Very good.

Decent price for a clean and decent quality hotel in a very expensive urban area
4.2
We do not like to eat in hitel restaurants with dogs. It was horrible.
We were eating and a person brought her dog and was walking around the dining area. Then sat at a table. A big dog

Staff was very friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean throughout.
4.2
Horrible parking
Elevators took forever. Couldn’t take the stairs to exit or to get to main lobby- felt dangerous not to be able to get out.
No fan in bathroom- room so steamy after shower
Need more help in dining- we waited and left- took too long.
4.2
There were ants in my first room.
4.2
Wonderful, friendly and welcoming staff.
4.2
I will rebook

You need to fix the elevators. They are not in proper working condition. It takes five minutes to get one and middle car is definitely very erratic. On several occasions I had to use the elevator which seemed to be used by service staff. Other than that my trip was fine, Thank You.
4.2
The hotel was clean, very nice inside and out, staff was helpful, overall I had a good experience!
4.2
The dining options within the hotel
4.2
Very nice property. Close to what we needed but had mildew/sewer like smell in garage and lobby. Rooms were not affected. Overall a great place to stay
4.2
Elevators were always full and slow. Front desk seemed bothered to be working and had an attitude.
4.2
Dirty, loud and wall started to peel and horrible experience since the time i checked in
4.2
Great hotel at a great price. Hotel is a little dated and had a sewage smell in the lobby that was hard to tolerate. But staff was friendly and helpful. Need better beds
4.2
The pool closed at 7-- it's July 27, when the sunnis out till 9. My daughter didn't get to swim. Then the breakfast was not free by what I could see. I realized it only after grabbing a banana. Disappointing.
4.2
It seems unsafe in the parking garage. And it was very noisy!
4.2
Greta stay
4.2
Thank you.
4.2
A little bit of noise in the hall because of children but other than that great.
4.2
Clean room. Very friendly clerk.
4.2
Needs more signage from the parking lot. It also smelled and we think it’s from the bathroom cleaning that there must have been an accident.
4.2
Not to bad of a hike to metro stay was nice
4.2
Everything was good except I didn’t realize I would be paying for parking and it was expensive. It was 30 a night, even Universal Hotels is cheaper at 25.
4.2
Very comfortable room - great air conditioning. The service was always excellent.
4.2
it was great!
4.2
Nice clean hotel

The room we got at check-in had a clogged sink. The front desk immediately changed our room. The new room we got had an issue with the tv (it did not turn on). The front desk was notified and within minutes someone came to our room and figured out that the tv was unplugged. The issues were fixed immediately. The positive part is how quick the staff responded to these little issues. The negative is that a more thorough inspection of the rooms could avoid these types of situations.
4.2
The rooms were not too clean. The bathrooms didn’t have vents
4.2
The underground garage is really creepy. Use the outdoor parking lot instead.

This hotel is actually in Friendship Heights, a little further than I wanted to be from Bethesda but close to shopping, several restaurants, Whole Foods and Rodman’s. There are a few places to sit and socialize and enjoy your own food. I did not find the hotel to be competitively priced compared to similar properties where breakfast is included. Particularly annoying is the parking charge of $30 overnight. This is not downtown DC or Georgetown where this would be expected. The room was fine, a little small but clean. I could not get the tv to turn off completely so I had a giant blue nightlight all night.
I opted not to have breakfast because I had to be at an event early. The menu prices seemed okay except for the coffee charge when there is complimentary coffee in the lobby. I picked up a few things at Whole Foods.
Beyond the high parking fee (the garage charges less to the public) the garage entrance to the hotel is not secure. I did not need my key to enter and go straight to my floor.
4.2
Close to the station. We need to expect to wait receptionist for a long hours since they only have one staff who can handle receptionist work.
4.2
Convenient location (easy walk to stores, restaurants and Metro), clean and comfortable

We had a few issues during our stay. They were minor.
1. There was no remote in our room. We had to call the front office to request another.
2. The elevators were not working properly. Luckily, we were only on the 3rd floor and our car was parked on the 2nd floor and we were able to use the stairs.
3. Unfortunately, the stairs only led to a fire exit with a “sound alarm” sign on the door.
4. Fortunately for us but very unsafe in general, the fire safe door didn’t latch. We were able to get out of the building without the fire alarm going off.
5. The hotel staff cleaned our room quite nicely but did not leave extra hot cups or coffee pods. Luckily there was a coffee service downstairs. Unfortunately, the coffe pots were empty.
4.2
I ate in the hotel restaurant and ordered the rib eye steak.
It tasted absolutely foul and I only eat a small bit of it.
Was badly cooked and gristly, but worse tasted off.
4.2
Fire alarm went off twice while in shower on two separate days. Housekeeping came in at 730 pm unannounced without a knock. Terrible underground parking.
4.2
2nd time here and enjoyed our stay.
4.2
I hated the fact that the front desk was unable to PRINT me a receipt upon checkout, "because Expedia booked the reservation". This is nonsense! And their printer worked.
4.2
The only bad thing was the pool was extremely dirty, there was green stuff growing on the pool walls and lots of dirt on the bottom of the pool
4.2
Room was not ready/clean on time and staff at front desk cares l less.
