Beautiful view, facilities, spa and friendly staff.
Very peaceful, by the sea side. Close to the airport.

We had just a short stay but the hotel was excellent and very convenient for DPS airport.

Palacial pool! Love the pool area and the Balinese design of the property. Set in tropical gardens, the pool looks out onto the ocean. I fitst stayed here 1 night at the end of a trip yo be near the airport, now I stay as its own destination.

Close to the airport

The hotel is so large that you need to call a buggy to get to the reception/pool/bar.
The room was not well maintained. Tv broken, exposed wire hanging out of bathroom wall.

We only stayed one night as we landed at 6pm and were heading north the following day. We got to the hotel just prior to 8pm and told the pools closed at 8pm which was disappointing. The bars don’t open until 11am too so if you’re in holiday mode and want some morning drinks, you’ll have to find somewhere else or wait until almost lunchtime. The food at the restaurant was tasty and the breakfast buffet was generous. Hotel grounds are lovely with multiple pools to choose from and it really doesn’t feel like you’re next door to the airport. Staff were lovely. We got “upgraded” to a deluxe villa which was very spacious but a lot of empty space, could be good if you’re travelling with a family. Overall, this resort was great.

The location near the airport is the reason I booked this for a very short trip but I ended up leaving completely refreshed and renewed. It was very much worth it.

Awesome experience.

Nice accomodation, but not enough personnel. Thé lady at thé reception also cleaned tables and served meals. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately just a few tables to have breakfast pr diner outside. Same for the beds at thé pool. At beeakfast we had no cuttlery and nobody could/wanted to help us. This is not worthy a 5* hotel 🤔. This was quite a bad experience. Such a hotel has to provIde enough tables and pool beds. It felt like being in Spain where you have to be early to lay your towel on a pool bed at 6:00am.
The hotel is very close to thé airport, But it didn't bother us at all. The villa's were very nice and staff was very friendly.

Clean and tidy, good location for surfing and a great pool

Convenient location, resort itself is nice but the rooms are slightly old.

Staff was friendly, drive from the airport was interesting, but food was very good

The resort was very clean and spacious and only a short beach walk to Kuta Square and numerous shopping options, eateries and massage / spas.
The rooms are also very clean and spacious.

The nature of Patra Bali resort is not really for those looking to “experience Bali” but rather for those looking to “enjoy a delightful self-contained tropical resort” and not have to worry about any logistics or dining etc. From the latter standpoint, Patra is lovely with a gorgeous lagoon-like pool and offers absolutely everything you need in a self-contained setting next to a beach and astonishingly close to the Bali airport.

I love the resort and area , but the resort looks a little bit tried it needs a little love and attention and brought back to it's beauty.

Entrance and lobby was very impressive and nice. Restaurant was very good.
Pool are was loaded with trash. Some in pool also. Out side of the main building the property is in decline, needs major maintenance efforts and updating.

Absolutely beautiful hotel loved all the staff
Just a bit out of the mainstream for our liking

The very large pool with a floating bar

I’n the day was a beautiful hotel and grounds, but when there is no upkeep of facilities it gets run into the ground. A prime example is the men’s washroom by the pool. The door knob didn’t open it and it was Jimmy rigged for years using twine and thin 1/4 “ plywood to repair I mentioned this to. Maintenance guy and he proceeded to jimmy rig it again as he could have just put on a new 100$ handle

Outstanding place to stay if you're needing the airport...which is right next door, but you'd never know it! Absolutely screened from the sound of jets and props.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. There was renovations happening while we were there so the lobby was closed. The pool is great. Right next to the beach. Enjoyed the band they had there that played every night.

Property was fantastic the view of the ocean and sunset was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful Boris from the bar was was wonderful very helpful, food was a real let down, we weren’t informed when we booked that two restaurants the spa main lobby the cafe were under construction so there was one restaurant only. We were offered free dinner for the length of our stay buffet dinner but it was steamed rice and another dish which every night was tasteless bland over cooked just horrible not edible at all. One night we ordered room service our meals came icy cold straight from refrigerator pre cooked not heated or fresh we paid a lot for those meals that got chucked out only thing worth eating at breakfast was eggs made to order very very disappointing in food. Shame because resort is beautiful.

I booked it for proximity to the airport and price just for one night due to late arrival. They upgraded me to a suite and I had breakfast on the beach. Really a beautiful property with excellent amenities. Another time I would definitely stay here for longer.

I was only at the property for one night and as soon as I walked in the room the smell was not pleasant. It’s an older property and everything in it spoke to its age. I was not impressed at all and will make sure I read all the reviews before booking another property on Expedia. Not a happy customer.
6.0
Only 1 restaurant on the property, which does not provide any pool side service; only 1 pool open when 4 were advertised. Bathrooms stank and made the room smell bad, and the area around the hotel was unsafe due to pickpockets

We had an excellent stay.
The only problem was the service in the restaurant at supper time was extremely slow. They should just serve buffet style meal all day.

We love this place,we have stayed here before but it's time for them to spend some money and touch up the place. It's a little run down in some area's and the breakfast buffet wasn't up to the same level as our last stay. We forgive them for now and we understand what the problems that the pandemic caused but as the world recovers and more people travel we except that the next time we stay we hope to see improvements.

I very nice two days of decompression from our long flight. Grounds and property is beautiful, flowers, trees and pools. Breakfast buffet is awesome combo of traditional Balinese and the standards such as eggs or pancakes. Staff was very friendly. Onsite security. We also walked into town;we didnt see much here but, very busy. There is an upscale mall nearby called the Galleria where u can purchase a Telkomcel sim card. Other than that im not really sure what there is to see here. There are some surf spots way off shore out front. The hotel is an island of paradise inside a busy area.

We loved how close to the beach the property was
