I enjoyed my stay for the most part, it was cold in my room and i asked for a extra blanket and was never brought one, but other than that i had a good time.

Absolutely the WORST hotel stay EVER!!!! Cockroaches in the room, sticky floors, trashy outside, other guests and kids running and yelling outside at all hours. I finally caved and checked out early and paid double room rate at another hotel just to get out.

Upon check in, none of the rooms seemed ready. The girls at the front desk seemed to be trying, however, the room service had to run back and forth to check if the rooms were even cleaned, at 3 oclock. I understand the traffic was heightened due to Hurricane Milton, but the rooms should have been ready by 3. It took an hour to get a room key. The sound of the block party in the parking lot at night was a little off putting as well. I dont think i would return when in Tallahasee again.

First and foremost, every single staff member I met was great: kind, helpful, accommodating; they deserve kudos. That said, if this hotel is going to jack up rates during FSU/FAMU game weekends to an absurd number, money needs to be re-invested into improving the property... dramatically.

Shouted at by the rudest employee, Frankie. He is an absolute emabarrassment to the company. Too lazy to even type a name into the computer. The manager, Rudy was completely worthless at trying to solve the problems that multiple guests were experiencing. Guest #1 got a room, but when she opened the door, other people were already in the room. She was shaking when she came back to return her key. Guest #2's reservation was not honored and his room had been given away. I was guest #3 in line and my reservation was also not honored and my room was given away. Guest #4 in line had a room, but returned a few minutes later and demanded a refund because there were empty doritos bags scattered in the room and neither bed was made. Guest #2 joked that he might be willing to take her dirty room just so he would have a place to sleep. My husband and I left and decided to make the 3-hour drive home. We called Motel 6 Guest Services on the drive home to complain and when they looked up our name, they found our reservation but explained that this particular hotel over-books on purpose, assuming that some folks won’t honor their reservation and that way they don’t loose out on money. A truly shocking way to run a business.

I've never been treated so bad by any kind of customer service in my life. (No exaduration) They took somewhere around 8 hours to find the booking even though I had 2 confirmation emails with confirmation code. It was told to me that it was my fault (until they finally found the reservation). The room has no working tv, broken dresser with drawers literally falling out. They even said the place was totally booked at the beginning and the front desk worker didn't even get out of his chair or even roll to the window to talk to me. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me no because they wouldn't wake up to deal with my tiny problem. Worst hotel experience ever

Very dirty. Sheets were dirty, floors, beds were moldy. The morror was disgusting not clean. Had 1 tower, one wash cloth and 1 hand towel. Wasn't gonna stay but was late . Will never go back

Got laughed at when we were checking in "you want a room" ( i made reservations months ago). 2 drawers not even in dresser all broken. There was a I guess a stove it was black and so greasy. The tub floor had all thick green goo like there was a crack in the tub and they fixed it this way. The towels you could see through and all stained. If you want to get high just smell the air around the place. Grossest place ever. We left.

Property was disgusting. Had to get our door rekeyed every time we came to the room. Homeless sleeping in parking lot, on stairs, by pool. Several people knocked on door beginning at 7 am looking for drugs. Very disappointed.

Booked through Expedia only to find out they didn't have a room with towel, washcloths, covers, pillows, tv, microwave, or mini fridge as advertised. I asked about a discount they said I'd have to have the morning shift supervisor when they got there. Needed a place to stay and everywhere else was booked up. So I stayed talked to them the next morning to see if I can check out a little later so I could sleep some more before heading to Jacksonville and they told me no check out is at 11am so I paid full price for the most bare rooms I've ever seen wifi password worked but it connected without internet access, and they literally walked I to my room while I was getting dressed out a shower to tell me it would be check out soon. I'm not impressed with this place. The night time person was really nice honestly that's why I stayed in the first place but the room I got was already booked and I ended up trying to get in over and over u til someone opened the door. I felt bad that I woke him up. I just wish I hadn't paid full price for a room that didn't have a TV fridge towels pillows or a comforter/blanket. Plus was rushed out with no discount.

The room smelled like cigarettes and had roaches for a start. The room was in poor condition with peeling furniture and paint, but it had clean towels and bedding. The ice machines were broken so you had to reach in to grab the ice.

I realize I only paid $64.11 for the room but I didn't expect african american hair on the pillow or in the tub... I'll go to a different hotel next time and pay the higher price ! **DO BETTER MOTEL 6**

The front desk ladies Rosa and Ruby are super friendly they help as much as they can. The housekeepers are super polite and get what you need done quickly. Our stay here has been overall excellent and by far the best stay at a hotel that I've experienced. Definitely will be staying here more often and highly recommend

Property is in disrepair. Everything in the room was old and worn. Mattress needed replacing. Plumbing was rust, everything looked dirty. Outside looked more like sold row in Los Angeles than what a hotel should. Stay away not worth staying there for free.

The property from the outside did not look too good but the room was not bad. It was pretty quiet so that's a plus. However, the check in was terrible. It was late when we arrived and the guy at the counter clearly did not want to be there. When asked if there was a problem, he became upset threatening to cancel our reservation although it was fully paid.

We got in very late 1am. The clerk, Crystal was very nice. The area was very sketchy though. There was a guy yelling outside through someone else’s door. Like a whole conversation that lasted 15 minutes for the whole building to hear. Our first room smelled, main light switch didn’t work and a/c was set on 62 degrees but felt more like 82. So my husband went down and had her place us in another room. At least the room had a/c but it wasn’t much better. The tub was yellow and patches in it. I hate to admit it but I didn’t shower the whole weekend because of it. The pool was up and running but it was so cloudy I didn’t want to try it. The staff was nice but that’s all that was positive about the stay.

The floor was dirty and the bathroom was dirty you could see feet prints from the last guest. Housekeeping checked up on us once on the first day of a 7 day stay. Roaches were crawling around but at least there weren't any bed bugs and the bed was clean. Beggars can't be choosers didn't have anywhere to go and I couldn't refund because I booked through Expedia.

Upon reserving the room at about 1:30 am I was told several things upon arrival. No vacancies, they don’t honor booking’s at that time of morning. I needed to contact your company for a refund. Damage from the tornadoes still has me without electricity. My daughter suggested I give the hotel yesterday to see if they had reversed the charge and they said no but I could check in after three PM. The first room I was given was FILTHY. I got the key dropped my things off and left. Upon returning hours later I went to the restroom and was greeted with dry fecess on the sink and in the shower. The agent said that being that I was just saying something there was nothing he could do because the room was cleaned and checked by a supervisor. I told him they both lied because it was filthy and I didn’t do it. He stated I could come to the office in the morning and be given a discount I explained to him I wasn’t interested in a discount and after some back and forth he gave me another room. He even brought the key to me himself. Upon entering that room I felt somewhat comfortable I could sit down and not feel dirty.

Stayed at this place and it was absolutely gross!! Roach was in the refrigerator and behind the TV. The tv remotes didn’t even work. The room also had a very weird smell went to go buy air freshener to gel with the smell, our bed didn’t come with pillow cases (which was nasty) l called and requested pillow cases and it took them 2 days to bring the pillow cases, as well there were little nats flying around everywhere. The shower curtain also had brown stains all over it. Soon as you enter the hotel room I stayed in on the ground 2 big insects were there dead!!!! I requested a new set of towels to be needed and they took forever for that they also only took the current towels we had and washed them so we had to wait hours to shower. Very terrible stay, I wasn’t expecting 5 are but at least human decency. I never do reviews but I was so disappointed I feel the need too.

This hotel has upgraded rooms and non upgraded rooms. When we stepped into the room there were roaches on the bed and around the floor. We called customer support on hotels.com and were told to contact the property. The property moved us to a different upgraded room. The room had been painted, that’s the upgraded version. There were no roaches in the room. The bathroom was not in good conditions. We would not stay here again. We stayed for one night and left the following day, cutting our visit short. Had never had a bad experience like this. They should invest in pest control.

A/C not adjustable. Set for 66 but was closer to 75. Didn't blow cold air. Tolerable but meh; just made room humid. Lights next to bed were fickle (compact fluorescent). Overpriced but on graduation weekend.

Lobby looked dirtt so it already gave a bad look! Two night stay RATE RIDICULOUS; price gouging!!! No fridge or microwave at that! Wouldnt ever stay again hell shouldve followed suite with a few cutomers who came right back after check in and asked for REFUND!

Nasty, had to clean the tub before I could take a shower. The washcloth had a dead cockroach on it. Bed was sunken in. Definitely not worth the $125 we spent and they made us give them a $100 security deposit
