Stayed here en route from GA to OK. Had a big dog. Hotel staff was very helpful. Very accommodating with pet. Local area is a bit sketchy, but the hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The service was very good and the room was clean

When we first entered the room, we did not have high hopes for this experience. The ceiling popcorn was literally peeling & falling off and one wall painted red looked like smeared blood (see picture). I even found a live roach on the floor by the refrigerator. Luckily, the experience got better as we got situated in the room. Clearly there are more improvements needed, but it does seem like the hotel has been making upgrades one step at a time. The room had vinyl flooring instead of dingy carpet; the beds were comfortable and the linens were bright white (not old & stained); the toilet was in good shape and worked well; the bathroom counter was upgraded material (not laminate). The shower was clean, had good water pressure, and the hot water didn’t take long. Amenities in the room were toiletries, tissues, hair dryer, coffeemaker, fridge, microwave, tv, & working wifi. The ice machine at the hotel worked, too. There was a decent size grassy area by the parking lot for walking dogs. The hotel desperately needs to hire a painter, but we would stay here again. At this price point, they’re 8/10 but don’t compare to the Ritz.

Do NOT recommend...Over priced, slow check-in, first room had been smoked in and had offensive odors with a purification machine running on the desk. Also ask for 50 dollar cash or debit deposit for "incidentals ". This place has drug dealing written all over it. Sleep in your car at the rest stop down road is what i wished i had done.

Nice place for the money. Checked in nice and easy. Walked in my room and the floor was slippery because the AC was off and it was a bit warm and humid. Ran the AC for an hour while I grabbed a bite to eat and it was fine. Staff was very nice. Breakfast exists but is very limited. A good place to rest for the night.

quick overnight on a long trip. There were lots of people hanging outside rooms smoking and drinking. It was not a great environment though the location was convenient for our needs. The room was clean and bed was okay but not super comfy. Probably will not stay here agin if I ever find myself needing a room in the area.

At first seems like a questionable area, but the local police actually base their night patrols out of the gas station across the parking lot. So super safe. Also very friendly staff and clean rooms.

There was a park directly across from our room which made walking our dog very easy.

It was pretty old and run down. The bed seemed to be clean, so we were willing to stay.

Easy access off of the highway; very clean and comfortable room!

When traveling with large dogs, out hotel options are limited. Knowing that the Ritz Carlton isn't large pet friendly we are just shooting for a clean room in a safe neighborhood. This hotel checked those boxes. No complaints based on reasonable expectations of a sub $100/night hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. After check in, the kids and i went to the room. It was infested with flies. When i say infested, i mean 100s! When i went to the office to inquire about another room, she gave me bug spray and said all her fly swatters were stolen. She said the spray is strong so when i get dinner spray it before we go. The WIFI does NOT work! When we first got to the room, I set up the wifi on my sons tablet. It only works in the main office. Not in any rooms. We were in the room for less than 5 minutes. The owner came. I told her about the flies, the smells, and the wifi. I told her we could not stay here. She said she would refund my money.so we left to find a hotel in Little Rock. While driving, i called hotels.com. They called the owner of the hotel and she said to send her an email of my itinerary and she will refund the money. It has been a month and there was no refund. When I call to the hotel, she never is there. She told me when I left, it would be refunded that day. Please dont stay here. The people are not honest!

The location was very convenient, being a stone's throw from the interstate. Restaurant choices were limited, I wasn't happy with the selection. There was some cosmetic damage to the bathroom which indicated to me the property was not properly maintained. For the price point I expected more. Oh, and the fridge didn't work which was disappointing since I had medicine that needed to be kept cold.

The bathroom smelled like mildew. Not very clean. Needs a thorough cleaning.

Great overnight stay and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was somewhat clean. There was an extension cord plugged into an outlet & the cord itself was ran outside the room. The ceiling paint was peeling & you could see the apparent water damage from the upper floor. We found a few bugs on the floor...dead & a few alive. The bathroom was in need of some repair.
The room served it's purpose as a quick stop for a 2 day drive, however, I wouldn't recommend an extended stay.

Stunk, Party next door, smell of dope smoke. Could see light under adjoining room door that connected to you. Loud. Worst hotel I have had in a long time

The gentleman who checked us in was great about helping us find parking for our 3 vehicles that were towing. Very thankful since it was late.

The room had flies in it, the water didn’t drain properly in the bath tub. The ceiling was peeling and the door closed but the bolt was coming out. The staff in the front door was nice but the property needs better maintenance and up keep. I just. Keep telling my self it’s just for one night!!!

The checkin was ok and front desk lady was helpful and professional. Bottom floor corner room was dilapidated, everything was falling apart. The vinyl cushion chair belonged in a dump.
Bedding had pet hair still on it, maybe was not even washed. Due to long drive needed to sleep and shower so bit the bullet and stayed for the night.

The lady who checked me in was nice. The room has gnats and flies everywhere and stunk. There was huge holes in the bathroom wall the ceiling looked wet and pieces were falling down. It was super loud outside parties going on. There was a disturbance on the top floor called front desk only because the lady was screaming " your hurting me " she walked upstairs didnt see anyone didnt investigate and shrugged her shoulders at me. This place is run down.
If your needing a room super fast to crash out for a night it would be okay if you are looking for a nice room this is not the place. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The room had a broken mirror, ripped chair arms, patched walls, a chipped tub, house flies and the TV was filthy.

Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed a quiet and restful night. Easily accessible from I-40. Also, pet-friendly was important. Would stay again.

They need to define “breakfast”. My Tv did not work either.

I was shown a room with a bathtub having a sheet of plywood only for front tubwall, property is very old.Mud finished walls front and back , inside and out is breaking off. Small construction wall in front of my second room charred. 2nd room clean. Same
wall condition everywhere. Front desk lady helpful. Had to reserve room twice due to price $5. higher on friday night.
I would never stay there again even for $65 - $70 per night. It needs to be de-listed.
