We really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Clean, modern rooms. Great view of the beach. Not a lot of beachfront to lay on. And the mattresses were pretty firm. Needed a "toppper" to cushion it, which the hotel supplied.

Family friendly resort, with easy access to the ferry terminal

Lovely quiet place, beautiful central area with a swimming pool and really friendly staff

The property is right by the water - you will be steps away from the beach, which is what sold it for us. We loved the room and the property, however the property seemed a bit outdated in some areas. The bathroom shower didn't have the best water pressure which frustrated me. The staff were nice but the service at the restaurant/bar was extremely slow and at times left us disappointed. We did enjoy that the hotel offered cheaper shuttles to the different areas in the evening, which helped as the cost to go on your own was a bit pricey. Overall though, it was a bit of a walk from the property to local shops/restaurants so if you want to walk places, we'd recommend somewhere else.

Great resort, really good food. Property is beautiful and quiet. Only complaints are the beds were hard and shower water pressure was just okay. Would definitely return though

Beautiful peaceful place to stay, the grounds are stunning. We were really impressed with the quality of our room. All the staff were very nice. Loved having breakfast right by the sea. There are some nice dining/ drinking options along the beach.

Great situation next to a small beech. No road between hotel and beach. Two very good pools. The hotel is quiet as it is set back some way from the main road. Rooms are in small houses in a jungle type environment. Food very good especially breakfast.

Location was perfect. Lovely clean beach and swimming pools.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. However there was no full length mirror, the hairdryer wire was too short and water pressure was a little low. Bed was super comfortable. Great balcony area.
Food was amazing. Great choice at breakfast and all day menu. Lovely cocktails too.
I would definitely recommend and return myself.

Very nice beach front hotel. The staff made sure you had everything you needed. It is located in a quiet area but provides a shuttle to the happening spots if you decide you want that for an afternoon or evening. There are some small local restaurants within walking distance if you want to try something besides the hotel restaurant.

Close to a small beach. they should treat water dumped in rivers better because it does spoil beaches. Free Shuttle to Chaweng Beah - hotel in quiet location which is nice and use shuttle to Chaweng to go for a swim and shopping.
hotel restaurant - drinks very expensive. some dishes are small - my cat would eat more!;-)
Hotel Staff friendly and competent. would go there again.
BEWARE OF CASH MACHINE FEES IN THAILAND - THEY CHARGE 220BAHT (CA 5 QUID) FOR EACH TRANSACTION REGARDLESS OF AMOUNT ADVANCED SO IF YOU TAKE CASH TAKE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Unhealthy tap water with sand and black material without any hazard warning, no water pressure in the shower, phone didn’t work, flush didn’t work, clogged drain, late room service, and a very arrogant manager who would not cancel the reservation to move to another hotel. Definitely stay away from this self-claimed 4-star hotel.

Had a lovely time very quiet and tranquil which is exactly what we wanted. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and when we enquired about perhaps changing room we were told all the beds were the same. This is a game changer for us and we would not go back for this reason. Everything else during our stay was fab so this was an unexpected and very disappointing outcome for us

Great hotel with the best staff and great atmosphere. Food excellent and well priced and restaurant overlooking the ocean makes for a great dining experience. A small beach, well cared for and good for swimming.
This resort is ideal for the older generation as it is in a very quiet area, but it does have a second pool catering for children. Overall a good resort with only one minor problem, rooms need drawer space instead of shelves that make the room untidy.
A definite return will happen if all goes well.

We just stayed one night on our way to Koh Tao and it was a great experience, we have been upgraded so the room was really nice, bed super comfy and the breakfast was great, lots of choice and nice set up overlooking the water. We were just in transit so not sure about the things to do around but we had a good experience.

Everything about this resort (besides the distance from Central) is great!
The resort is quiet, private, and small. It's an ideal size for a couples getaway or quiet family trip. From my perspective, it doesn't accommodate more than 200 or 250 people. It is also right on the beach. Even the farthest room is just a 3-minute walk from the beach... Since there's free breakfast, and the resort is so small, you eat while watching the sunrise. It's beautiful.
I'll be honest, their food is OK. Breakfast is standard. I wouldn't eat at the resort for dinner -- there are amazing places like bars and restaurants right outside on the main street that are cheaper. Though I can say the resort has a Happy Hour between 5-7pm. Not bad... You can also buy alcohol in the 7-11.
The service was very good -- they have English and German speakers! They helped us call taxis and answered questions.
One thing I'd improve -- since the resort is so far from Central, have more shuttles!!! They stop around 8pm (returning back to the resort). Taxis back to the resort is ridiculous.

Very nice place very relaxing. If your interested in going out at nights then the location isn’t the best but overall it’s really cute. Would stay there again!

When we first arrived we got a veg menu which was a little cheaper. We could never again get this menu, we talked on the manager who seemed concerned but it was actually worse when we went back. We couldnt be eat there. At the buffet I had to ask for white rice and a veg omelet which I ate everyday with fruit. There were no Thai options. Its in a nice secluded area.
