I wouldn’t stay here again. We got in at midnight and upon trying to go up to our room, neither key worked. We had to go back downstairs with all of our bags to address it. They didn’t seem to believe us and a maintenance man came up with us. Turns out the battery to the door was dead so we had to be let in with the master key. They wanted to come change the battery but we were exhausted after traveling. We told them we wouldn’t leave the room anyway since it was late.
The hotel is just aged and dingy. It feels like they have more rooms/space than they can afford to keep up with. I wouldn’t recommend it.
To solo female travelers or even women with children, don’t stay here. It’s not comfortable.

The Airport Shuttle took nearly 90 minutes to pick up. No help with luggage. One member of staff @ check in.
Breakfast was underwhelming with diarrhoea experienced almost immediately. Presented with a check for a buffet breakfast which suggested a minimum tip of $8.50 for binging a cup of coffee !!!
Never again.
Bed was comfortable and shower okay…
Completely over priced. Never again.

Stayed here because I thought Pullman had gone down hill. Shuttle would not pick us up at stop 1. Finally went as far down bus stop 1 as possible. After 40 minutes got shuttle and watched driver wave off folks at other stops even with empty seats. Check in ok but room fully depreciated. No lightbulb in one lamp. Lowest toilet ever with wobbly handle. Couldn’t get heater to work on a chilly day but finally got a/c off in room. We slept in clothes and socks. Avoid it.

Stay was nice but they didn't inform us about the parking pass. So we had to pay a couple days of parking until we asked.

Our room was obviously the “parts car” for the rest of the floor. Missing and loose pieces. See photos for details. And cashless??? That’s nuts. Front desk won’t even change a 20. Directed me to gift shop. When the two gals in there finally acknowledged me, I was informed that “We don’t make change without a purchase.” Also, WHY is it ok to add gratuity on a purchase of bottled water? Five bucks for a 20 oz bottle of water is off the hook! A bit of disclosure would help. Bar staff were very nice, as was front desk clerk. A decent property with great location let down by bad policies. Photos won’t upload

the property itself was beautiful, the pool and bar area were very nice, no bar open inside on a Sunday for NFL, the pool bar didn't open until 11:00 a.m. We arrived early form a cruise and were told we could check in early for $35.00 because it was before noon and I agreed, then was told there were no rooms available regardless and to text my number and we would be contacted once a room was ready, I never did get a text, but went inside a half hour before the stated check in time and people were being checked in who arrived after us, and when it was my turn I was told our room was ready, so I asked why we didn't get the text as promised, and they said nothing. Several employees were super friendly and accommodating, but the front desk staff could use a little customer service training.

The Starbucks in the hotel will charge double the amount of a normal Starbucks. The transport to the port never showed up so we had to Uber. Staff was not very friendly. Never going back here again.

Front desk personnel was very rude, we had 6 couples check in and each one was a different price and quoted different times for early check in. We paid two nights basically for the fees. No other Hilton has ever charged us that much. I understand a 50 late fee but to have to pay 140 for early check in and pay 160 for the room is a little much. Would never stay here again. We were swimming and a big storm came and rained for a good hour. We had our pool towels and ran to the inside to be told we have to go back out and leave our towels out there. We weren’t allowed to bring them in. We were soaking wet from the rain and had to run back outside and come in while the hotel is freezing cold. Just terrible! Customer service is crap and the hotel

Long lines for check in only one person at the desk. We requested a handicap accessible room, you could not accommodate. We paid for the one bedroom suites (2 rooms) we were only given one the other was a standard king. Should have received compensation

Overall it was good. Clean comfortable and pretty good size room. Free shuttle to the airport every half hour for most of the day. The only thing we didnt like was there was an automatic gratuity charged for the food and drinks etc.. and the food was very expensive.

The rooms at this hotel are small and noticeably outdated. I requested a room change, but the new room was essentially identical. For example, the bathroom ceiling was poorly painted, the light switch was crooked and didn't make good contact, and the bathroom lock was broken. The main door didn’t latch properly, so it was easy to leave the room unsecured without realizing it. The drawers were so old they were difficult to open and close. The coffee machine was jammed, and when I tried cleaning it, I found it clogged with mold. The carpets were faded, and the windows were dirty, obstructing the view. Additionally, the bed’s box springs were smaller than the mattresses. On the positive side, the desk in the room, the pool, and the common areas were modern and well-maintained.

I couldn't sleep. There was a fight and screaming in the room next door until 3:30 in the morning that kept us awake and we were scared. We called the front desk several times but they couldn't do anything.

The hotel was very nice , only complaint i have is on the day of arrival i called customer service to let them know my refrigerator wasnt working they said they would send someone nobody never came, second we had to pay $30 a day for parking unacceptable most parking at hotels are free

Hotel is aging, there were spits that clearly require sone maintenance attention, but yhe room itslef was clean and comfortable, yhe staff were excellent, dining was good even had a faux Cuban group in the lounge that was pretty good.i

The hotel is huge, but it need some upgrades. The carpet in rooms and hallways is extremely dirty. Room’s furniture are old. The bed is very comfortable, and the room was clean. Be very careful because they charge $8 for bottle of water in the room, and wife service. Also, there is no fridge available which is very inconvenient. Other than that, food is very good and staff is nice. Pool area is ok too.

Ok this is my personal experience and what didn’t not work for us may just work perfectly for others; when I booked based on the price I did not check that parking daily is $30 dllrs neither I check that they do not offer breakfast or coffee at least with your stay . The A/c united at the room we stayed was very noise is a very old hotel actually. When you order food from one of their restaurants they add 6 dllrs for delivery to your room .. just something to keep in mind if you are planning to stay here

Its good hotel getting older and older and to my surprise they don't do housekeeping daily anymore, they say New poliza, just don't know, before check out be aware that you have to drive your own car out of the property parking lot if not they will charge you $60 dollars just to go out, they will Not going to tell you about it

This place needs a facelift and they need to support their staff. The minute we arrived it was clear staff were overworked and overwhelmed, barely able to be professional. Every door frame on our floor was visibly chipped, the walls were scuffed, and the lights in our room didn’t work. I booked a lagoon-view room and was told they didn’t have any on arrival. It was just terrible.
