Stay away this hotels please. The walls are so thin. The other side the wall of your bed is your neighbor’s TV. The neighbor room has a sleep therapy white noise machine on during night. I can hear clearly the guy snoring and the machine on whole night. I have never stayed a place like this. Trust me STAY AWAY this place if you want to have a normal sleep.

The hotel staff was good. Everything in the room was very clean. Need to add an ice machine on each floor instead of the 3rd & 5th floors. I also did not like being on the first floor across some conference rooms, it was loud and could hear everything. Couldn’t open my curtains because anyone could s e right in from the sidewalk.

We stayed here after researching hotels in the area for a family weekend trip to our daughter’s college. Choose the Hilton because of the name and the standards a Hilton holds . But unbeknownst to use it was far from a Hilton style hotel. With the exception of the courteous staff at the front desk. The room conditions were awful no one should be able to stay in a room with conditions we experienced. Sticky floors , toilets that whistles, refrigerators so loud you can not sleep you hear everything I mean everything happening in each room on the side of you . The hallway smells of mold. The assistant manger was assistance on on our second night , the first night our complaint’s went unheard . Would not ever stay in this hotel again . For that matter a Hilton after such an unpleasant experience we had.

There were somethings I didn’t like. The bathroom tub looked horrible like it wasn’t cleaned. It looked stained with dirt over time. There was an issue with my breakfast included booking. Somehow it didn’t translate over to the hotel so that was super disappointing to pay so much for a room that didn’t include breakfast. The bar staff and front desk were pleasant and helpful in trying to assist me so that made the blow less unpleasant somewhat. Otherwise location was convenient and bed was okay.

We have stayed here several times. Always clean and the staff is very nice but the rooms need updating. The room we stayed in was not in good condition. Aside from the fact that they overbooked and the king size room we paid for was not available, the condition of one of the walls and the carpeting made it look old and unkept.

Your staff tried barging in my room at 11pm saying I ordered extra pillows. This is inaccurate - they scared the hell out of me. I thought someone was breaking into my room so I didn’t sleep the rest of the night. She woke my kid so that was a nightmare. The manager still hasn’t called me back.

Pleasant property with a convenient cafe onsite. Friendly staff. The sink in our room had a large crack, and the faucet leaked at a high rate that demanded repair. Otherwise, a good value with quiet location, a clean room and comfortable bed. Wish we'd had time to try the pool!

We booked a last minute trip due to a power outage. We had our 6 month old baby and dog and everyone was more than accomodating and helpful! They brought a crib up to us for our baby and there was a mini dog park accessible to us which our dog loved!! When we learned our power outage was going to last longer than normal, they made it so easy to extend our stay! I cant say enough about the staff too!! During a stressful few days, they helped our anxities immensely! Always chatted with us and our baby and made us feel welcome and at ease!

Very noisy. People yelling and partying into early morning hours. No one cleaned my room during the my five night stay. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, cups. My TV broke they had to fix it. There was a horrible noise coming from either the refrigerator in the room or something else, but it was consistent. I won’t stay there again.

No where in any policy , terms and conditions , disclaimer or fine print did it say I needed to pay $100 deposit in order to actually get into my room. I’ve never had to pay that charge at a hotel. So not only did I lose out on my room I lost out on $160 room. With no credit or money returned of possibility to change my dates.
