OK, this is an older place. But everything worked, every light bulb, every doorlock, the fridge, the microwave, wifi and up to date TV. Even the remote's batteries were fresh. The furniture was in top condition, carpets great, heating, plumbing all worked. Paintwork good, just a few flakes off here and there. But mostly, CLEAN! Not a speck of dust anywhere, even in hard-to-reach places. Outstanding.

It’s a cool looking motel in a great location. Inside is very clean and has been remodeled. The room is quiet with a very comfortable bed. The shower was hot and strong. We were even greeted with ice cold bottled waters and fresh cookies at reception. A+
There are only a few truly local restaurants in town. The one I wanted you to visit was closed. Still found great food elsewhere.

Roy was the best host I think Ive ever experienced. Don’t let the “RV” aspect if the hotel deter you. The property is old but Roy has put a lot of nice renovations in and the rooms ( at least #10 is), done very well. Great tile work. Even the stainless was redone and in excellent condition. Comfortable bed to boot! And his wife makes great CC cookies! He was kind enough to call me the day we left ( we left very early), to check if everything was ok. Great guy and a great place! Highest recommendation!
Attention to detail on the rooms.

Lovely hotel. Great people!

The owner is always a delight. We stop here when we drive to/from California and Colorado. It is a halfway point and we always get a good night's sleep.

Extremely clean and nice room. Older building but excellent shape. Would stay again.

the proprietor is a gem! He greeted me warmly and spent extra time suggesting nearby restaurants and a trailhead for hiking - also went in ahead of me to turn on the light and my room heater. another pleasant treat was a homemade cookie and a fresh bottle of water.
great reviews of this motel brought me here for the first time and now this will be our for sure stop along the Utah I15 corridor. loved the hospitality:)

Although the motel is not impressive from the outside, the room I stayed in, number 10, was exceptionally nice. The king bed had a good firm mattress and high quality bedding. The bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled. it snowed overnight, and the covered parking space was very much appreciated. Staff was friendly and considerate.
Nothing.

awesome customer service by onsite staff. they were pleasant, professional, extremely helpful, and prepared the room very nicely. The room was spotlessly, clean and extremely welcoming with a bright new paint job, beautiful, white, puffy, duvet, and comfortable bed. Since I arrived in winter, the tile floors in the bathroom were cold, but the heat lamp did the trick warming things up. Hot water, cold water, and the shower worked very well and the room was warm and cozy. I loved it.
Nothing. I would definitely stay there again.

This small family ran Motel was a breath fresh air , especially after a long day of driving. They treated us like family, full of pleasant care and lots of smiles. They made sure to take care of all your needs. Ice, turn the lights on in the room, fresh baked cookies etc. We even were able to pick a few fresh yellow raspberries to enjoy right off the vine!!
Don't even consider the other places in town. ( we have stayed in other accommodations but now will return here only in the future!)

Beaver is an adorable small town. I booked this motel because I love supporting small businesses and they have a cute sign. Our room was Clean with a comfy bed, the decor 70's but not outdated. We were the only guests and it was quiet and a really nice overnight stay. Theres a bench with lights at night on a lawn with lilac bushes which was nice to enjoy the beautiful evening. You can tell the owner takes pride in his place!
nothing to complain about. stay here it's a nice motel!

Rare owner operated motel with exceptional service. Upgraded us to a king room, comfortable mattress and very clean room. A great place to stay for a ski trip to Eagle Point.

very friendly hostess… very clean!

The room was exceptionally clean. Even the sidewalk and benches outside were very clean. The heating system was nice. It didn't run the whole time like many motel rooms do, just as needed to keep the temperature right. The front desk staff was extra friendly and helpful.
There was no fan in the bathroom. One outlet didn't work. The power strip worked for the TV, but not for the coffee maker. I would check this out I were the manager. It didn't cause a problem for us as there were plenty of other outlets.
