It's a small hotel, no surprise there, you get what you pay for, but it's also a bit sketch. The biggest issue is our room had exactly one outlet near the bed, which had the alarm clock in it, and no USB either. Overall though, it's the little things that make it sketch, like staff using stolen Target shopping carts for work, trash piled up outside the front door, empty liquor bottles in the parking lot, far too many kitschy signs seemingly failing to make a B&B vibe, but instead giving off preachy owner vibes. The partial wall in our room that shook when you walked around, the weirdly tall kitchen counter, etc. It's just your average 2-star hotel really.

Older hotel. The breakfast was bad.

Very clean, comfortable room with proper amenities. Room was small, as to be expected with Microtel, but everything was functional and laid out as it should be. For a solo business traveler, it was ideal! Great value, everything I need, nothing I don’t. Friendly staff. Pleasant vibe. Good breakfast. Convenient location. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!

Very comfortable room. Service is excellent. Breakfast is mediocre.

I dont mind the micro sizeroom as much as cheap perfume smell through out the room and hotel.

The Mgr. Bash was extremely friendly and offered some local restaurant recommendations for our stay. We were only there for one night as we were driving through. My room was very small with a very comfortable queen size bed. But, clean, and quiet. My sister had a king size room which was close to 4 times the size of my room. Which she and my brother-in-law loved. They also had a nice sitting area with a couch. It was the size of a suite, but in one room. For the price we paid, I feel like it was a good deal. We went to First Watch for breakfast, so I don’t know what the breakfast options were. That area was not very nice, it was small and crowded without many places to sit. Looked like motel lobby area decor, so it wasn’t really that inviting ( in my opinion)

Very pleasant staff and clean property. Comfortable beds and nice showers.

Pro: Outside of hotel was presentable and clean. Food and shopping was easily accessible and convenient. Checking in we were greeted with a very pleasant staff. The lobby and elevator had lots of inspirational decor. A safe and quiet area.
Cons: Once we checked in and got to our room on the second floor we opened our room door and were greeted with an unpleasant smell. This smelled of mildew. Luckily, I travel with a small essential oil diffuser which did a tremendous job of clearing that up. But, the next thing I had no remedies for. Upon unpacking things and getting ready to wind down for the night my husband and I noticed our feet felt alittle grimy. Mind you, we always wear socks in hotel rooms. But even so this particular carpet was so dirty that the dirt penetrated our socks onto my feet. The carpeting in our room was dark blue so we couldn’t visualize any stains or highly saturated areas to avoid.
I would highly suggest the hotel invest in new carpets for their rooms or a company to come in and give each room an industrial carpet cleaning.
Overall, we enjoyed our single night stay. The hotel was quiet and we didn’t feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The parking lot was well lit and we were able to park our car just under our hotel room window. The decor and essential in the room were a bit outdated, but for a single night stay it was just what we needed.

Overall, the stay was medicore. If you’re a single traveler looking for an affordable place to stay for a night, this is a decent spot. The bed was clean and it’s close to the bulk of things to do in Greenville.
Some of the “cons” include the following:
water stained ceilings in my room, stained cushions, mold on the shower curtain, choppy wifi at times, floor/carpet in the room felt dirty, the keycard would stop working throughout the day making it hard to enter my room - though management was accommodating, non-working in room coffee maker, some guests seemed to like to party in the parking lot late into the night (didn’t see any of the desk employees break it up).

My sister & I loved our stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greenville. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the lamps in our room needed a new light bulb. My sister told the gentleman at the front desk when she returned the luggage cart. The gentleman got a light bulb & came back up with my sister. He immediately changed the light bulb. We loved all the positivity in the hotel from the staff & the decorative signs & quotes. All around, a pleasant experience. We will return the next time we go to Greenville.

Could not stay because power outage and couldn't check in so I'm trying to get refund since I did not get to stay there at all!

Overall the property is pretty clean but it is dated a bit. Lots of shopping in the area and restaurants in walking distance. You have to request housekeeping services but they will gladly provide you more towels or other items when you ask.

Breakfast was minimal and the waffle batter so watered down that each finished waffle was less than half.
Room was clean and worked for our travel purposes, but bare bones.
I had originally requested a walk in shower but when I called the day of the reservation, it was not done. However, an assignment adjustment was made and the shower was provided but with a Queen instead of a King bed. Staff was courteous

Place was clean and quiet. Perfect location because it was in the middle of so many businesses. Was very close to airport and downtown

Shower head needs replaced. No light over bar sink. Refrigerator wasn’t on and if not noticed we would’ve wasted our food. Very poor breakfast selection. All of it full of sugar and egg wrap(?) was beyond horrible. Prices were fair but with a Costco right across the street breakfast options could be much better.

the parking lot was brightly lit, and clean! It was very convenient to where we needed to be! And we enjoyed the Jeremiahs next door! A more nutritious and palatable breakfast would have been welcomed! We had to find somewhere to eat breakfast every day after trying it the first morning!

Good hotel around restaurants. Shampoo and soaps were dismal, though.

Good stay, the desk clerks were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, it did have a musky smell to it. Hotel was affordable and what I would expect for the price point. Breakfast could've been better.

It was just okay. Room felt damp, saw mold in bathroom that had been covered up. One set of towels didn't look clean. Smell in bathroom. For the most part staff is friendly, nice lobby and it was fairly quiet. Pretty good rate for the room.

The stay is always fine and a good value. The room did smell funky and only one face cloth. Three towels would be great and a bath mat would be appreciated.

Super impressed with our brief stay in August of 2024. Outstanding rate for the size room / suite that we booked. Room was very clean. Bed high quality and very comfortable. Polite staff. Nothing I could complain about whatsoever. Better property than you would expect for that price.

This is a cheap hotel that is worth every penny. I travel frequently and dont usually go cheap. I would absolutely stay again. Comfy beds clean and breakfast with waffles yogurt cereal. Nice staff everything you would need. I only stayed one night but would stay longer.

Brand new and clean rooms
Would highly recommend the hotel and the location
My only complaint is my room had the adjoining room door, which makes him very susceptible to noise. And the people in the room next to us were unreasonably loud until 6:00 a.m. I had to call the front desk three times to come and talk to them. And I was offered nothing for my inconvenience. I got next to zero sleep in a room I paid to sleep in

Thank goodness I was alone as if I would have brought my family we would have just up and left!
The check-in was very easy and the gentleman working the counter was very nice! Unfortunately this is the only positive thing that I can stay about my stay.
The elevator, hallways, and room were dirty! There was a giant bug in my room. You can clearly tell that they don’t take hotel cleanliness seriously!
I know a lot of people smoke weed nowaways (not me) but I shouldn’t have to deal with the fact that people were smoking in the hallways, elevator, as well as the parking lot. By the time I left the next morning all my stuff smelt like smoke!
The area is about as ghetto as you can get. Cops in the area all night, the hotel had prostitutes inside and out, and everything stunk in the area! #neveragain!

The room was not cleaned properly. Food residue was visible on the counter in the sleep area, beneath the TV…. Food particles all over. Gross & disgusting….. very unsanitary

It pretty decent, nice room and bed, rate reasonable, they need to improve on the complementary breakfast, that's disappointing but it was a good stay..

I was not expecting much before coming here, but it was a really pleasant surprise. Clean, cozy and spacious room. Walkable to places to eat and shopping. This building is not new but definitely been recently renovated.Easy parking, easy to check in. The breakfast is very simple but coffee station is pretty nice. I would come back again.
