Room was very clean and comfortable
4.2
Very basic lodging. Excellent location, but the price reflect the age of the property and the condition of the furnishings. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Our unit had a small kitchen, with utensils and such - with a small living room. Suitable for extended stays for work.
4.2
Had an excellent stay. Room was spacious and clean.
4.2
When we arrived, our room had linens and trash outside the door. When we walked in, we were hit by a strong smell of cigarette smoke and a slight smell of fragrance. We went to request a different room, and we're given a smaller room than reserved. When we went back to request a room type liked we reserved, we were told the hotel was overbooked and they didn't have it. We shared that with the amount of people we had, we could not fit in the smaller room. They found a room by taking it from someone that had not arrived yet. Inside the third room, there was clear evidence of a previous leak above one bed, worn furniture, and cleanliness concerns in the bathroom.
4.2
The hotel smelled terrible from the second you walk in. There were stains on the sheets and no soap in my room, but they claimed to not have housekeeping on the weekend so they couldn’t change my bedding or get me soap. So I had to buy my own soap and bedding! The shower was gross and clogged with hair. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

The lady at the counter couldn’t find my reservation but the worker from that morning was able to call me and confirm how many beds were needed without any issues. When we got to our room the two chair at the table were made from a fake leather material and had been scratched completely off. They needed replaced. I cannot believe they left them in the room. Everything else was good.
4.2
Check in was quick. Staff was friendly. Room was well equipped for two people. Beds were very comfortable.
Cleanliness was a bit of a concern. Chairs were worn, office chair mesh had something spilled into it, layer of dust on the fridge, carpet needs deep cleaning (or replacing). On last night, a huge cockroach was running up wall. We had to smash it.
4.2
This property was what I expected for a budget priced hotel. You get what you pay for. It was clean and safe. The property is very dated and was maintained only adequately
4.2
this place, seriously was SO clean! Everyone was SO nice!
It has Every amenity needed! It has a great walking or biking path right behind the hotel. Plenty of restaurants very close by
4.2
Elevators were broken, front desk staff incredibly rude, room was filled with bugs
4.2
Nice room, cool but quite humid. The elevator wasn’t working.
4.2
Bathroom was a bit dirty and the room was dated, but the bed was comfy and you can't beat the price.

First the elevators were out of order. We checked in Friday afternoon and checked out Sunday. We had a suite and our grandson slept in the living room on pull out sofa. About 11 Friday night I woke up to what I thought was my grandson being noisy. I went to check and he whispered that someone was trying to get in the room. Sure enough someone was pushing on the door. I banged on the door and they took off. Pur grandson was very upset and reasonably so. I got him calmed down and laid back down. About 10 minutes later the room phone rang. It was the front desk asking who I was. She was very abrupt and didn't explain why she woke us up. She acted like we weren't supposed to be there. I said yes we checked in that day and it was in my husbands name. She said ok and hung up. My husband went the next morning and let them know our grandson was scared to death and that we didn't appreciate the rude late night phone call.

While the elevator was working, I noticed the inspection had expired 10 months ago. Then, while we still had a week left in our stay, the elevator broke down and remained broken for the entire week. I was on the 3rd floor with a 1 year old so this was a huge inconvenience that was not compensated. I even reminded the staff every day for that week that I would need help moving my things out during check out. When the day came, I sat around for 2 hours waiting for someone to help me. I finally found some very kind housekeeping staff who immediately helped me. I strongly feel that some type of compensation should have been offered due to the inconvenience and since I paid close to $2,000 for my extended stay.
4.2
Both elevators were out of service. The rugs in the hallway and especially the stairs were nasty. The key card we were first given did not work so we had to haul everything down the stairs and get the cards re-keyed and hike back up the stairs. Once in the room the bed had hairs in it and a finger/toe nail in it. The sheet was balled up with no mattress pad under it. The leather chair was very worn and unseemly. We took our key cars and stuff down, emailed the pictures of the discrepancies, and as we were leavjng requested we not be charged and if not resolved we would contact Visa and contest the charges. We also texted Hotels.com and rhe agent was very empathetic and ensured he would do everything he could to reolve the issue so we would not get charged. We have photos but the app on my phone is not working to allow me to do it.

Property was older but renovated and kept up well. The room had a musty smell when we first arrived. Would definitely stay here again.
4.2
Room’s floors were greasy and the rooms smelled musty
4.2
Elevator not working
No extra blankets
Did not want to give clean towels
4.2
Front desk staff was very helpful. Hotel room on the other hand, was not very clean. crumbs on almost all counters and bathroom needed to be wiped down on arrival. Toilet had little to no water usage so toilet took about 30-45 minutes to fill up. Door key was half broken and door had to be slammed shut to be able to lock . Not a good feeling. Would stay here again if issues were addressed.
4.2
I wish the property had a pool or a jacuzzi to relax. But, besides that the stay was wonderful
4.2
This hotel needs some maintenance attention badly; it is clear it has not received much TLC in recent years. Exit sign in the first floor hallway dangling from the ceiling; in our room the carpet was damp and the room smelled very musty. Counters and chairs were scratched up and have clearly seen better days, the hallways of the hotel weren't much better and unfortunately this seems to be the theme throughout the hotel. Check-in clerk was not very friendly, gave us no information, needs customer service training.

We stayed here for a week. The place is close to Nashville downtown, close to Franklin and shopping areas around. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating as we asked if we could check in a bit earlier after a long overnight flight. The room was clean, quiet and had a small kitchenette with all the essentials. It was perfect for our stay. We were told that this place will get renovated within this year.
4.2
I would not recommend this place. Very, very dirty. Don't book it.
4.2
The staff was nice. We had cockroaches in our room, someone kept propping the end door open (door at the end of the hall to the outside), and the floors were nasty (messy, in need of vacuuming, and dirty carpet).
4.2
Rooms were clean and staff was excellent. Location was great! But do not count on the sofa-bed as a sleeping surface. Sofa-beds have come a long way but this one had a thin 2” mattress that was more like a mattress topper and very uncomfortable. The support mechanism was broken at the end so bed slanted down. We had to get extra bedding to try to pad it. Crumbling caulking and grout in bathroom. Floors were sticky. Chairs at kitchen island were broken down office chairs, not nice barstools as pictured. Fan in bedroom rattled all night. Front desk personnel could not tell us how to use the app to operate the washer/dryer.
4.2
There were ants by the kitchen. Coffee pot was broken and the ice maker. I would not recommend.
4.2
Property was nice, friendly people, dogs were welcome, no ice machine, no breakfast, nobody at desk, late night, room was very efficient except for queen bed needs to be a king
4.2
Word of advice, STAY AWAY. This hotel is not family friendly or functional. I will be leaving a more in depth review on google, but be warned.
Staff are nice, but the cleanliness of this place is horrible. Mold on fans and base boards, food still all over the floors, smells of must and gross, chipped and broken furniture, damaged walls, extremely dated furniture, used toiler paper in your toiler on arrival, broken extrerior doors that allow absolutely anybody into the building, and just overall seedy hotel vibes.
I truly believe the only reason this place fills up is because it is luckily in a decent area. I understand the staff have nothing to do with poor ownership, but they do have a responsibility in at least cleaning what they can. If this hotel were further from the interstate it would definitely not survive.
I used to travel providing maintenance for towers. I have been in my share of bad hotels, this one actually takes #1.
4.2
Door key had issues, hallway & elevator stunk, toilet didn't flush.
Very extremely disappointed. Will not book there again!
4.2
Very nice hotel. We will definitely be back. Location was excellent
4.2
The staff was very friendly and helpful but just so people know they don’t have food you have to go out to eat or you can order something and some of the places will deliver to your room
4.2
Staff was super kind, checkin and check out went smoothly. Nice size room and amenities. Bathroom floor could of been cleaner. It is a pet friendly hotel so you may hear barking at all hours. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
4.2
I loved the stay but the smell was disturbing. It smelled like people had been smoking cigarettes and the hotel was trying to mask the smoke.
4.2
Old unpleasant smell, doors didn’t work well, unclean in an old manner
4.2
Staff was excellent, especially Jasmine and Michelle. There was a very large dog in the room next to mine that barked quite a bit.
4.2
Very nice
4.2
Not a clean or quality stay
4.2
It was a wonderful stay staff was friendly and helpful
4.2
The comforter on the bed had dog hair! No room cleaning service!
4.2
A lot of shopping and food nearby. Building seems quite old and for some reason check in always takes 5-10 minutes. Fine for the price
