The checkin was lengthy. The bathroom was cold . There were no kleenex in the room. The bed was comfy. The morning desk attendant was very busy on her phone.
The bed was comfortable.

Room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the hot tub before bed. Service was friendly and helpful. The only draw back was no soap which the desk person found a bar for us given they were out. I would stay here again.
3.4
Room looked unfinished and included shredded curtains and broken remotes. There was yelling throughout the hallway all night and slamming into doors. The deadbolt lock on my door was broken.
3.4
Stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. Customer service was great and while the breakfast selection was decent, more fruit selection and hot chocolate would have been a nice touch. Beds were clean and comfortable. Rest of the room and hotel was decently clean, though with an older building I understand it can be harder. Was also impressed with how quiet the cleaners were when they were working the morning we left. Didn't even realize they were already in the rooms next to us until we opened our door.

Repairs had been started in the bathroom but not finished. The curtain rod was held up by the curtain and covered the AC unit. One of the beds has a sunken area, mom kept rolling into it and had difficulty turning over.
3.4
This was a nice place to stay. The bed was nice and it was quiet. Nice contjnental breakfast
3.4
Hotel clean comfortable bed. Limited breakfast. Only complaint we could hear everyone’s toilet flushing all around us
3.4
Comfortable room for one night stay. Hotel older, but in decent condition. Good breakfast.
3.4
Actually I would stay here again in my travels. Nice and comfortable.
3.4
It was a nice quiet place to stay for the night
3.4
Safe & clean. Nice staff. Close to great dining at the Timberline restaurant, gas station, town.
3.4
No one at front desk for check in wouldn’t have my worst enemy stay here
3.4
Prominent mildew odor, unfinished drywall patches in bathroom, sticky residue on hard floors, community hallways were filthy, parking lot was littered in trash and overgrown with weeds. Exterior door was taped open because the locking mechanism was broken.
3.4
This place is fairly run down. The service was good though. Also located in a great area

Stay was ok

Hotels.com charged me for my stay plus when I got to the hotel they charged my card so I got double charged, I spoke to the front desk and all he said was he hasn’t charged me but when I showed him my acct all he said was sorry it’s pending. Then our room had finger prints on the microwave door, the counter had dust, and the room had a smell. It was humid in our room .
The pool, hot tub was good and the breakfast wasn’t bad .

The main reason why we chose this hotel is because it advertised EV charging, which in my previous experience, meant an EV charger is on site to use and tends to be free to use during a stay. It turns out the hotel does not have an on site EV charger, but that it is referencing that there's a Tesla supercharger just outside the hotel parking lot. So that was unclear in the ad. Our room was missing a smoke detector as well. Outside of those 2 issues, the stay was fine since we were just there overnight and leave early the next day.

We got there late so did the screen check on which was a first but super easy. Room was spacious and bed was comfy but carpet was dated and the area was kinda deserted. We weren’t there long enough to mind
3.4
Good place to stay while on the road.

Submitted a complaint with pics; had to vacate the premises for safety. Pics included. Requesting full refund.

Easy on and off the hwy when traveling. Plenty of parking for trailer's. Hot breakfast and the coffee was good. Great restaurant and a gas station next door was convenient.
3.4
It was a one night stay and it was great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Glad it offers continental breakfast.
3.4
The microwave didn’t work, so then we got switched into a new room and that new room didn’t even have a fire alarm …
3.4
There was construction left undone in the room. Plaster on the ceiling in the shower, baseboards beat up and terribly scratched with debris on the floor. The beds were not well made and did not smell clean. The towels did not smell clean. The walls were dusty with multiple hadprints and smudges above the lamp, like someon had been assaulted against that wall. Will not be staying there again.

We were exhausted from a long trip north and this was the perfect nights sleep to hit the road fresh the next morning. The beds were comfy and the room was noise- and light-free. Breakfast in the morning was just OK. The pool area/hot tub where we relaxed before going to bed was not especially well-lit and the hot tub was small. But it was great to unwind from the stress of a drive and likely contributed to our great night's sleep.

Amazing staff and hotel. Michael went above and beyond. Great stay! We will definitely be back.

The TV remote did not work. The breakfast had very limited selection. The Wi-Fi was good. Beds comfortable. Bathroom out of date.

The hotel itself was fine. It’s essentially a truck stop hotel. We did have one significant issue. We were running late and attempted to call the front desk to ensure we could still check in.
The phone just went to a full voicemail box.
So we called Wyndhams corporate customer service didn’t they said they couldn’t reach the hotel either.
We arrive to find the front desk clerk had been replaced by a virtual terminal where you essentially have a zoom call with an agent. That process while awkward went fine.
My problem is that the voicemail box doesn’t tell
You it’s an unstaffed desk and that somehow their corporate office is unaware as well.
The area around the hotel is certainly sketchy but the hotel property is pretty well lit and I saw cops and security drive by several times.
Nothing terrible but a few things a little off.
3.4
We liked that you had a polite virtual manager on duty and made the check in process after hours very simple, easy, and fast. The housekeeping staff failed us by knocking on our door 3 times before we checked out. We prepaid the room way in advance and you knew we had little children, and yet gave us a room on 2nd floor when I asked for a lower level room and should have gotten it. The manager on duty in the morning was pleasant and he kindly gave us a late checkout for 1pm for free which was amazing. We never got an internet password. The breakfast ran out of eggs and sausage and yet the female staff member said she couldn’t get more for our family even though breakfast wasn’t over yet.
3.4
Just an average stay the staff was good and the breakfast was good
3.4
Not impressed with a person behind the counter, but still needing to use a kiosk for check-in.
3.4
I offered my rewards card and the gentleman didn’t take it so I don’t know if I received credit for this stay
3.4
It was fine for a one night stay. I personal feel like the hotel is way over priced for the condition it's in. Walking around barefoot my feet felt gross. Some cosmetic stuff needs to be fixed but that's not a huge deal to me, nor surprising by the age of the place. Weird smell but it was fine after a bit. Beds were comfortable. Fridge barely chill so i had to just use ice for the cooler. The gentlemen at customer service were really nice. I would stay again overnight.
3.4
Would not stay here again. Staff was nice but everything else was poor. No luggage carts, no elevator, no working ice machines, run down room and furniture. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Front desk staff was the only plus.
3.4
The property owner was so nice and I made reservations for the wrong night and he helped me cancel and rebook the correct day so I would not be double charged!!
3.4
Unfortunately our stay was not great. There was unfinished repairs in the room and an ant infestation. The room door would nit latch unless slammed. They did however let us move rooms because of the ants. Not a great experience.
3.4
Room is clean bathroom is in desperate needs of repairs, at the front desk he didn’t believe I had reservations and had to show email and he still didn’t I had to show him the text msg, and charge on the card we used
3.4
Very old carpets. Overuse of carpet deodorizer. Breakfast was microwaved eggs and sausage. They did have waffles but no fruit.
3.4
Pool was nice and warm.
Breakfast was small but enough.
Room was clean and the only thing odd was the older ac unit in the room since everything else was very up to date
3.4
Service was awful. The manager was getting mad at kids to being loud in the pool. It was at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
