Every single member of staff went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. There were some issues regarding wheelchair accessibility. When I brought these up, the staff did a property walk around noting improvements that they will be making.

Stay was good. Anant did his best (true gentleman) Rooms were too small for a brand like Oberoi. I can bet other hotel in MG road has bigger area for the rooms. Bed size too small. Their king bed doesn’t seems to be king bed.

Stayed at the Oberoi Blr for 2 nights. This was my 1st stay at this property and what an experience it was. What stands out the most is the impeccable service levels all around. Whether it was a smooth check in ( within my room), high quality service at the bar, restaurant or the Spa, it was all second to none. The room had a nice balcony, which I enjoyed having a cup of coffee and reading the morning news paper. The restaurants are great. I loved the property enough to move a few meetings there and spend more time :) Great staff. Specially Nivesh at Laois, Anand and Anant at the lobby and Kay at the Spa. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Service is excellent !! Mason at Lapis was such a warm hostess. Calm and personable and attentive. Mohit, Diksha, Himani and housekeeping staff all Excellent. Doormen , people at the entrance all very well trained and respectful. Definitely coming back.

This property is definitely beautiful. No question. But its showing its age. From carpets to the elevators to the walls all common areas apart from the ground floor are showing the age. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was awesome. But its NOT a 5 star or an ultra-luxurious hotel in my opinion. The Thai restaurant on site is awesome!

Absolutely delighted with my recent stay at the Oberoi Hotel! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our visit was exceptional. The room itself was comfortable & impeccably clean with all the amenities we could ask for. The balcony had a pool view and a nice breeze to an otherwise warm city. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the staff at the hotel. I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional service and genuine warmth during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with smiles and a genuine eagerness to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had throughout my stay. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their meticulous attention to detail. My room was always immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully replenished and arranged with care. Great convenient location. Beautiful gardens. Clean comfortable rooms. Good housekeeping. Many dining options. Experienced three different service issues at The Polo Cafe, Wabi Sabi, and Lapis restaurants on three days. After reporting the instances, did not receive any satisfactory response or resolution from the Management. Poor supervision! Bureaucratic and unempathetic management! Hence one less rating than “Excellent”! But most of the other staff were very kind, polite, responsive, and helpful. Good spa and gym facilities. Nice swimming pool. Good service at the Front Desk, Security, Housekeeping, Laundry, and at Breakfast.

The Oberoi in Bangalore is set in beautiful lush gardens with very mature trees that shelter the outer seating area like a swaying umbrella. Absolutely amazing ambience. The staff are extremely kind and go out of their way to help. Cleanliness is to the next level and service is excellent. A special thank you to our butler Mohit who went out of his way to make us comfortable and recommended the top 5 dishes which were delicious. If you visit this property please ask for the 5 Mohit specialities.

One of the finest hotels I ever stayed. Everything was outstanding- service, cleanliness, food quality, decor, garden, view, restaurants, atmosphere. Only thing I did not like was spa experience as the person who massaged me was not good and not professional, so I had to travel to another hotel for massages. While prices were quite high, wish they hired better massage professionals.
