Nice hotel

Easy to get to. Quiet hotel. Nice staff, rooms cooled quickly. Clean

The hallways were extremely hot and humid. Blind fell during night. No free breakfast. Bathroom fan didn’t work well

Too Busy

The desk clerk was friendly upon check in. The bathroom and room were clean. Nice clean fridge and coffee maker with four complimentary k pods.

Our room was pretty far from the entrance even though it was a handicapped room. The shower had very hot water and we were unable to find a comfortable temp. The shower didn’t drain and started to flood the bathroom. Upon check out the lobby was so full with Girl Scouts selling cookies and another event going on in the attached room to the lobby. This hotel is a very large facility catering more to events than just individual travelers. Limited parking for handicapped, we ended up having to park on the other side hotel.

Comfortable, safe, extreamly pleasent staff

Breakfast was wonderful! Bed was comfortable, offered clean towels every morning.

Disappointing

Great hotel but very disorganized. Couldn’t find our reservation, billed the wrong card and couldn’t find our guest info later in evening.

Disappointing

Very interesting architecture. Our room was damp (0004/lower level). There were whiffs of cat litter in the hallways outside some rooms. The shower liner was moldy. The windows were dirty and had cob webs. The rest of the room was clean. Disappointed there wasn’t a microwave. Salt water pool was great!

old, outdated, layer of dust all over the entire property, Sunday brunch was probably the worst brunch I’ve had

beautiful when you walk in and welcoming

the rooms were small. we didn't get two beds in our room because they overbooked the entire hotel, showers didn't stay warm.

Very good, not great. All in all, might come back to this hotel, or might check out other options.

Good location and nice workout facility. The rooms were pretty good although not to the level of excellence I've seen at other Crowne Plazas around the world. The price was decent but I was expecting more upscale

My room was not cleaned on the second day. I was traveling alone so had enough towels, but needed to make the trip to the front desk to beg some more coffee for the room.

Welcoming

Garbage overflowing in lobby no dining room options for Christmas or Christmas Eve. 3 dining rooms and no food options. Disappointed. Asked for room away from the elevator and away from the hustle and bustle of being by the elevator. Was put in room next to the elevator and not were I had requested. Front staff was great. Bathtub kept dripping all day after we showered. Lamp shades broken and hanging. Scuffed up furniture. Not too inviting for new guest. Says room service was a option clearly wasn't.

covered parking, good layout of facilities, easy access by car, walking paths

only offered a buffet for lunch, a bit high priced for a vegetarian. only offered a limited selection of sandwiches as an alternative option.

I prefer the old school hotels like these, but the rooms were less than we'd previously experienced

Otherwise, very nice staff and location! Nice pool in health club.

One of our two rooms did not have a well cleaned bathroom upon arrival, and there were no other rooms to move my assistant into, nor was the hotel on top of having it cleaned properly during our stay. ;( -

Good

I didn’t know that to have the room cleaned, I had to request it. So I went down to the check in desk to ask to have my room made up. The clerk said she would have it done. When I got back to the hotel at 11:00pm it was never done. I called to complain and they offered to send someone up but at that point it was too late as we had to get up very early to make our plane. Very disappointing. Not happy.

Beds were very comfortable & rooms were spacious

At check in we were given information about the pool which wasn’t disclosed online & the restaurant wasn’t opened as told on the information given.
