Upon check in, I informed hotel staff that room was less than satisfactory- dirty, stagnant, AC did not work, and two doors down from where our room was, the hotel was being renovated. Drywall, paint, debris… my son has asthma. We were there for a lacrosse tournament. We drove 8 hours and he just wanted to sleep. When I was told they were fully booked, I informed her about the AC not working and to find another room - unacceptable. She called back, found another room but my son was asleep. So we stayed in that disgusting room Friday night. Switched rooms Saturday, no compensation. Other than she could offer us a “snack of chocolate or chips” for our trouble. I have video and pictures that show that the 5th floor should have not been rented. Not safe for people to stay there. I will be receiving a refund. And if my asthmatic son has any breathing issues after this, the corporate offices of Comfort In n will be hearing from us.

The website was not up to date, pool was open even though we site said it was not. Much of the hotel looked in disrepair including rooms. First room my husband and I and 10 yrs old son checked into smelled strongly of Marijuana, when I went down stairs to switch rooms, the man at the desk said, I know, we will be charging the previous occupants for that and then he switched us rooms. Next room had leaking bathtub faucet and because of previous room we opted to deal with it. We were unable to get extra bath towels as none were available and the service person at the hotel breakfast was rude and room to eat was freezing cold.

I stay here every week for work.It is a home away from home simply because the staff are super friendly and helpful.the breakfast is plentiful and delicious.I highly recommend this hotel over all of the nearby hotels in this area!! I've stayed in others and never again.

This hotel was doing renovations. The door looks like someone broke into the room there was no iron or blow dryer in the room. The elevator lights don't work properly. The room key stopped working and I still had one more day to stay.The power went out as well I will say give this a hotel a couple more years for the remodel be done and it will be okay.

The entire staff are super nice and helpful.the rooms are clean and comfortable.this hotel is a hidden gem.I will continue to stay here on a weekly basis until November for work at the nearby hospital.also the hot breakfast is delicious and the coffee is perfectly brewed. I love this place.

The property was clean and quiet, i didnt like that i had to wait until 3pm to check in, i arrived a bit early and they didnt try to accommodate me at all.

I will continue to stay here for my business trips.the breakfast is a highlight and the staff make you feel at home,super nice staff!! this hotel is a gem.there are other hotels in this area,choose this one!! clean and walking distance to a park. V-

I didn’t like going into a room and housekeeping use the bathroom and never flush the toilet. But other then it was ok

Rooms were a little out dated but the were remodeling the hotel while we were there but over all it was a nice place to stay

The front desk person at check-in was very polite and the lady doing the complimentary breakfast. No curtains at the windows so awaken at 6 AM by the sun. Powered eggs not good. Could do a mix of real and Powered.

Shower heads were disgusting. I got a room change on my second day and that show head was disgusting and filled with mold and mildew.

Khalil provided outstanding customer support to me during check in. He showed me where the pool was and the area for breakfast. The hotel hallway had an odor like marijuana from a previous person stay. I do understand the hotel is going through a renovation and I am sure it is going to gorgeous once the renovations are complete

Breakfast was great, but I think bacon and sausage should be served on the same day. Also they were doing construction in the lobby.

There is no clear signs as to which is the comfort I or extended stay. No one would help us and the lady cleaning acted as if we were a huge inconvenience. This hotel is in terrible condition. Half the door locks were broken off. The room was like a cement cold jail like cell. The bathroom towels looked dirty and if we had any other option I would have stayed somewhere else. I would never recommend.

Second time I've stayed here for a concert at Fed Ex. This trip, our door didnt shut properly. We had to slam it to get shut. There was leaky faucet in the shower and the outlets were almost hanging out of the wall so plugs kept falling out. I didn't have these problems at my last stay.

The general ambiance leaves the guest unsafe amidst the poor ethics of fellow guests - requiring police intervention

It looks like they are working on updating the entire hotel. The breakfast area is an old restaurant that needs work and the seating is currently plastic tables and chairs. But the breakfast was good and the staff were excellent.

The property is very clean and the staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel sits on a nice plot of land. The rooms/beds were clean but overall shabby, tiles were falling off the walls in the bathroom. There was a prior leak by the window that was not repaired, looked a bit moldy. Understandably the whole complex is under renovation but the dirty smelly hallway carpeting was disconcerting. Once the renovations are complete I am sure it will be lovely but as of now not worth the stay.
