The beds and pillows are old and uncomfortable. The entrances to pool and hot tub are gated with gate to each area on opposite ends of area. The water wasn't working in the little kid area structures. There wasn't any coffee, not even for breakfast, which food was not appealing

We wanted tickets in advance for the Minnesota Arboretum which required that you print them off the phone prior to going. A very helpful desk clerk helped me navigate the requirements and printed the tickets for me!

During check in, they gave us a room that was locked from the inside. We couldn’t get into our room. They gave us a second room, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. They lied about the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t give us a different room. The parking lot was bared when we checked in at 7pm. They deodorized our room while we were out. It was bare-able to spend the night. We left at 10am for the day. Came back at 9:30pm, the room was not cleaned or with any fresh towels. I went to the front desk, told the staff the room was not cleaned and asked for the fresh towels. She gave us 2 towels, I asked for more because we needed two more towels for the swimming pool. She lied and said there are no more clean towels available. How does a hotels don’t have extra towels? The morning when we were checking out, they send a text message at 8am, asked what time we will be leaving, I checked off for 11am. 9:30, one of their front staff opened our door and walked in without knocking. Saw that we were still in our room, he proceeded to closed the door. Once I opened the door, I asked him what he was doing opening our room door? He was checking to see if we had checked out of our room. The staff proceeded to knock on our door 2 other times to see what time we were leaving. This is the worst hotel I have stayed. I will never stay with Wyndham property again. Staff were rude and unprofessional.The continental breakfast was a joke. Dirty and run down place

Hotel was ok. Room needed updates, beds were comfy, hot tub could have been warmer in my opinion. Bathroom is small. Not the fanciest place but was good enough for us for our over night stay. It appeared they were doing updates to other rooms as well.

DO NOT STAY HERE. They are disgusting and rudely dumb. The pool was completely closed the entire weekend stay when that was the ONLY reason I chose this low quality motel. After dealing with that our first night there, the second night was worse!! At 3am my 9 year old started crying and screaming because she thought there were rats in the walls! Since the place is covered in rat traps she thought she heard and we saw things moving. Come to find out, THEY WERE RIPPING CARPET OUT OF A ROOM NEARBY AT 3AM!! 3AM! WHO DOES THAT?! When confronted the next morning, the manager that STAYS nightly said he only just came into work at 9am and he had no idea. I saw his big back come out of a room that morning, so he lives on site and stares at you like no ones home behind those eyes with no answers. Probably the 2nd worse place I have ever stayed at. They also do not care about making anything right for their guests. Nasty bug. Nasty rats. Nasty people. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! The light in the bathroom was dim, asked for a new light, it worked for awhile but woke up the next day to it being out, microwave didn't work, pool was broken, and they DONOT offer a FULL breakfast on Sundays. Was very DISAPPOINTED. If nothing else was gonna go right least they could do was provide a full breakfast no matter what day of the week it was. If you're not up to FULL service meaning the pool, restaurant and bar attached mention that in your booking sites.

I brought my kids to stay for my daughter's birthday so that she could go swimming. Our personal room was nasty. The ceilings had dried up watermarks all over it. The carpet was dirty. The outlets were not covered. The TV was hanging from the wall. Like it wasn't mounted correctly.It just wasn't a safe place for children. Both of the slides had paint chipping down the middle, so when the kids will go down it, it would pinch them and the other water park splash area was broken.

Needs renovation. The entire building. But love the pool size and the options my son had a blast! We were given minimum towels even though there were none in the pool area for use. When calling the front desk to ask if they had a laundry facility onsite while in my room there was never an answer. Slept good and noise was at a minimum

The landline phone didn't work and I was not able to get hold for customer service using my cell either. I had to walk to the reception desk. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and smells bad which looks like it had not been washed for long time. My first night was not comfortable since they didn't have blanket on the bed except white sheets. I don't recomed this specific hotel.

The place needs a lot of upgrades. We could handle needing upgrades but what was unacceptable was, the carpet by the ac unit was soaked with we hope it was just water. The room was so humid that it was hard to sleep. It was so humid in the room that our clothes were wet in the morning. The front desk attendant said sorry and they will get it fixed. The breakfast was on the poor side. The choices were limited and the bagels were stale. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.

I stayed at this property several times over the years and it is not how it used to be. It is pretty run down, it looked & felt dirty, needs tons of maintenance & updating or tear it down. I would not stay there again & recommend other people do not!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. However, the place is run down. Carpeting is not fastened down, baseboards in the hallway is falling off, the shower surround is separating from the wall, side entry door didn’t easily close due to poorly fitting the opening. Only staff I interacted with was the front desk. They were friendly and courteous. Owners need to put a lot of money into this particular building to bring it up to what I think of “Radison quality.” I’d equate this place to more of a 2-2.5 star hotel.

the elevator was down the spa was closed the ice maker was out by us then the other one barely had any coming out the laundry supposedly was working when i arrived he sold me laundry soap but said it was too late to do laundry so i got up at 7:00am to do laundry for my daughters softball uniform she needed then they said it was down

I like the pool area I didn't like how they didn't have hot water at night. Breakfast wasn't good they had cereal and waffle no hot breakfast. No water to drink for breakfast. Some of the worker was rude the elevator didn't work and I a disabled.

The property was as expected for a 1 - 2 star establishment. What was not expected a 100 dollar security hold for damage to the room. They indicated the hold would be refunded in 3 day. But, in my opinion this was excessive.

We walked in and they had an event going on. The event wasn’t the problem but the smell was. It would’ve been nice to know but I’m not sure if staff even knew there would be a smell. The pictures definitely made you think the place was nicer inside. Only have two pillows and the shower was dirty..

Hot tub wasn't working and the water was hot at all. At 2 in the morning fire alarm went off. There wasn't hardly any breakfast. Overall not worth it. Couldn't take a hot shower. Only gave three pillows. The room needed multiple repairs in it. None of the pool sprinklers weren't working at all. The door would not close unless you pulled it shut. Its a very shady area to be at with the family.

Room is very outdated, broken tiles around bath tub, cracks and breakage on walls and ceiling. Was hot and muggy in the lobby. Room took a long time to cool off. Fridge did not get cold enough. Lots of cocking around sinks and tubs. Fold out couch bed was broken.

I really like the fact when we arrived that there was landscaping being done to enhance the property ... Check in was wonderful. The gal that checked us in was so friendly and informative on what we needed to know.

Superb location. Nice room and bath. Breakfast was more than we expected with eggs and sausage on the weekend and was kept well stocked, even though the hotel was full. Very comfortable beds BUT no blanket - just 2 sheets. The AC worked quite well but the room tended to get chilly around 3am. We were told no blankets were available in the summer. A quick trip to Goodwill for a comforter solved that problem. The pool area looked great and many families with kids took full advantage! Ice makers only worked part of the time. ONLY issue was three staff on arrival. We came in around 9:30 pm after a 12 hr drive. There was a short line but the young lady at the desk was efficient and we were in our room by 10. First thing we noticed was the toilet was stopped up and wouldn't flush. The new desk clerk said he didn't have any other rooms but could let us use a different bathroom somewhere else in the hotel. No offer to have it looked at so we asked for a plunger which he grudgingly agreed to find. An hour later, we had managed to fix the flushing mechanism on our own and get the toilet working, he showed up with a plunger and walked off. Otherwise, great stay.

The A/C didn’t work, it was 75 degrees in our room no matter what. The whole place smelled like dirty water, the hot tub was greenish brown and smelled horrible when you turned the jets on. There were never eggs or anything at the breakfast buffet. Yeh carpets were ripped and torn through the entire place.

The area to the whirlpool was locked nobody answered phone at front desk. After 45 minutes they unlocked the gate. Jets didn’t blowout hardly any water. Hot in the room couldn’t sleep dogs barked next door at 7am. Unlike to stay there every again. First Wyndham Hotel I’ve had a problem at.

The room was clean and showers were alright, but the beds were terribly uncomfortable. After one night of staying there, my back and neck was sore for two days after. Would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep.

It was nice inside. Needed a few repairs. Outside needed alot of help. Trees and bushes needed trimmed, tall weeds in garden bed. The patio area furniture needed repainting.
