would not stay again

the bed was comfortable

check in took a very long time and the attendant had difficulty finding my reservations. The room had a very strong mold/wet smell with a loud dehumidifier in it.

A Happy Guest Everytime

I like the fact that the front desk automatically recognizes before I actually approach the front desk.

Nothing to dislike, at all. I always get great service with a smile.

Would never stay here again.

The distance from the place I was visiting.

The hotel needs renovations. Stains on walls and carpet. Outdated facility. The hallways smelled bad. The environment also didn't feel safe.

It was a pleasant stay.

The room was very nice. Waited for someone to come to the front desk to check us in for about 15 minutes. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay there again!

The only problem we had was checking in. No one was at the front desk. We rang the bell about 4 times but no one showed up. There was a cleaning lady (her second day) that tried to help us find someone to check us in. Finally after about 15 minutes she showed up.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have traveled all over the world, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and I have never had such a bad time in a hotel like this time, We went to my daughter's graduation with all my family and I ended up with a horrible allergy from the horrible smell that both the corridor and the room had, the shower is disgusting, in fact we left 1 day early and we had to pay at another hotel in Orlando because I couldn't breathe and I ended up with a terrible allergy. But I never stay in that hotel or in any sleep in. I'm sorry I didn't take photos, but I was really in such a bad mood that I didn't even realize I was doing it so they can see that this hotel should close its doors and remodel it.

I didn’t have noisy neighbors I was on the second floor I didn’t have anyone making noise from above

Everything in the room was perfect. Even the staff was wonderful. I had a problem with my television and he came up and fix it and everything was perfect.

It wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like. I love everything about my stay

Terrible service and rude employees!!!

Booked this hotel over a month ago for our stay on the 15th, drove 7 hours to this hotel just for them to tell us we didn’t have a reservation. Even after showing the guy at the front my reservation online and confirmed payment, he said oh well. We had to go find another hotel. They were absolutely no help at all!!!

Decentely priced hotel in a comfortable location. Weird smell in the room, but not too bad that we couldn’t stand it.

Easy to find and kind staff. our room was very comfortable and pretty clean.

Worst stay ever

The location

There were horrible stains on the carpet - which smelled horrible- the room was not clean - the smell was so bad I had to stay with a relative because it smelled like dirty gem socks which caused me to get I’ll - I was only offered a room used for Guest with Pets and that room smelled like a dog farm - never ever visiting this hotel again
