I didnt like the service (staff). I needed something at night, I went to the lobby and there was nobody who could have helped me at all. I booked the hotel also because of the pool, when I got there the pool was not available due to renovation.

The floor we stayed on smelled very strongly of smoke. The room didnr smell but the smell was very stronf. It was also a bit loud at night. The parking is good, the breakfast wasnt the best but they do have a full breakfast for free.

The front desk staff was not friendly. Pool area was very dirty (moldy ceiling tiles) and our room had piss ants and we had to change rooms before we could go to bed. Fridge did not work in room and staff wanted us to carry one to new room ourselves.

They gave us thr bridal sweet which waz nice. But the only thing we didn't like was it must have also been the service wing for staff because there was so .uch noise and the doors slamming. I was in pressed that they serviced our room everyday

The pool area is an absolute disrepair. There is black, mold all over the ceiling, a rusty water, fountain, and paint peeling off of the walls. When I asked the front desk about the poor conditions, I was told that they were waiting on a part to control the humidity in the pool area. However, based on my observations, it is quite a apparent that this has been an issue for quite some time. I would not allow my children to swim in the pool after seeing the condition it was in. They were not happy. My other issue was that shortly after arriving I unexpectedly got my period and the hotel did not have any over-the-counter medications to purchase or feminine products. It was very late and all the local pharmacies were closed. As a result, I had to drive to a 24 hour Walmart, which was not convenient in any way, especially after a long day of traveling with two young children and I was in a lot of pain.

I requested late check out which they gave me thankfully, I’m actually still sitting in my room as I’m typing this. I currently have a do not disturb on my door and housekeeping came at 9:30 and knocked I told them I had late check out and just now again at 12:37. Late check out is 2pm. Also my room felt damp all over when I checked in. Like someone ran the shower for hours and steamed up the whole room before I came. The sheets even felt a little wet but I was too tired when I checked in to make a fuss.

Inexperienced staff. We booked 2 rooms thru Expedia. We showed the reservation email to the staff. But staff unable to spot 2 rooms . She said only one room is booked and asked me to call Expedia without checking anything. Later after 10 min of me trying to connect to Expedia, she said there is another room. So much inconvenience during checkin. Overall facilities at the hotel was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and of nice size. I traveled with a 7yo and 11yo and there was plenty of room. The kids really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and were super excited with the pool.

PROS: Hotel was clean & beds comfortable. Breakfast area was well stocked. CONS: Only one small elevator. The doors on the elevator closed quickly, almost not allowing enough time for a 3 rd person to enter. The bathroom is VERY small. You had to stand alongside the toilet in order to close the door. The hair drier only provide warm air. 2 outlets in the room did not work. Stayed 2 nights. The room was NOT cleaned after the first night. Beds were unmade, trash not emptied & linens not replaced. Had to go to the front desk to get fresh linens. Went to checkout around 9:00 AM. No one at the front desk. Asked a cleaning person, she contacted the front desk employee via phone. 2 front desk employees were outside at the time. I could not understand why no one was manning the front desk at the time guests were checking out.

The stay was good up until I left my bathing suit in the bathroom and the hotel staff 'never found it.' Very disappointed and for that reason will not be going back or recommending this hotel. Also, the pool area is dingy and could use a upgrade.

Hotel is clean, room was nice. Pool is a bit small but ok. The bed was comfortable enough but I recommend bringing your own pillow. I'm not crazy about having to track down towels at the end of the day rather than the housekeeping staff replacing them. Some hotels give you a card to check off what you need each day and they leave it at your door. That system is much nicer than having to go to the desk every time you need something. Overall, stay was good, though.

The hotel is showing its age the hallways carpet is filthy they need to redo the whole carpet throughout the hotel. The rooms was just ok but showing its age as well. The bathroom was smallest bathroom I ever been in in my life. You could barely close the door to the bathroom it was so tight. I will not stay there again. Staff was friendly though and the breakfast was ok.

Overall a very good stay. Room was clean & comfortable. In room coffee (Green Mountain) & shower amenities (Dove) were excellent. Interior & exterior of hotel was clean & safe. Staff were friendly & professional. Only negative is there should be more lighting in the room.
