It was a pleasant stay. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Wow. The staff, location and our room was absolutely amazing. We were fortunate to get a room on the top floor which included access to the rooftop patio overlooking the rooftops and the bell tower. We took advantage of the steam room and sauna which will be reserved for your exclusive use when you reserve it. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Well located beautiful hotel with a breakfast to die for. Nice little spa area.

The property is nice with lovely service. The rooms are small and a bit dated. It drives me a little nuts when hotels say they have a gym but they don’t. All the machines were broken and didn’t work. It was just a junk room not a gym. Wouldn’t take much but I guess they don’t care.

We booked in to the Hotel Heritage for my husband's 60th birthday. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming from the minute we walked through the door. We had a deluxe room and were given champagne and chocolates on arrival. We had booked the 6 course dinner with matching wines. All of the food was delicious and the wines were perfectly matched. Both Anthony and Redgy were perfect waiters. The room was clean and comfortable. 5 star service all round

The property was beautiful, well kept, and the welcoming staff made the stay incredibly comfortable. Food and drink available at the restaurant and bar was top notch as well!

Really friendly hotel, beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms, with every creature comfort. Lots of little extras from fresh fruit in the room to water for our journey home.

The standout element of this hotel is the service, in particular the staff in the restaurants. Eugene who is a breakfast server deserves a shoutout. His service is exceptional, nothing is too much and he always has a smile and welcoming demeanour. I also loved the quietness of this place, it is a small boutique hotel so it felt like we had privacy and could relax. We had a classic double room, which I must say did feel a little small for us both with our luggage. As a women, I did bring alot of clothes and the wardrobe space was lacking! The rooms could do with a few upgrades, like new TVs for example. Perhaps a smart tv. Also another suggestion is conditioner in the bathroom's. The bathrooms only had 2 in 1 shampoo, which as most women would agree is not ideal. Loved the hotel though and I am a fan of the regency style decor!

Excellent location. Close to the centre - a few minutes walk (although Bruges is tiny and very walkable). Fantastic service all round. Large and cozy room. Reception and other staff helped with everything we needed. Constant and clear communication. We loved it and would easily come back.

Beautiful building and impeccably maintained. Small boutique hotel in the heart of Bruges.
Can’t really fault anything and I wouldn’t want to after our perfect weekend there. The building is exactly as in the photographs and the quality of service is exceptional.
In fact the attention to detail at the hotel really makes it stand out against others we have been to. It’s the little things that separate the good from the great and this hotel does it all perfectly.
Every member of staff we interacted with were a credit to themselves and the quality of this establishment, and we could not have enjoyed a better experience without their effortlessly excellent service at all times.

I booked this for a weekend away for my partners birthday, it was absolutely superb. the location was fantastic, the hotel is steeped in history and very elegant. The buffet breakfast was very good. We did the fine dining experience with wine flight, and it was the best fine dining experience we have ever had, thoroughly enjoyed it. The receptionists at the hotel

The Hotel Heritage is such a charming boutique hotel with all the services you would want- the staff is extremely accommodating. We visited with 7 straight days of rain and they always made us smile.

Very nice stay, wonderful service. The items for sale in the room were a bit much, if you put chips in the room just have it be a courtesy. Why charge for every little thing?Overall very nice and well stocked. The spa was nice. Had a relaxing massage, not the best but nice. Nice touches throughout room such as water, fruit, chocolates, radio, various English-language channels on the TV. Excellent location 2 mins to main square and Belfort. Walk to any attraction in Bruges in minutes.

This hotel was excellent. It was a beautiful property, in a great location (just a block or so off the main square and easy walking distance to the main things to see in Bruges) and with great service. I highly recommend it.

a beautiful, charming city--fabulous food, beer, wine, waffles and chocolate. Took a lovely boat tour on the canals. Shopped (successfully) and enjoyed annual parade.

The hotel was very beautiful, the staff was super helpful, both with general service and with booking restaurants. You should definitely try their breakfast menu at least once during your stay.

The property is very small, as are the rooms. There is an in bath shower in a tiny toilet. The property is one of the most expensive hotels in Bruge and is not worth the extortionate price. The staff were unhelpful when I complained and they told me I was not entitled to my money back, even though the limitation was not made clear to me when I booked.

we had an amazing stay. The hotel is truly ‘boutique’ and the owner takes a personal interest in everything. Was even present at the end to say Bon Voyage. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Anyone travelling to Bruges... this is the place to stay if it fits your budget
