The carpets were fayed, the breakfast was cornflakes or a piece of bread, the skirtings were missing and the rooms didn't smell very nice - one smelt of smoke so we changed one room and then we left.

I slept well

They were in transition and it was obvious, they didn't even have a sign on the building. The carpet was filthy. The building need to be closed down and updated. There was a large number of homeless people there.

Great location, property was very clean.

The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was very weird. The shower curtain did not stay in place which caused the whole bathroom to get wet. Breakfast did not taste good.

We picked this hotel for its proximity to go see a concert at fed ex field, it was in a quiet area yet accessible to other area things we wanted to do while visiting.

We booked 2 weeks in advance with 3 pm checkin. We arrived at 5pm and our room was not ready. There were other guests waiting in the lobby too without their rooms. The manager had left for the day and was unavailable to assist the front desk staff who seemed mostly unapologetic for our plight. We missed the first act of our concert while we waited to sort this out... and finally left without a room, not knowing whether we would have a place to sleep that night. At least it was available later that night, but it was in very rough condition, and the room was way overdue for repairs to damages, and showed significant wear and tear. The bed slept okay, but I had no confidence in the cleanliness of the bedding. Worst hotel experience ever.

I was triple charged for only one successful reservation scheduled.
