrooms is terrible. Bathroom light should not be dark.

Our corner room was amazing! Great view of the city, lots of space, very quiet at night, comfortable bed! Enjoyed the Irish pub for dinner. Easy walk to Soldier Field.

I asked for cleaning service in day and they never came. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Overall great. I rated cleanliness a 4 as there was hair in our bathroom behind the door and under sink where it had not been swept. Otherwise everything else was great. Would like to have had a microwave available in the room for leftovers. Every one was friendly

The room was excellent but the hotel did not have a room available for me by 4pm, even when check in is at 3pm. Housekeeping was excellent.

We stayed overnight for a concert. The location across from Grant Park and close to restaurant options was superb. A lovely, classy hotel!

The hotel room was super run down. The bathroom was disgusting! The tile in the shower was so dirty, the mirror has toothpaste splattered all over it. The Kleenex box and the ice box were so old and worn out. I am so grossed out.

I loved this hotel. It is historic and large and the decor in the common areas is gorgeous. My room did have older decor but was clean and well maintained. I ate in two of the onsite restaurants, the one with the breakfast buffet and Kitty O Sheas. Both very good. There were plenty of taxis outside the hotel and highly recommend one of going to one of the museums. You also pick up your ride share in the same area. Highly recommend staying here.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the convention center and had buffet breakfast since 6am. I woke up early and am vegetarian so these elements were fundamental. After 3 days of regular service, the hotel closed the restaurant without prior notice. When I came down on the fourth day, there was a sign outside saying that breakfast was being served in another restaurant. When I got to the other restaurant, I realized that service only started at 6:30 without buffet. There were few options for vegetarians and service was horrible. They also indicated that there was a maximum of USD35 per person including drinks. I complained. They said they will respect the booking conditions with no additional charges. I now have charges on my credit card and have contacted the hotel multiple times with no response.

I was incredibly disappointed with my stay here. I stayed from 9/28/2024-9/29/2024 and booked a king suite. Upon arrival I was told they were “sold out” and was not offered any explanation besides stating they were sold out. I was offered a room with two double beds and I asked if there was any other options available. I was told I would be placed in 1 bed room with a queen mattress. Room 2002 to be exact. I then asked for the difference in price to be taken off my stay. The front desk member asked if I would like to speak to the manager and I said yes. She walked into the back office and came out stating the manager was busy but could offer 25% off. I agreed but was denied any documentation. Upon walking into the room 2002 it was a room with two double beds. At this point I am so disappointed that I would like a full refund. The body washes in both bathrooms were clearly used and halfway empty. There was dirt around the sinks and after spending so much money, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

As usual, my room is not cleaned during my stay, I called for coffee and never received it. Honestly, Hilton is my hotel of choice but I’m rethinking that preference.

Poor service at Breakfast Entry, Bathtub stopper didn’t work, so no bathes, 10.00 promo deal for drinks and breakfast wasn’t clearly stated. Paid more than i was expecting to.

While checking in, I couldn’t hear hardly anything the guy was saying. When we got to the room there was only one towel. I tried using the phone to call for more towels. I got no answer on 4 different buttons, house keeping, bell desk, guest service hotline and concierge. I tried many times. I finally had to go down 14 floors to tell someone after I was ready to take a shower.

I didn't like that you are obliged to pay 25 usd per day that includes 10 usd in the store, 18 usd for laundry and premium internet which is a fairly basic connection.

we did receive a free room change for a better view because the staff member didn't like the view from the room we were given lol. she was very kind.

The facilities and location were pretty good, but there were a few flaws. One of the two toilets had no lid, and one of the two bathtubs had poor drainage. The worst part for me was that the payment was made not with the corporate card but with my credit card which was told only for deposit.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The building is historic and well maintained. The room we stayed in was very uncomfortable due to the temperature in the room. The windows are very old which means they weren’t effective at deflecting sunlight and protection against the outside temperatures. It was extremely hot in the room even with the blinds closed. The bathroom was sweltering as there was no curtain at all. Our deodorant even melted because the bathroom was so hot. We had the AC set on the lowest temperature yet it stayed very hot until the sun went down.

The stay was not bad itself it just was not what I was expecting at all.. I paid extra for a high floor hoping we would have a nice view instead we were surrounded by bricks looking at nothing but that.. the tub had a faucet leak so it kept a puddle all night and then the room was a no smoking room but had a weird odor which I did mention to the person who sent a text to check on us. Surprisingly though got my extra pillows fast. The dining choices very slim it was like paninis and stuff of that sort which isn’t too appeasing to us at least. Lastly I was charged $100 for deposit and was told it would be returned in 24 hours and we checked out Saturday it is now Tuesday evening going onto Wednesday and I have still not gotten my deposit back. I don’t think we would stay again just due to the room itself not being nearly what we imagined..

This hotel is magnificent. The property itself is gorgeous and historic. The staff were very welcoming at checking in and also each time we walked in the door. They made the guest feel special and this was very nice. I stayed at another Hilton property a few nights later and did not receive this level of service. The room was clean and spacious.
