We had a very large roach in our shower that didn't instill confidence in the cleanliness of the room. The staff dealt with the situation quickly. The breakfast food was not great. Would not recommend.

As a whole, the experience was good. The main areas are clean ecept for the corners and where the main vacuum will not reach. Maybe the Manager could take a walk down the halls with a pair of scissors and an assortment of Sharpies to touch up the carpet in the halls. Difficult to see clearly out of the windows, outside windows need a very good cleaning. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable room was relatively quiet.

A great stay. The room was spacious and had the comforts of a mini home with a kitchenette & living room, a sofa with a TV. We only stayed one night. We definitely would stay here again.

Great location central in Waco so easy to get around. Very quiet hotel. Only complaint was AC was regulated and room got very stuffy at night, made sleeping difficult with how warm it was.

Didn’t like the construction going on across the street and roads being blocked off also didn’t like that when I booked the hotel I requested a dog friendly hotel which it was I assumed that the total price included everything but was charged an additional $100 for my pet

Although there was a lot of construction in the area, it was still a great place to stay. The area seems to be getting a revitalization. We had a 2 bedroom layout and it was perfect. It’s close to the river and a couple of fun bars nearby. Only complaint is when others enter or leave a nearby room, you can hear their door close. 5 Stars

Close to Baylor and Magnolia market. Great location. Super staff. Comfy beds and pillows, huge room with kitchenette and amenities like cups and plates, etc. Home away from home. Loved our stay. Breakfast was good with both hot & cold choices. Will stay again!

They were wonderful. The staff deserves a 10 star rating. They were soo beyond great. The breakfast offering was all fresh and delicious. I can not give enough praise to the staff and management of this well run Inn. I will stay again if ever in the area. My stay was 22 days in a studio suite and it felt like home.

The hotel is dirty and old. The rugs are dirty and smelly. They clean the room every 2 days so when you get back from work the room is not clean. I dont recommend this hotel. The location is in a poor area with no access to restaurants and walking around is dangerous.

First time staying here and will be back. Love the spacious rooms. Clean and have every convenience such as small kitchen, ice maker, etc. We like to spread out so this worked great for us. Near silos and Baylor and surrounding area is getting quite the facelift.

The property is somewhat dated. However, the rooms were spotless. Parking was a bit challenging as I arrived during a nearby basketball game and the roads around the hotel were closed. Breakfast was superior compared to the somewhat limited breakfasts in comparable hotels

While there was nothing to nitpick about the hotel inside for the price it was very disappointing not to have any awning or car port to load and unload. It was raining and there is no covering at all and 30+ feet to get to closest parking lot curb. I got soaked and all of my stuff got soaked (40 degree rain). This is a huge oversight for the property and they need to remedy it. And despite this they wanted a $3 parking lot fee for an unimproved parking lot.
