Overall, the room met my needs. It had a kitchen, wi-fi, and enough space for three people to sleep. The breakfast had limited options. For this hotel, and possibly the room, it was noisy. You could hear the airplanes flying above, our mountain view was more of a freeway view, and the gardeners were noisy for a few hours on a couple of days. This was problem for me since I wanted to work remotely for few days while visiting Reno.

The staff was great with one exception. The men's bathroom in the lobby never get's cleaned, paper towels all over the floors for days. One of the reasons I choose this place was the gym with a tv and specifically the exercise bike. The tv didn't work the whole time and I advise the front desk 3 weeks prior to checkout. Same thing for the bike. Breakfast and coffee are decent, the lady responsible for the breakfast most days is wonderful.

Beds were not comfortable, pillows were horrible, very poor air flow in room no cooling what so ever, main tv in living room did not work, room had hair all over and stained comforter…never again will I stay here

They messed up our reservation so they gave us a different room then double charged us after we had checked in and then said they didn’t know why that happened. The beds were so uncomfortable so overall it was a crappy experience

Jacuzzi was down, cones are on the fire pit. No barbecue island. Overgrown the grass. The room was clean for the most part. The female staff at reception were super and welcoming and not accommodating for early check-in.

My only complaint is the room was very dirty. My baby was crawling around the floor and her hands and knees were black from how dirty the floor were. Upon entering there was a cigarette smell but would fade off once in the room.

I got 2 rooms for my drivers and myself I got the keys to both rooms gave one set of keys to my drivers and I took the other stuff went to my room and it had not been cleaned or made up yet to front desk. She immediately gave me a new room so life is good.

The charge you extra money for parking your vehicle on their property. Absolutely ridiculous.The beds were too firm, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I didn't sleep well at all because of it. I woke up constantly sore. The room was clean and roomy. Check in was easy. Breakfast was great quality.

The hotel was well taken care of, the rooms very nice and clean, great location with walking distance to shops and restaurants. The cons of the trip were the rooms were not ready for check-in at the time check in opened. It was more than 1 hr late. In addition, the rooms with the king bed and pullout couch did not have a complete bedding set for the pullout couch and when asked, staff said they had none of the missing pieces to make up the couch bed. I wasn’t impressed with staff but overall it was a nice hotel

The bed was super comfortable. The room was spotless. Everything worked and was wonderful. Check in was not great, she gave me one card and didn’t say much or tell me that the whirlpool that we kinda picked this place for was out of order. At 9:15pm, we had “housekeeping” bang on our door to ask if we were extending our stay…… we had checked in at 3…. Super sketchy. Comfort of the room was too notch though. Probably won’t go back because of the late night “housekeeping” call and lack of working whirlpool and unheated pool.

I was extremely disappointed in the stay here the pool was closed down and they said they're going to fill it in with dirt and that's one of the reasons why I stayed there was for that amenity. And now they're taking it away and told me that the pool was up and running before I got there lied extremely upset about that went to the pool it was disgusting the whole place is run down customer service is terrible they're breakfast is repeat of everything they had the day before just okay Will not stay here again.

Room was just OK. Nice room but could’ve been cleaner, didn’t feel like it was cleaned well. Food in the hide a bed, bathroom was dirty and floor in kitchen was filthy. Customer service was terrible when we checked, like I was bothering the lady.

This is NO lie at all. They didnt take out the garbage from the guests who stayed there pior so I had to do so, then look for a housekeeper and ask for garbage bags. Then i noticed we had not 1towel. So i called front desk they told me to come to front desk and get some towels, was given 2 bigger ones ( ridiculous). The next day i asked for more towels and was told they are being washed so finally got some 2 hrs later. Other guest i know were told the same.

The room was surprisingly large with a simple kitchen included (no oven). Nice and clean bit dark. Breakfast choices are really limited. Prepackaged muffins, cereal, porridge and some sad bananas. Near a good grocery store (Smiths across the street) though so able to get supplies. Pool was open and looked nice, but hottub is now permanently closed. Overall a decent stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

This place is the worst place I have ever stayed. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower so we asked to switch rooms. The other room was not much better. The entrance doors to the rooms were filthy. Behind the bathroom doors was disgusting. Thetr was hair on the mounted shampoo holders in shower. If I could have got a refund i would have stayed at another place.

The staff was nice when they were available. Everytime i went to the desk no one was there. There was no drinks available for kids with breakfast. No milk for cereal. There were no towels in our room. The grounds are not kept up. The grass was very overgrown and dry in other areas. The desk chair was very dirty. The doors to get in are broken so anyone can go in. The pancake machine was not working so it put things very slow for breakfast. The other breakfast items were not completely done and watery. The hot tub has been broken everytime we have stayed. Ive stayed here a few times and this is by far the worst.
