Very clean room. The bed was pretty comfortable bed, but it dipped to the middle just a bit. One of the bathroom lights was out. Overall very nice. Would stay again.

I am suprised that Hilton put their name on this hotel. It literally felt like staying in someone's apartment. The stairs were rusted, room was completely supplied.

Refrigerator didn't work ..no ice was made all weekend. Sink in the bathroom didn't drain. One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was great. Pool walls and ladder could use a good scrub but pool was still great :) overall nice hotel but my room needed a little work but would recommend:)

First Hotel.com booked the incorrect room for us. The hotel was very old. The bathroom door would not latch shut. They have full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body qas mounted to the wall to decrease waste, but 2 of 3 were empty. The eggs and orange juice at breakfast were really gross. The "second room" had an old doorand they just put a kitchen chair in front of it to block access out. Everything is separate, so we had to walk outside to get to the "main house"/lobby for breakfast. There was also a white substance spattered on the curtains... ewww.

Place was nice but need some maintenance.

Booked this room for 490$! Outrageous to begin with but had to have a room. Booked this room because we needed a pool
For three littles! Got there pool
Was closed couldn’t pass inspection, this should have been clearly stated! No ice they ran out! Hot water was not a thing in the shower! 3 towels for 4 people they ran out! You can see daylight through the exterior doors! This place needs an update!

We checked in and gave us our room. We went to our room to find out it was a totally different room than the type we reserved. They gave us a king with a sofa instead of 2 queens with a sofa. We have two teenage children, a sofa pullout does not work They were sold out for the night, so they couldn't switch rooms. They blamed it on using Hotels.com/Expedia for the mix-up. Front desl said we can't ever guarantee that we'll get the room style right if you don't book directly. To make matters worse, the condition of the room was terrible. Some updates, but the places that were not updated were frankly gross. Will not stay again.

Friendly staff. Easy access to food and convenience stores.

Needed a safe, clean room for myself and 2 young children while traveling. We just needed 1 nt and not the extended stay. This hotel popped up on a search of the Indianapolis area at a very reasonable price. We all loved the comfort and space of the room (3 of us on a roadtrip for several days - we needed space!). The hotel is setup like a small community and not a traditional hotel. This was beautiful but did cause a bit of a hiccup in the morning as i needed to drive to breakfast vs just heading downstairs. The service was outstanding! So polite and professional at every meeting we had. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Front desk staff was very nice. However, toilet didn't work, and we were awakened at 5:00am with sounds of running above us that continued for hours - despite calling the front desk to report the concern.
3.9
Room was filthy and had mold in one of the closets which I didn’t discover until I woke up in the middle of the night having to run and grab allergy medicine from my car due to the reaction from the mold.
3.9
Upon checking in we noticed an old bar of soap on the soap tray in the shower... indicative of them not cleaning it at all. Then when we returned from our event... the bathroom was overflowing with water from a leak in the ceiling. We were moved rooms quickly and service was ok but definitely wouldnt pay the price we did for this location again.

Clean, neat, and tidy. Everything worked as expected. Suite organization worked for us.

It was fine. We stayed 2 nights with children. It’s in a nice area with lots of food and stores close by. I did not use the kitchen to cook food but it consisted of a 2 burner stove, dishwasher and full size fridge. Also a toaster in room. The small coffee pot didn’t work and leaked water everywhere and the sink barely drained probably because the garbage disposal didn’t work. The beds were fine but small. There’s a fireplace but no wood so you can’t use it anyway. The water pressure in shower was outstanding but the room only came with 3 towels. I would probably stay here again if I only needed to stay 1-2 nights. Anything longer I would look for better kitchen.
3.9
Clean, accommodating, stress free, comfortable, and located near excellent restaurants and shopping.
3.9
All the rooms are accessed from outside. So getting a second floor room with no elevator and small children was a struggle. The stairwell and landing areas were filthy. Once you get inside the room, it was clean. Also the shower was very dark. I booked this because of the separation of the bedroom and living areas. It was walkable to restaurants for dinner and breakfast which I loved. I would book again but only on the first floor.

Everything was great except for the front desk clerk, she was rude and nasty to us and then she was told to give us the late check out and she didn’t. So my daughter had to wait in our car till my surgery was over.
3.9
Wonderful room. Very quiet and roomy. The room decor was very updated, the bathroom was not. Tub and shower fixtures were broken and not clean.
3.9
The room had not been cleaned, but they were sold out so we couldn't switch rooms. There was leftover food in the fridge, water on the bathroom floor, and dust shavings on the cabinets. I asked for two keys only one of which ended up working. The fridge door also didn't shut all the way.
The staff was very friendly and I did end up receiving points for my inconvenience.
3.9
Clean, quiet, nice room.

An older property. But there was a lot of room for the price
3.9
Overall it was ok. I guess my issues were all with cleanliness and housekeeping. The room wasn't very clesn. Kitchen refrigerator had stains and the tub was half clean prior to us staying there. Fortunately I travel with cleaning supplies. Housekeeping only come in every other day and when she came she didn't make beds or restock kitchen items. She didn't unload dishwasher.
Also there are fireplaces and there was no access to fire wood. Although its Indiana in late October.
Staff was very slow with assisting and responding to questions.
3.9
Nice clean and large rooms. Quiet woodsy setting. Easy parking.
Signage in hallways poor (directions to elevator, series of room numbers, clubhouse, etc). Long walking distances could be a problem for seniors and infirm. Bathtub needs a better shower head, on a long extension. Doesn’t fill properly.
A serious security issue. Wi-fi could only be accessed via Hilton Honors App. Privacy disclosure on app says Hilton (or third party?) collects home address, phone, financial information, etc. when we use the app. Is Hilton thinking that making us aware of privacy intrusions will hold them harmless if our wi-fi access has unpleasant consequences? I stayed 2 nights and I could tolerate no wi-fi for a short time but I don’t think I’ll stay at Hilton for longer if they are not up front about having no accountability for wi-fi usage problems.

We had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen. First off I will say all interactions with the staff were great, unfortunately that was the best thing I can say about this property. The rooms are run down, and are in dire need of a remodel. The room was not clean. We found a very old sprite bottle with a mystery liquid under the pull out couch, the carpet was old and dirty, stainless steel fridge was rusting and did not work and kitchen cabinets were all very old and chipped. Ceiling fan had a layer of dust on it decades old, the tub did not drain well causing us to have to shut the water off mid shower to let the the tub drain, the bathroom fan did not work so the closet like bathroom became extremely damp and humid, very swamp like, trim work and portion of the walls throughout the room had dirt marks on it. I would not stay at or recommend this property to anyone unless the rooms were completely updated. Luckily my family and I only needed to be here for 3 days, otherwise I’d have found other lodging.
3.9
Accessible for what we wanted to do in Indy. Needs updating.

Hotel oversold
I didn’t have a room and was sent to another hotel. Front desk staff extremely rude.

We rented a 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite, unit 101-102. Several things in the room/s were disappointing:
1. 1st bathroom (#101) - Large spider
2. 1st bedroom (#101) - bedsheets were torn
3. 2nd bathroom (#102) - no shower curtain; door to the toilet wouldn't close.
4. 2nd bedroom (#102) - gold circular item (likely from an article of clothing) was on the bedspread.
5. 2nd bedroom (#102) - the adjoining door wouldn't stay closed unless fully locked; it would swing open. Also, the door looked like it was kicked in / banged up in 20 spots.
5. 2nd bedroom (#102) - we could clearly hear the next door unit as if they were directly in our room. They were not shouting, just normal voices.
3.9
The overall condition and cleanliness of the room was very concerning. From the moment we walked in the room, we could see crumbs on the sofa, stains and rips on the linens and carpet, and poor repairs from presumed water damage in one of the bathrooms of our two bed/two bath suite. Neither one of the bathrooms had a hair dryer even though they were listed as included amenities. Also, linens were poorly stocked. We were only provided 1 washcloth for two bathrooms. The most disgusting part was one of the dresser drawers were filled with some strange man’s dirty clothes! I went to the desk and reported that it appears our room was not cleaned and was told an excuse that since they are an extended stay, that is sometimes the condition of the rooms. I don’t care if the previous occupant was there for one day or one month, the room should be cleaned and I should not have to reside in a room with a strangers dirty undergarments! The pool was small and overcrowd for the children but there was a nice gathering area outdoors on the patio that my family enjoyed dining in. Very overpriced for poor quality.
3.9
Dated but not crazy bad. A little high priced for what you get.
3.9
Although booked through Expedia, the room did not represent a Hilton Property. The room needs a major overhaul. Tried to book with Hilton but nothing was available; had to use Expedia but no excuse for the room condition on a Hilton property. Asked for clean towels early am and went out; did not receive hours after return. Went to the office and night manager had to bring them. Asked for trash to be emptied but no one show up each of our 3 day visit. Finally bought large trash bags from CVS. Did not know the entrance to room from street had concrete stairs; brother uses a walker.
3.9
The staff was top notch. They went above and beyond to correct a billing issue. We'll definitely be back.
3.9
The hotel clearly has some years on it. The lobby was well maintained, but the rooms lacked the same level. The price was well above what the hotel should have charged us.
3.9
This was the worst ive been treated in all my yesrs of traveling. Despite multiple requests tey would not bring us any additional towels. We had to go buy our own from a nearby Target.
They refused to service our room despite multiple requests. Tgere was an issue with the room. We asked for another one. They put us in a smaller room by mistake so we had to move BACK to the original room. When i asked what happened, the desk clerk told me that they sell dirty rooms in hopes thst they'll have staff to clean & prep them by the time people arrive to check in. We ran out of toilet paper. We went to the front desk to get some & they handed me a pack of paper towels because he wasn't sure if there was anymore on site. They eventually brought us 2 rolls. From top to bottom, this was a terrible property to stay at. The management & staff i dealt with are either inept & incompetent or complete imbeciles. I'll never stay at a Homewood Suites property again. 0/5 stsrs. Vety ghetto. Would NOT recommend.

Great breakfast! Not so great of a room. It looked nothing like the pictures. It was old and outdated. The kids wanted to use the Sports Court but there was no basketball hoop just the pole. They still had fun running the court. Good time in Indy, but not so much at the hotel.
3.9
My biggest concern was the thermostat in my suite hanging off the wall with exposed wires, I made several requests to have it repaired and no one ever showed up to make the repairs. The bathtub fixtures are outdated, and does not drain properly, the hot water was lukewarm, it never got hot. No one ever came to emoty trash or clean or even inquire if you needed cleaning services.
Breakfast was very good, but on the last day of my stay, the person doing the service was rude and inefficient. The front desk staff was polite and stepped in when requests were made for dishes or containers, etc.
3.9
Overall, the hotel was decent. My main problem was housekeeping!! They never once knocked on my door during my 3 night stay to ask to empty my trash, provide clean towels or even give us fresh linen for the sofa bed. The breakfast was good, but they had one food attendant lady who refused to serve the breakfast crowd efficiently. This Hilton location needs work and needs more professional workers as well!!
3.9
When I checked in the hoteI charged me a second time for the room and proceeded to tell me it was just a hold. I did not receive the room I paid for on Hotels.com and the room I did get smelled like smoke. When I checked out I informed the front desk about the wrong room and the smoke smell, which I was ok letting go, but I realized the hold on my cc was a double charge. They said they would refund the double charge but I have yet to receive the credit and now I'm trying to get my money back.
The room was not that great. It was a bit run down for what I paid and again the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed not so comfortable either. I will not stay there again. There are plenty of other nicer hotels within a few minutes, some which are new and less expensive.
3.9
Unclean rooms, had to ask for a room change do to unclean room, an electric blower trying to remove smoke smell, and fire alarm on the ceiling and in a plastic bag.
Then rude staff, manager had no skills on dealing with people after her staff removed my property from a room I paid for another customer while I was gone, then took 15 minutes to find my property due to lack of communication between management.
3.9
Husband and I stayed there for our anniversary. To sum it up our rooms has to be switched multiple times. When we made it to the third room it was decent. It was decent until around 1:00am individuals started partying. It was loud music in the parking lot playing sub woofers and in a room. It went on until around 7:00 in the morning when we finally was able to get a few hours of sleep in. I will never stay there again.
3.9
Very comfortable, great location and safe.
