Family of 5 visiting Grand Canyon. We knew this was an older motel. The walls are very thin and we unfortunately had noisy neighbors, especially above our rooms. The place was heavily booked and breakfast was a disaster. You get what you pay for and this place was reasonably priced. The employees seemed overworked but friendly.

Good choice for a one night stay ‘fill in’ a needed night stay on a vacation trip in Arizona

It’s a nice little spot, feels more for staying the night and moving on, vs being able to comfortably hangout. There were a couple things Id change given the chance, but overall its a good room for the price in the area!

they only had 3 beds upstairs, with no elevators, my wife has very bad knees and really can't walk upstairs
TV had, no local channels to watch football.
coffee maker in the room did not work

It was ok.

We only stayed one night, and it was plenty. The room was outdated and not really clean (carpets stained and dirty, dust on bed frame, bathtub and sink all yellow from age, faucets and showehead had not been cleaned for a while). The continental breakfast was very small and not much choice. Also the pool was dirty and would not have gone for a swim. On a positive note the beds were confortable and staff was nice. Because of cleanliness I would not stay here again.

Bed & linens were amazing! Most comfortable I've felt in a long time traveling. Little breakfast area was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Room & shower was very good. Nice amenities.

Definitely an older property, but the rooms were very clean and it was extremely quiet. No voice in the halls or hearing doors slamming. The breakfast was very good too (scrambled eggs & sausage).

Average stay, we only stayed long enough to sleep and grab breakfast. Breakfast was a little less than mediocre, but it was included so it worked. Dining area was much too small to accomodate the number of guests however.

Initially allocated room was smelly. Later , they changed my room. Breakfast needed to be more decent.

When we got there thw room we booked was not handicap accessible so the man at the desk did make accommodations for us with 2 rooms i stead of the suite we booked and that was great. Rooms were clean but one room the dpor didnt lock and the handle broke so if you were outside uou couldnt open it to get inside haha after a bit of time they fixed it. Thw 2nd room the toilet handle fell off. I was told the hardware store was closed so they couldnt fix it. The kicker was he told me i just needed to take the lid to the tank off and pull up the lever. Ummmm I shouldnt have to do that in a hotel. So there are good and bad points to staying here again very clean.

Check in was very good and we were given good advice on a number of things. Rooms were clean and tidy and the bed were comfortable. WiFi was good in the room. Breakfast was very good. Only slight problem was the grandchildren wouldn't go in the pool as they said it had algae in it, I believe it was the paint flaking off.

hotel is dated and needs update. Breakfast did not have many options. bathroom was missing conditioner and soap in shower, dark rooms. Front desk staff was friendly. pool is small and sits in parking lot.

The hotel wasn't that bad. There were only 2 things that really stick out and 1 was out of there control. The pool, my kids went swimming in it for about 2.2 seconds and came back inside, although it looked clean and clear it smelled like sewage. Im not sure if its hard water or what but it was pretty gross smell. And the other was a power outage for hours. We were told another hour it should be back on so we went for dinner, came back still no power so we found another hotel for the night. The staff were very good about it though and they did refund our 2 rooms for our last night. The continental breakfast is very good, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. For a small town williams has a lot to offer.

City of Williams didn't have to many options to spend a night. Room condition wasn't great. Pool had a horrible smell and after one of my children jumped in, the rest of us decided not to go in. Breakfast was OK.

After checking in the hotel there was no power (Electricity) for 2 plus hours. Once I asked in front desk there reply was we do not have any backup and once power resumes you have it. They mentioned last week had same issue. I need full refund for that hotel. That was terrible experience. 6am morning someone was knocking ceiling from first floor too hard. Not feeling safe

We travelled for the 4th of July. The motel was clean, older, and no-frills. But everything worked and was clean.
Thank you.

The lady at the office was very nice. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The room was large enough and clean. There was a fridge, microwave, and a desk in the room.

We stayed there 3 nights . Up early and NO BREAKFAST. Because you only serve from 7 am till 9 am. What a waste of my money there. Your cleaning lady which I never was able to meet did a good job every morning. That is all good I can say about our stay. Your front desk was lazy and very uninformed about the area. I ask the population of Williams Az and her response was “ I don’t know and I don’t care” Yes not friendly

Clean rooms, good parking and minutes from town. Tberes a breakfast that is hot but you will be served the same breakfast EVERYDAY.
Pool is outside and was not to my liking. However many children enjoyed it.

Needed a place to stay for the night before heading to the Grand Canyon in the morning. While the front desk staff was friendly, the room left a lot to be desired. VERY small, quite possibly the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Barely had room to open our suit cases and move about. On top of that, the room was dirty. Found popcorn behind the chair, #2 stains in the toilet, hairs that weren’t ours throughout the room. Very out dated. After traveling for 8+ hours, we just got to sleep and left asap.

Girls at the desk were not helpful and made us feel as though we should not be asking any questions about the hotel or surrounding area.

The staff at the property was great and friendly. The hotel itself is in decent conditions but for what we were looking for it was nice enough. We stayed her for a quick overnight sleep before heading to the Grand Canyon. The place was clean but a little outdated. Like I said the staff was awesome, I called to let the hotel know that we would be arriving later than expected and they were very accepting and checked 5 rooms of us in at 11PM. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was hot and stuffy. Air did not work good. Very loud. People above me were making noise very loudly throughout the night.
The breakfast was decent.
I would not return.

The place needs some updating. Our room window was broken. The staff was nice. Overall it wasn't horrible.

Worst mattress I've ever tried to sleep on. Lumpy and old.
4.0 / 5.0
Exactly what we expected from the hotel. Easy to find after returning from a day visit to the Grand Canyon. We missed breakfast as we had to get on the road before seven, so anyone that wants an early breakfast, you'll be out of luck. They open at seven and the area is locked until then.

Right as you enter town from the north. Pool was closed, breakfast was ok. Easy to access town without being in the middle of the tourist madness.

The property was clean but has no amenity.
Just needed a place to sleep to get to destination so it worked for us
