Very dirty hotel. The bathroom doors had back hair stuck to it. Uncomfortable beds. Woke up both nights with back pain. Stayed for 2 night and was very disappointed with the hilton honors. They charge 25 dollars fee a night that is a credit to use at the hotel and if nkt used if lost. I felt it was fraud as you are forcing me to buy something that I don't want to buy. Plus when we wanted coffee there was none available. We picked this hotel because it was rated well however would not recommend staying here. Moreover, the parking at hotel was 60 dollars a night. Total rip off.

We had a great stay with our 3 kids. We love that they can go to sleep and we can stay up later in the living area. The breakfast is always the best part as well!

The place is beautiful. Friendly staff. Had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately (tv didn’t work and toilet wouldn’t flush). Didn’t like the $25 daily fee added, even if they did give you credit at the restaurant. Just a gimmick I didn’t appreciate. Liked the happy hour with snacks and free drinks. Pool and hot tub were super nice and clean. Overall a good stay.

we loved the clean room and the comfortable space surrounding the room. Breakfast was amazing and I loved the amenities. The front desk was cordial and helpful. The only person ho was not nice was the lady at the pool. She id don't want us to take the towels with us to the room. She did not smile at all.

Great Hotel. Breakfast was awesome and location is great

Everything was wonderful, the staff, the cleanliness, the convenient location. But the morning breakfast was slim pickings and the line for omelets was very long. The other food items were room temperature, not very hot. There were no forks either. The breakfast area was clean but the food items needed to be replenished and we were there for at least 30 minutes, and nothing was replenished.

Jordan, Shaniece and Emal (all at the front desk) are absolutely wonderful. Your staff are great!

I was sure that I booked a room with a Kitchen but the room only had a kitchen like area with a mini fridge. However, the built in breakfast was great everyday and the Omelette man Mr. Haile was great too. The food at the district tap was awesome and the service was too. There were a lot of conviences like parking down stairs, snacks at the pantry area that made staying there easy. My mother in law enjoyed her vacation with us.

Property was very good. Breakfast was everything you would need, there is a restaurant too but we never used it. The rooms are big with separate living area. Air conditioning was very loud in bedroom area with a loud band when it shut off. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was amazingly clean and convenient to where I was going which was DC Improve Comedy club to see Tony Woods and friends. I did have an issue with not getting the right information. From front desk I had to give extra money after I called to see if I needed to do a deposit and they said no. I also didn’t get my free drinks because they forgot to mention that it was from 5 to 7 and I came back to get my free drinks at 9:30 pm and they told me it was from 5 to 7 only how embarrassing.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites near D.C. with my family to explore the city's attractions. The hotel's location is excellent for visiting popular spots, and the hot breakfast was a highlight of our stay.
However, I was surprised to find that parking comes with an additional daily fee, which wasn't clearly disclosed until check-in. It's essential to factor this into your budget.
The rooms are well-maintained, but I have two suggestions for hotel management: update the bathroom ventilation system and toilets. The central vent fan lacks control, and the toilet flush takes longer than expected.
Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was positive. The hotel's proximity to D.C. attractions made it easy to travel around the city. I recommend this hotel for those seeking a convenient location and a delicious breakfast.

Check in staff was friendly and efficient. However, on our last day, we came back at 9pm to find our room not cleaned. Went to front desk to ask for towels. Told they would be sent up to the room. Asked again at 10 and finally received them. At check out (6am) the next day, I was telling the women at front desk. She become belligerent and disrespectful, screaming at us. Then refused to give us her name. Also when staying at this hotel be aware of destination fee that may be added.

Our primary complaint would be that every morning when we came down for breakfast, the buffet would be out of food/utensils/plates, etc and although they would eventually restock everything, it took longer than you would expect.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not clean when I arrived. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom.Breakfast Saturday morning was too crowded. The kitchen was unprepared for such a large crowd and the wait time was close to 30 minutes. And it was difficult to find seating to eat.

We were having a great experience until we went to Happy Hour. The bartender So (China) , was so rude to us and almost anyone coming up for a drink. I have never had a bartender that was so unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. I find it hard to believe that you have such a rude person communicating with about 50% of your guests every night. If he doesn't like his job and is so mean about going about his job, he should find another job. Never once smiled or thanked anyone for tipping him. Clearly he is in the wrong job, a touch point for most of your quest, leaving your guests with a terribly bad impression of your hotel. As a I guest of your hotel, I should not need to put up with that type of behavior towards me from any of your staff members? I will probably not return back to the Embassy Suites Georgetown anytime the near future.

It was great.

The room smells every morning when the kitchen downstairs is cooking. The sofa cushion had fecal matter in it and when the front desk was notified, they asked if they could send someone immediately. I responded yes but the housekeeping attendant did not arrive for another hour, after which the person spot cleaned the area and left abruptly. This incident was not taken seriously and we asked for sheets to place over the defiled area. However, our faith that the establishment cared making more permanent corrections to the room or its housestaff training was jeopardized.

The hotel was awesome, the only think I don't like was the location, far from the tourist attractions, but excelent for a great rest after our daily journeys. They also offer bags storage after check out until our time to go to the airport which was awesome!

Our stay was great. I enjoyed the free breakfast which included an omelet station. We were also given 2 complimentary drinks during their happy hour. Restaurant had plenty to choose from and they had plenty of purchasebale items in their convenince shop. I didnt care for the suprise per night destinstion fee they sprung on me. Concierge were fantastic helping with parking since that was extra per day and great help in finding arrangements in site-seeing for our large family of 7
