Wonderful place to stay, especially with a larger group. Suite options available and accommodations to have friends and family rooms close to each other. My only complaint, which truly wasn’t this hotel’s fault, was the charging procedure. When calling the hotel, the manager also wasn’t very helpful about the situation. So, know that in the future, and especially a Griz game weekend where the prices are already doubled at least, DO NOT USE a debit/bank card. Not only did I pay for my stay, but an extra $800 was taken out as a hold and not returned to my account for 7-10 business days. That’s A LOT of money to have as a hold.

Definitely had a pet odor in the room! I was disappointed because I told the front desk I’m allergic to animal hair. Woke up with an itchy scratchy throat.

On arrival at reception was asked if we wanted to stay in the booked room (Executive king with pool view) or swap - said we don’t know as we haven’t seen the room. The manager Tom came out and took us to the booked room. It was spacious, it overlooks a pool BUT the pool is an indoor pool so it’s dark, with no natural light - seems the phots on Hotels.com are misleading and Tom said they have asked Expedia to update the website but so far have not. We ended up in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the car park which was a lot smaller and has noise from I90. We were only there for 2 nights so was bearable. Tom was very helpful throughout. Breakfast was ok. It is on the outskirts of Missoula so you will need a car to get around - there are some nice restaurants a 5 minute drive.

Great for us as we were heading to Yellowstone from Western Canada. Clean, quiet and great staff. Good breakfast and we used Mackenzies next door for dinner where there was a wide choice - not just pizzas. We recommend it and would stay again.

We only were there 1 night for 9hours. Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm when we checked in. The staff was nice it was busy so it wasn’t a huge deal. It was pretty expensive for literally 9hours of a stay.

I was staying the night after having a minor heart surgery and the manager checking me in gave me a room in a quiet area of the hotel which I really appreciated. Breakfast was incredible!

I was told that I was getting a room looking out at the pool. What it was, was a second-floor room with the window literally over the pool area! Couldn't open the window because of the chlorine smell (which seeped in anyway). And the noise from the kids - which was to be expected - didn't end till the closure at 10pm... Then there was the room. The space was like it was designed to use leftover space from everything else (we were also next to the elevators). The bathroom was so small you couldn't move. There was a nice counter-space, however. And then there was the lighting. The only overhead light was near the door. There were lamps by the bed and on the desk - and that was it. This was the darkest, drabbest room I've ever experienced, especially for a Best Western Plus. Hardly worth the price I paid for it. Makes me wonder what a king-bed without the "pool view" would have been like.

The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star on service was the attitude of a front desk clerk. My wife and I (queer couple) asked a young man with glittery earrings about breakfast and were met with such a crappy attitude. I don't give a rat's _ss about earrings, tatts (I have several), but what I don't like is someone in the service industry with a lousy attitude and bad customer service. The rest of the staff was fine, room and bed were clean and comfortable and breakfast was quite substantial! They even had a toaster with gluten free bagels!!

Good property, but overpriced at $300. Note that their "EV charging " is Tesla only, which negatively impacted us in a big way. Cookies were gone by 7:00 (cmon, I paid over $300!). On the positive, it was very clean and one of the best free breakfasts ever. I'll go back if I can get a lower rate.

This was the NICEST BW hotel we have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous, they had answers for all of our questions and were super lovely to deal with. The rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable, well stocked and a generous sized fridge which we appreciated. The free breakfast was actually the best we have ever had. They had so much fresh options every morning, halved grapefruits and fresh cut melon and berries, plus whole fruits like oranges and apples. A make your own yogurt parfait station, Eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, biscuits and gravy plus a waffle bar with tons of toppings. Honestly it was such a nice breakfast and made us feel so valued as guests. There were always people happily visiting or playing cards in the dining area and it just felt like a really comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our visit immensely! Highly recommend
