We had a very good stay.

The hotel in very good location but the bed sheets was all with holes and also the tawel , when they clean the room thet did not change the bed sheet

The hotel overall looked nice from a good front desk team. However I was very disappointed with the House Keeping service. The sheets were not changed despite requesting them 4 times in the Front Desk. We have even left the sheets on the floor so they change it, but they just put the same sheets again from the floor. I had even requested to just provide me with the sheets so I can put myself even then the sheets were not changed. Finally, on our last day the Supervisor came herself to change the sheets but it was time for us to leave anyways in 12 hours. The shower gel was not refilled in the 6 days we stayed and it was over already. We had requested for that as well. Seems like a very Unhappy HouseKeeping team that does not want to maintain the repute of the Marriott Hotels.

While not in the city center, it was an easy walk (30 min) to it. Great staff who were very helpful in both getting around the city as well as service for the breakfast till drinks at night.

Very friendly staff especially the food service staff. On the last night there we experienced a faulty toilet. When I notified the staff, she suggested we would have to wait until the next morning to get staff to fix it. No toilet overnight???? She eventually put us in another room.

Requested for early cancellation (through Expedia app and emailing hotel) due to returning back home for personal matters. Both Expedia and the Marriot Hague Hotel did not respond and waited til the last date to inform me that full charges will be made since they are not informed.

First time in a hotel and I’m glad I’ve chosen this one right here. A gentleman name Ray helped me with everything and got me settled in thank you to him

Excellent Modern Hotel.

All good

Close to public transportation (tram 17, 1), good breakfast, good neighborhood.

The entrance needs to be done properly. Not only is it easy for people to drive right by but the actual driveway into the hotel from the road is terrible. Excellent hotel. This really holds it back.
4.1
The best and most incredible, warm and pro-active service that I have ever received from a “brand “ hotel with everyone going the extra mile
4.1
Nice friendly staff, nice rooms and a great location, no matter where you do business in central Hague.
4.1
Excellent service, the staffs were very hospitable. Amenities, room, surroundings, environments, everything was awesome, loved it and highly recommend it

Overal, I have a good experience.
Check in and check out are very quick, room is big enough, there is a bath tub in the bath room.
Location is close to Scheveningen beach.

During our staff, the elevators lifts smelled remarkably funky. That was our only issue. Baking soda on the floors may help. Otherwise, everything else was great. Special mention for the the staff; they were helpful and knowledgable.

Close to conference center

Breakfast was good, but the same every day. Scrambled eggs made from powder. It tastes like soap. In a hotel like Marriott and for such a price, I would expect breakfast with fresh eggs! The service did not offer omelets from the kitchen, you had to ask the waiters. I skipped breakfast. There was no mineral water in the rooms and you had to buy it at the reception. The service at the bar was very good. Very nice rooms and comfortable bed.

Nice Hotel

I had a mixed experience at the Marriott in The Hague. The staff was fantastic, incredibly helpful throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed to find that the elevators were dirty, with one even having a concerning issue involving blood. Additionally, the unpleasant odor of what seemed like raw sewage in the elevators was a significant drawback to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

This is a first class hotel. Room the was very clean, modern and spacious, bathroom impeccable, bed comfortable, with public transport close by. The only real downsides are the parking fees which are unnecessarily high at 25 euros and the location which offers no restaurant or nightlife proximity.
4.1
Check-in was very unfriendly! Your stay was the unfriendly one ever at the Marriott Hotel. A difference like day and night compared to other Marriott hotels!
Sorry! Simply not recommended!

modern hotel, organized and very clean. I went with my girlfriend and my dog, we were treated very well from our arrival at the reception until the checkout.
one of the best staff I've ever seen. Everyone was very helpful and polite at all times. We ll come back without a doubt

It was nice that our (guide) dog was welcome.

The location is lovely, right beside Schevingen Bos which is really nice to stroll around. Very easy to get back into the centre too. Really enjoyed staying here.
4.1
The hotel and location are great but during check-out reception messed up my payment resulting in long discussions and having to call Visa and their manager to cancel the pre-authorization and correct the errors. Not professional for a hotel like Marriott. Gym was great but could use more equipment and variety. Parking machine was defective stating all lots were occupied when there were plenty free.
4.1
Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Access to gym and lounge where drinks and snacks were served. Convenient bicycle rental.
4.1
It is very nice and clean; convenient for The Hague; next door to the Art Museum and Omniversum Science Center; has a lovely green park across the street with bikes to rent; very helpful nice staff.

Friendly, clean and very nice breakfast

Firstly, parking. You have to get a ticket from the barrier (but it doesn't always work) so you then have to argue with reception via intercom to open the gate because you are literally waiting on the road blocking the bike lane, causing an obstruction. This happened to us upon entry into the car park. After we got our ticket from reception we could come and go as we pleased but even then coming back into the car park was a challenge each time - i had to help the cars in front of me figure it out because they took so long a queue formed across the road blocking traffic on one of the busiest roads in The Hague. There are also minimal spaces & it's expensive!
Secondly, you have to wait a significant amout of time to check in (& out) because it's a large hotel with minimal staff on the front desk.
Thirdly, our room heating didn't work, the shower pressure was very low making washing long hair a challenge, and the safe was broken.
Fourthly, I asked for a vanity kit (just a couple of cotton wool pads to use to remove my make-up) and I was told I'd have to buy an entire pack of cotton wool - what happened to offering this as part of your room?!
And finally, the staff were down right rude. Upon check-out, when it was finally my turn I walked up to the desk and someone else (who pushed in) did the same. I challenged the other person & showed them the queue & not only did they ignore me the staff on the desk ignored me too...he didn't even acknowledge my existance!
Shocking.

Typically Marriott, very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay

Awesome stay. Check-in experience phenomenal. The hotel rep, Virginie, explained everything about hotel, local attractions & deals, corrected an error on Hotels.com reservation, helped getting tram passes, and even gave small gift/trinket for kids. Family suite & accommodations were excellent & beyond expectation. Staff very friendly. Breakfast outstanding with tons of choices. Would definitely pick this place next time in area.

As a frequent traveller, staying in hotels is a norm for me and I have never stay at anywhere lower than 4 stars. However this is the first time I experienced mosquitos bugging my sleep the entire night, and I have travelled to places that are normally infested with mosquitos. I did not expect to have experienced mosquitos in the cold climate’s The Hague. It is down to poorly managed ventilation/cleanliness of the hotel. It is a disappointing stay for somewhere like Marriott.

Hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff attentive, although some long waits when it didn't appear to be too busy. Restaurant menu rather limited, although what I ate was good. Bed lovely and comfortable. My room had really good views of the city.

Alles was goed verzorgd. Persoon super vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Was really friendly and very comfortable. Check in was hampered by IT issues but an unprompted offer of complimentary Prosecco easily made up for that. Parking was expensive but so it goes. Plenty to do and see quite near but the zone is a bit on the outskirts.
4.1
Bed was too soft, I stayed a total of four nights but on three different rooms and all the beds were too soft.
