Smelt like smoke and weed. Things broken in room. Unhappy and dirty

Definitely in need of updates but wasn’t terrible. Rooms are small and everything is super old- the carpet, everything. BUT their pool is super cool and great for kids. The pool has slides and the whole shabang. The breakfast was pretty good too. But as far as condition of hotel- ehhh. You can pay the same price for the La Quinta which is way nicer and also larger rooms.

The place is dated. There were no signs to direct a guest to the appropriate rooms, e.g. "101 - 140 (arrow pointing)". The free breakfast scrambled egg tray was not replenished. The sausages were a pale gray, very unappetizing. The room was quite small. The bath was also quite small with only a fixed shower head. The latest paint job showed spills and blotches.

The beds and pillows are old and uncomfortable. The entrances to pool and hot tub are gated with gate to each area on opposite ends of area. The water wasn't working in the little kid area structures. There wasn't any coffee, not even for breakfast, which food was not appealing

We wanted tickets in advance for the Minnesota Arboretum which required that you print them off the phone prior to going. A very helpful desk clerk helped me navigate the requirements and printed the tickets for me!

Place looked like it was 40 years past due for renovations. The staff were fine but the hotel was not great

During check in, they gave us a room that was locked from the inside. We couldn’t get into our room. They gave us a second room, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. They lied about the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t give us a different room. The parking lot was bared when we checked in at 7pm. They deodorized our room while we were out. It was bare-able to spend the night. We left at 10am for the day. Came back at 9:30pm, the room was not cleaned or with any fresh towels. I went to the front desk, told the staff the room was not cleaned and asked for the fresh towels. She gave us 2 towels, I asked for more because we needed two more towels for the swimming pool. She lied and said there are no more clean towels available. How does a hotels don’t have extra towels? The morning when we were checking out, they send a text message at 8am, asked what time we will be leaving, I checked off for 11am. 9:30, one of their front staff opened our door and walked in without knocking. Saw that we were still in our room, he proceeded to closed the door. Once I opened the door, I asked him what he was doing opening our room door? He was checking to see if we had checked out of our room. The staff proceeded to knock on our door 2 other times to see what time we were leaving. This is the worst hotel I have stayed. I will never stay with Wyndham property again. Staff were rude and unprofessional. The continental breakfast was a joke. Dirty and run down place

The property is showing signs of deteriorating. Reinvestment is required soon. A waffle machine and Cheerios does not constitute a breakfast. The exterior is looking very shabby. The landscaping is very weak

While property could use some updating(door fixtures, carpeting etc), it was an affordable option in a convenient location. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Hotel was ok. Room needed updates, beds were comfy, hot tub could have been warmer in my opinion. Bathroom is small. Not the fanciest place but was good enough for us for our over night stay. It appeared they were doing updates to other rooms as well.

The staff was nice. We stayed on one of the hotest days in MN. The a/c went out in the common areas. I absolutely loved the decor in the room. The beds were so comfortable. After realling looking around at things, the hotel is unfortunately in bad disrepair. The splash toys werent working in kids pool, the hot tub jets either. We had alot of issues with getting in our room. We believe the mechanism was going bad. The breakfast was not what we were expecting. It had waffles, yogurt, cerral, and toast. I dont consider that hot breakfast. It doesn seem they are trying to repair things. The first floor had nice tile flooring. There was lots of repairs needed in our room. But overall despite everything we sid like it there. The kids loved the kids pool, and the water was so warm. It was very enjoyable.

Great local access
3.0 / 5.0
I was not happy that the external doors, which were supposed to be by key access only, didn't close so anyone could get in. Interior doors were hard to open. Our bathroom was not clean when we entered the room but staff took care of it for us. We ended to not using the pool as it smelled over chlorinated and the pool deck was dirty.

The suite was next to the pool, where kids where screaming until 11pm. The hottub was chipped, and 2 jets were broken out. The toilet lid was broken as well. The remote didn't work for the tv in the bedroom, so our romantic evening was spent listening to kids yelling, not relaxing in a hottub. The property advertised dining/bar on-site which was closed permanently. So disappointed.

Everything was outdated. Cracked grout, holes in walls, smell, etc. Will never stay there again

The light in the bathroom was dim, asked for a new light, it worked for awhile but woke up the next day to it being out, microwave didn't work, pool was broken, and they DONOT offer a FULL breakfast on Sundays. Was very DISAPPOINTED. If nothing else was gonna go right least they could do was provide a full breakfast no matter what day of the week it was. If you're not up to FULL service meaning the pool, restaurant and bar attached mention that in your booking sites.

Dirty room (crumbles on the floor when we arrived, found someone’s hair stuck on shower curtain, weak water running and low power hair blower).

DO NOT STAY HERE. They are disgusting and rudely dumb. The pool was completely closed the entire weekend stay when that was the ONLY reason I chose this low quality motel. After dealing with that our first night there, the second night was worse!! At 3am my 9 year old started crying and screaming because she thought there were rats in the walls! Since the place is covered in rat traps she thought she heard and we saw things moving. Come to find out, THEY WERE RIPPING CARPET OUT OF A ROOM NEARBY AT 3AM!! 3AM! WHO DOES THAT?! When confronted the next morning, the manager that STAYS nightly said he only just came into work at 9am and he had no idea. I saw his big back come out of a room that morning, so he lives on site and stares at you like no ones home behind those eyes with no answers. Probably the 2nd worse place I have ever stayed at. They also do not care about making anything right for their guests. Nasty bug. Nasty rats. Nasty people. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! (App wont allow me to attach pictures but they are already sent in to hotels.com)

Pool closes often. Many events. Bad mattress. Old towels and furniture.

The bathroom faucets needs to be replaced, the door to the room needs to be replaced, the bathroom toilet holder comes right out of the wall.

Bugs on the mattress and the room was very muggy and smelled horrible. Went to the front desk and asked for a new room (which was better) but still had a questionable mattress.
Both my son and I left with new bug bites that we didn’t have going in.

I didn’t like that staff should be letting people stay even though they know they have rouches

Hot water went out in the evening so no warm showers. Pool area poorly managed and run. One price advertised for a room, but charged higher price because it was a "weekend". Ran out of food for the breakfast.

The landline phone didn't work and I was not able to get hold for customer service using my cell either. I had to walk to the reception desk. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and smells bad which looks like it had not been washed for long time. My first night was not comfortable since they didn't have blanket on the bed except white sheets. I don't recomed this specific hotel.

Needs renovation. The entire building. But love the pool size and the options my son had a blast! We were given minimum towels even though there were none in the pool area for use. When calling the front desk to ask if they had a laundry facility onsite while in my room there was never an answer. Slept good and noise was at a minimum

I brought my kids to stay for my daughter's birthday so that she could go swimming. Our personal room was nasty. The ceilings had dried up watermarks all over it. The carpet was dirty. The outlets were not covered. The TV was hanging from the wall. Like it wasn't mounted correctly. It just wasn't a safe place for children. Both of the slides had paint chipping down the middle, so when the kids will go down it, it would pinch them and the other water park splash area was broken.

Staff was professional, breakfast was basic. Breakfast staff, kitchen staff were like flys on a wall.
Appliances were old and run down
0.5 / 5.0
The place needs a lot of upgrades. We could handle needing upgrades but what was unacceptable was, the carpet by the ac unit was soaked with we hope it was just water. The room was so humid that it was hard to sleep. It was so humid in the room that our clothes were wet in the morning. The front desk attendant said sorry and they will get it fixed. The breakfast was on the poor side. The choices were limited and the bagels were stale. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.

I stayed at this property several times over the years and it is not how it used to be. It is pretty run down, it looked & felt dirty, needs tons of maintenance & updating or tear it down. I would not stay there again & recommend other people do not!

Practical, fun for kids. Nice breakfast offerings for kids mainly carbs. No eggs on Sunday. Yogurt and Sausage breakfast

The room was ok but not great. Very outdated. Was woken up by a maid collecting garbage at 8 am. Was hot AC not working well.
1.5 / 5.0
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. However, the place is run down. Carpeting is not fastened down, baseboards in the hallway is falling off, the shower surround is separating from the wall, side entry door didn’t easily close due to poorly fitting the opening. Only staff I interacted with was the front desk. They were friendly and courteous.
Owners need to put a lot of money into this particular building to bring it up to what I think of “Radison quality.” I’d equate this place to more of a 2-2.5 star hotel.
