I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk to check in. Room needs updated, there were holes in dresser top, baseboard area had not be dusted in years, and no plug for the tub. The beds were old and the springs were about to come through the top of mattress. The fridge in room had no shelves in it to hold any at all.
I can say that they were nice when we need a new blow dryer when the one in room did not work and the a/c worked great in the room.

Room locked when we tried the key. They had to switch the room. 2nd room had many issues. TV only had a green picture, bathroom door had a hole in it. Light and socket next to bed did not work. Light next to TV had rust as well as other places ,parts of wall needed painted. Not much choice for breakfast. All doors to breakfast locked with chain and had to go to main entrance. Staff friendly.

I waited in the lobby for almost 25 minutes before someone came in, and then it took over 45 minutes to update my room type before I was able to check in. Once arriving to the room, the entire floor was soaking wet and the sheets seemed damp as if they had not dried all the way before being put on the bed. I was extremely disappointed in this stay, and I have used this hotel before with little issue.

This is a dump.
Don’t even know how they are in business.
We stayed only 1 hr which gave me time to find somewhere else to go to.
Dead roaches in bathroom. Horrible smell in room, dirty, and did not feel safe.
I was charged for a full day even though I checked in at 10pm and left at about 10:40pm.
Desk clerk was useless.
Never again!

We booked this place because we were evacuating from Hurricane Milton.
The good: the staff was very friendly, they let pets stay and there is an EV charger that actually worked!
The bad: Place DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES - it's severely run down, the carpet in the room was disgusting. (The bottom of my socks shouldn't turn black just from walking from the bathroom to the bed.) There were cracks in the wall, having towels in the room was an afterthought. The place looks like they're running out the clock to either make an insurance claim or demolish the place entirely. I'm sure the place was lovely back in it's heyday, but that day was long past.
We were trying to find someplace else to stay instead but everything else was taken due to the evacuations. Staying there was definitely an option if last resort.

Would not stay here if I new how the rooms are dirty

The first thing we noticed was the lack of working electrical outlets. My husband and I use CPAP machines, and there were no outlets near the bed. We had to run cords across the room. The lamps with outlets did not work and were rusted and sticky. A lamp with outlets was not plugged in and when we plugged it in it did not work. The drain in the sink has a large piece broken out of it. The bathmat was stained or molded we could not tell. The shower had no water pressure, I did not feel that I was getting clean. The tub was slippery, it needs grip strips. My husband went to the office at 6:15 for a cup of coffee, no one was at the front desk and the Continental Breakfast that was advertised as serving from 6-9 was just being put out by an employee who obviously did not want to be there. My husband's cup of coffee was full of grounds that tasted like they had been used the day before. We have photos if you care to see them. We will never stay at your facility again.

Our room had spider webs on the ceiling, mold in the room and AC and water damage on the wall near the door. It was disgusting. Ended up going to a different hotel. I have been trying for 4 days to get a refund. At first I was told to call back the next day as rhe manager will be in. Now neither me nor expedia can get ahold of the property. Opened a case with expedia and still trying.

No sheets on the beds. Doors broken into or bolted locked. All glass downs chain locked. Common area bathrooms were a disaster. Pillows sucked. Ceilings collapsing all over the hotel. Shower rod was taped on. 1 crappy towel and 1 Andes candy sized soap bar. Ice and soda machines on first floor were gone but hoses and electric cords still remained like the machines were stolen. Employees smoking at the front door. Newport cigarettes.

I would not recommend this hotel, not the cleanest, I saw at least 4 roaches while I was there. Had to collect towels, toilet paper from front desk as there was no housekeeper in sight. Stay away!

This has probably been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!!!! There was black mold around the door frames, black mold in the shower, a broken television that had the screen almost completely sideways!!!! Not to mention they ended up charging me $210 extra for an accident in the bed that we cleaned up with towels. Then as we were carrying our things out to our car the housekeeping service was heard bad mouthing my mother because of a medical condition, we will NEVER stay here again and I suggest no one else does either!!!

The place is rundown, which isn't the problem. It's actually disgusting. There was nothing clean in the entire room except for the sheets, which I guess we are lucky for that. It doesn't look like anyone cleans the rooms at all.

My stay at the Ramada Hotel in GA was disappointing from beginning to end. The room was outdated and smelled unpleasant, with questionable cleanliness. Additionally, the refrigerator was broken and wouldn't close.

We were in room 209 and it had roaches….when we got to the room the door was open which we thought was strange but we figured we would give it a try anyway. We were on the room for about an hour and we checked the hell out!!! There was roach on the headboard on the desk crawling on the walls. JUST AWFUL!!!

There was no ice available on the property. There were live and dead bugs in the room. I left behind a pillow and called to see if it had been turned in. Never received a call back from the staff.

This place was a dump, door was bent off its hinges, was a puddle on the side of one bed. It was a disaster. Place needs renovation or torn down. Won’t stay here again.

I don’t know why Expedia recommends that hotel
The frondesk , Marsha did everything to accommodate us but it was none of her fault to find the rooms filthy.
I booked this place because they have EV chargers and I had to book with another hotel without the chargers because of the timing.
Stay away and again Expedia should refund without telling me that it was a non refundable price and luckily Marsha give them the OK

I reserved a room for 4 people. We had 2 towels and had to beg for 2 more. They would only give you the amount that you turned back in. Housekeeping never cleaned our room and we were there almost a week. I asked for a trash bag from housekeeping and mentioned that and I was given a trash bag and told where the dumpster was. The pool was shut down our last 2 days there with a notice saying it failed some issues from the city or state can't remember which. I will say there was a lady named Jennifer at the desk that was helpful. That may be all I can say was good about it.

Loved the continental breakfast but felt cheated on no having been able to get in the pool

When we first arrived, the clerk put us in a room that wasnt ready! The door looked like it had been banged in, the beds wasnt made. They gave us another room. The next day we came back and we didnt have any towels, they had forgot to mention to us, to leave the dirty towels outside of the room by the door. Breakfast was cold, and ants were crawling around the premade bowls of cereal. The beds were not comfortable at all! The pool was not in working order either! I will not be staying again!

It was ok no water in shower was no good

Room was important condition, Trash from prior guest left in the room. Shower floor was slippery. Credenza with microwave and refrigerator was sticky on the top. Light cords appear to be a electrical hazard with some things plugged into a multi strip that looked like it had seen better days.

Well I took my daughter on a trip and checked in around 9:30pm after traveling all day. There was a general unsafe vibe and lots of construction/renovation everywhere. The room had no toilet paper and a moth the size of a lighter was in our room as well as a lizard or gecko. Scratches on the walls, gaps in the door and just a yucky vibe. Each room should come equipped with a tase gun and pepper spray. (Just so you can sleep with both eyes closed) We won’t be staying again. Front desk lady was super sweet. She was the best part.

When we checked in, there was no one at the front desk, it took about 10 minutes for them to come to help us. Then after carrying all of our luggage up the stairs to our room on the 2nd floor, we saw a cockroach on one of the beds. So we immediately took all of our things back to the car, checked out and went to a different hotel.
