it was a very bad night for me super dramatic and quite late still the young man helped me with my technical difficulties and got me checked in quickly as possible, tried to find me a charger as my phone died when he could’ve said no!!! The lady opened the doors earlier than expected to make coffee and offer breakfast! The price was all I could afford and hospitality is priceless!!!

It was horrible point break

The guy that worked at the front desk when I arrived was rude he strong army to stay there by holding on to my driver's license and saying he was going to call the police and I was out of town you know how Arabs are they trying to talk to you any kind of way so the experience was horrible I would not recommend that place too no one and booking com need to stop promoting these places that are not right and look at what they are promoting so there was nothing that I like about it

The whole experience the people that work there he's strong armed me into staying there holding my driver's license because I did not let him talk to me any kind of way that is what Arabs do and threatened to call the police on me and I was out of town so I will force to stay there one night and I checked out the next morning that's how comfortable it was the rooms wasn't right the bed was messed up the rooms was funky the whole experience was horrible I would never go through booking.com again I will stick with Priceline

We didn't actually stay. We had a medical emergency and couldn't make it. We were charged even though we had an issue beyond our control they still charged us. They didn't even answer my request.

They need customer service training. You get what you pay for. I’ll pay more some where else. It was bad. It was not clean and the response was just alittle dust. It was nasty not dust and if it was dust it shouldn’t be dusty either. I don’t think they like people. And I’m a very nice person ,l don’t like to complain. I had to make them be nice by giving them a customer service attitude.

The fact that I had a cheap place to stay because my car had broke down coming from New Jersey and it was a unexpected cost.

Pleasant

My significant other and I had time alone.

The room was dirty and it stunk. The walls had stuff on them that looked like it ran down them and dried. The bed comforter had cigarette burns all over it. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Housekeeping could have done a way better job on it then what they did. Very very very disappointed!

Cheap for a reason

It was back off the expressway far enough that we couldn't hear a lot of truck traffic. It was relatively quiet compared to some places we had stayed.

When we went to check in, the clerk argued with us about the room we had reserved and then tried to get us to give him $20 cash to get the one we had reserved even though they had our credit card. He was very short and abrupt with us and difficult to understand.

Found a used condom in between the 2 towels they give you and found a nasty dirty washcloth and a used bar of soap under the ice bucket

The location the linen was clean & the carpet.

I didn't like the fact that anything I needed I would have to go to the front desk ie toilet paper, towels. My toilet stopped up and she wanted me to come get the plunger to take care of it. It could have been alittle bit more cleaner. My room had a old dirty chair and foot stool.
